Haven’t posted in awhile. I’ve lost 27 lbs since April (2023). I have been using portion control and tracking. I’m eating around 1500-1800 calories a day.
Feeling great.

I am so off my weigh-in schedule. Ugh. However, I have started eating oatmeal daily. It is a game changer for me. Additionally, the Welbutrin has helped with my binge eating and concentration! Awesome stuff. I hope it keeps working. I am taking 150 mg right now and can go up to 300 mg if need.

3/25/2022: 266. 5 - water weight. Busy at work. Did a lot walking and didn’t eat 😒. Drank water, coffee, and a Bing. Blood pressure prob jacked up 🤷‍♀️

3/27: 263.8 (I need to drink more water 💦 💧)
3/31: 265.7
4/1: 264.9 (thought I blew it yesterday)
4/5: 267.4 (binged yesterday 😞)
4/19: 267.4 (haven’t weighed since 5th? 😣)

6/9/22: 265.7 - weighed first thing in morning. Yesterday and today only had protein shakes for breakfast and lunch. Had a good dinner at home.

I had an overdue check up today. I’m not the train wreck I thought I was. I am pre-diabetic. My cholesterol is always the high side of “normal”. Additionally, I started on an antidepressant.
I have a mammogram ordered and I will call tomorrow to schedule appointment.
Next week I have 2 C & P appointments for my VA claim. I really should have done this 20 years ago!
Tomorrow morning I will start logging my weight again. I really like having this space to share and just brain dump.

Yesterday was my second day of work. I don’t eat but tried to drink more water … in addition to coffee and one sugar free Bing. I didn’t not eat on purpose, it’s just how it goes as a nurse sometimes. When I got home last night had a nice low carb meal. I got up several times to pee 😩.
Today, I packed a low carb protein shake, Lacroix water, and some cut up veggies. At least I’ll be able to snack through out my shift.
Tonight I plan to have tofu and veggie stir fry. 😊

Zero Fast app has changed a bit. Today I’m attempting 24 hour fast. I started last night. A couple of weeks ago I managed to go 23 hours.
