How terrible it must be to be a 1st grade teacher in the MHA universe. A bunch of punk-ass children with no concept of consequence and shiny new superpowers and no respect for their superiors. I imagine that part of the interview process involves having a control/nullification quirk to keep everyone in line. 3 teachers per class just in case some child incapacitates the first two with mind control or some shit, the third can call for help. No amount of pay could ever be enough.

No one talks enough about the "Reki is Adam's cigarette" symbolism in episode 4.
