I will never understand people who say they hate anime and they’ve never even watched it.

They associate anime with other things that are considered “weird” or “cringe”.

And the thing that annoys me most is that they literally REFUSE to give it a chance 😭 like yes, anime is definitely for a certain audience but i guarantee there’s at least one anime out there that’ll intrigue you. There are so many anime’s to choose from and it’s almost like people have grouped ‘anime’ into one category of shows genre. There are so many different genres within anime.

I do understand though, some anime art styles tend to sexualize female characters. It’s kind of subtle but you definitely notice it. I think that’s a valid reason to not fancy certain anime’s. But you really need to find anime that suits your preferences just like how you would any other tv show or movie because that’s really all it is - just another tv show/movie. And that’s not saying ALL anime’s sexualize female characters or any characters at that there are definitely some that make design characters so well and classy while also giving charm. And i dont see the harm in a little sketchy character design. Sexualize child characters is where i draw the line though. That just makes me uncomfortable as well 😭

I could never hate on anime for just simply being anime. The art styles are always so cool and pretty and anime has has some of the BEST storylines and plots ive ever seen. A lot of the more mainstream shows people watch often have repetitive plots in my opinion. They fee very predictable but with anime its like you never know what’s coming. I also love all the characters and the developments.

I just hope more people give anime a shot because i can almost be completely sure that they’d change their mind even just a little bit if they did.

How do i start standing on business. Relationship wise.

Like me and my boyfriend are toxic i wont lie. But i love him so much. I love him more than anything but i will be self aware enough to see the fact that our relationship kind of destroys me.

I dont wanna force myself to do anything i dont want to and just leave him right here right now. But whenever he does suggest breaking up i always beg him not to. I beg him and its honestly pathetic. I just wanna stop. And next time he does that i wanna be able to just say “ok” and walk away. Maybe it takes baby steps but idk.

Any advice is appreciated. Message me or comment i just wanna gain my self respect back. I used to have TOO MUCH self respect and then all the sudden i meet him and im like blinded. I love him so much. I promise i love him. But its killing me at times.

I was playing on my Nintendo 3DS last night. Harvest Moon games are criminally underrated. I played Tale of Two Towns last night and omg it was such a charming game. I forgot the reason why i loved it so much in the first place. I would spend nights and days on that game alone.

You know what else is good, Rune Factory!

Does anyone play these?? I also have one other Harvest Moon game im pretty sure but i forget what it’s called its for my Nintendo Switch.

Anyone, PLEASEEE recommend me more Harvest Moon or Rune Factory games. I lovee the romance concepts and the friendships and I love good storylines

She seemed so great for Max in season 2 and in the beginning of season 3 but she made me so mad close to the end.

She is “too chill” about things. She wasn’t a good friend even if she made the argument:

“he’s my friend i’m not gonna tell him what he can and can’t do”.

Although that is valid in a lot of situations i only support that if it doesn’t hurt the person. But it was hurting him and making his already big problem 10x worse and all she was doing was encouraging it.

I get that she couldn’t have known the true extent of his issue but did you all see how many empty bottles were in his drawer? She didn’t catch on once that maybe he needs to stop. I understand not wanting to be a controlling friend and let Marcus have his own independence but that’s not the kind of friend he needed. He needed to be saved. She could have let him have his dependance without being part of it. She could have removed herself from that part of his problem.

And when Max showed her concern for his problem Silver completely brushed it off. She had the audacity to ask “wait, are you mad at me?” Like obviously😭 Max isn’t going to be jumping for joy when she finds out you’ve been illegally supplying bottles of alcohol to her deeply depressed brother with obvious problems. He was drinking himself to rehab at such a young age. Max had every right to feel how she did.

I felt bad for Max this entire season.

Silver said “i’m not gonna tell him what he can and can’t do” but she also has full power of her own actions as well. She did not have to supply him alcohol. She did not have to agree to giving him anything. She did not have to encourage his drinking. She could have spoken up. I find it difficult to fully believe she couldn’t have thought “wow. This is a lot of alcohol intake for a minor” once.

She just pissed me off this season. And Max stood on business so good for her

JOE IS THE BEST.

He showed up years ago with a peanut butter sandwich and remembered Georgia from one conversation. He listens, remembers and waits. No love bombing, no toxic obsession, just long-term patience and respect. Joe is the definition of “right person, wrong time,” and he still held it down.

While the other men in Georgia’s life were either lowkey manipulative or emotionally MIA, Joe was always available. Never once did he try to change her. He accepted her mess, her secrets, her sharp edges. That man saw all of her—the grit, the grief, the guardedness—and still never failed to be there.

Paul? Politician. Zion? Hot but inconsistent. Gil… no comment. Joe? He runs a business, respects boundaries, and doesn’t come with chaos. He’s emotionally available, knows what he wants, and doesn’t do any extra drama. When Georgia kissed him and he pulled away—not because he didn’t want her, but because she was still figuring her stuff out that showed maturity, growth, CLASS. (Okay but he hooked up with Cynthia when her husband was dying so maybe not… LOL)

Joe isn’t flashy. He’s not toxic or loud. He’s just real. And in a show full of secrets, lies, and messy dynamics—he’s the only man who ever saw Georgia fully and loved her anyway.

Ginny and Georgia *SPOILERS*

I dont care what anyone says Ginny, Abby and Norah were lowkey such bad friends to max.

Now i do understand their perspective as well and i’ll talk about that to get it out of the way now.

Ginny was already going through A LOT. To be fair she had no idea the silent battles Max was fighting herself. She only knew Marcus was struggling. But that being said, she could’ve asked Max how she felt dealing with the whole Marcus situation because Max was always there for Ginny when shit went down with her mom.

Same for Abby and Norah. They both had their own shit going on and neither of them could’ve known just how much Max was struggling. Abby only knew Marcus was drinking too much based off his suspension and even after she didn’t tell him he should stop or anything. In her defence they arent that close but still. It’s about morals.

What really set me off was the fact that Ginny is completely throwing off Max for Marcus. Not once did Ginny check up on Max, and neither did the rest of MANG. Especially when Marcus told Ginny that Max had lied to their parents and said he had drinking problems. Ginny passed of off as a “oh, yeah that’s Maxine for you”. Type of thing. She didnt blink or bat an eye once even after knowing Marcus literally got suspended for vandalism because he was so drunk. Even after she literally saw him piss himself because of how drunk he was. It’s like she purposely doesn’t want to see him struggle.

None of Max’s friends were good to her this season.

And i dont wanna see anyone say “oh well Max was horrible to Ginny in season 2”. They got closure. Max apologized. Max supported Ginny after they communicated their feelings. Max understood and she changed. Max took accountability. I don’t think it’s valid to bring up old things that have since gained closure in a present issue.

And it’s the fact that they’re all hiding things from Max like hanging out just so she won’t feel bad or get her feelings hurt.

“We didn’t want you to feel left out”

“But you did leave me out.”

Like what.

And none of them can see how sad Max is getting. Bryon and Bracia know about Max’s mental battles more than her bestfriends.

When Ginny finds out Marcus went to rehab i want her to say sorry to Max and I want the rest of MANG to apologize too. I honestly think Max deserves better friends.

Yes and i saw numerous amount of people online that were commenting “Max had redemption” “Max is forgiven”. And suddenly you’re all forgetting about that?

Max treated Ginny and Abby that way because of a feeling of betrayal. Which i’m by all means not defending her behaviour because she did infact go about it wrong in my opinion.

But in season 3 Abby, Ginny and Norah are purposely keeping things from Max, actively leaving her out and just treating her like she’s a burden all of the time. And the secrets are exactly what Max got mad at Ginny and Abby for in season 2.

I understand that Ginny, Abby and Norah are allowed to keep stuff to themselves and they have every right to choose what to tell people and what not to. But it’s the fact that they told everyone in the group EXCEPT for Max and it’s all because Max is “dramatic”. Hello? She’s literally a theatre kid lol.

And like this post said, Max apologized. She genuinely apologized and showed that she was sorry for her actions and became supportive of Ginny and Marcus.

The difference between Max and the others is accountability. The others seem to run from it while Max is able to confront it.

Listen, I’m a bit tired of seeing season 2 brought up when people feel bad for Max this season. Because yes her behavior was crappy for 4/10 episodes in season 2. That is true. But what is also true is she apologized to everyone, especially Ginny for her behavior. After Ginny calls her out and Max finds out she actually loves Marcus, she really acknowledges her wrong in this, and admits to being a bitch and dick. Her and Ginny reconcile.

Maybe her and Abby need to have a more heart to heart like her and Ginny did, I could perhaps see that. But they all accepted her apology and MANG was put back together.

Also to point out while Max was OTT with how she treated Ginny and Abby, they knew why she was upset. It was something they did intentionally or not that hurt her. She was over the top, but they knew why she was upset.

Max has no idea what she is doing wrong, and when she tries to fix it is shut down. She really doesn’t know what she’s doing wrong because she’s really trying.

Like I don’t think using season 2 as a justification is fair if they’ve already made up and forgiven each other.

I think Devi ended up with the right guy in the end.

As cute as Paxton and her were when they were a thing Devi and Ben just had such good development together and they had so much in common. The little bonding moments they had like when they were doing Model UN were so cute. Paxton and Devi were iconic given how in love Devi was. But i think Ben was perfect in the end they had so much chemistry on an emotional level

I felt so bad for Max this season. Especially towards the end. She was just concerned for her brother and none of her friends seemed to get that. She was also feeling so left out when i think she just really needed a friend. I actually feel like Bracia and Bryon would a good friends for her in season 4.

I get that Abby and Norah aren’t big on feelings or “big talks” but i’m so upset that Abby didn’t see or speak up about Marcus’s issue after she literally saw him drink his way into suspension and drink at school everyday. And her telling Max her feelings are a lot just frustrated me. And i’m also upset with Ginny that she just brushed Max off like that.

Why Ginny Was Disinterested during the Max Conversation

I've seen many people just be confused as to why she was so stand-offish with Max in the finale. People blame it on Max's behavior from last season. But that makes zero sense as they made up and were close again since then. Here is something I noticed and went back too after it was pointed out.

Ginny gets home after Georgia is found innocent. She goes up to Marcus and they start talking, she wants to invite Max to play some Uno.

Marcus still mad at Max, mentions they are not speaking. Well rather he is not speaking to Max since Max never stops.

Ginny concerned asks why. Marcus lies/in denial tells Ginny that she's a rat, and told their parents he has a drinking problem.

Ginny concerned, asks if he does, Marcus denies, and says he doesn't.

Ginny confused then asks why Max would do that. Marcus tells her because it's Max, and she's dramatic and gets him in trouble.

Ginny seems unhappy and upset Max would do this.

I really think this is kind of what did it for Ginny. Before this moment she seemed to still want to be friends with Max and salvage what they had. But with Marcus being in denial/lying about Max, Ginny is kind of just over it.

I hope next season when Ginny finds out that Marcus actually has a problem, her and Max reconcile. Cause if this really is the case, this just makes me sad.
