This was back in may 2017. All i can say I'm very heartbroken. Since day one of my transition been hell eveytime I see other guys do very well on hormone replacement therapy they arenxl very successful. Since day one I had on going major pain nothing about infections. Prob this is the nastiest infection ever. Things are going to get worse. Don't have People get away with shit.

Saw one of my workers today to see how i am doing. I said having this awful lower back pain front hurts etc anitbodic did not help going back to see my doctor. Case worker said are you going to start your menstrual cycle? I said what the fuck? I said you should know that i don't have one. I said I'm not in this process to become the man I really am. Having a menstrual cycle? She knows I'm going to have surgries done. She did not think with her head she spoke with her ass like Donald Trump does all the time.

After she left had a panic attack anxtiey getting better since that. That was out of line. Yes my hormones doctor is controlling the testostrone so I won't have shark week. Tell I get a histroactomy. Requested a male case worker. Awful awful. To the trans community don't let ppl get away with this crap.

Pre phalloplasty bottom surgery. This is so me. Pushing almost 2 years on testosterone in May 2018. Had not have top surgery yet, but yes Most pre op trans dudes would kill for that you know. Smoking cigs can cause it.

If you drink a lot of soda.

Holding it too long.

Refusing to pee out in public.

Wiping.

Share i wipe myself in the front at home. When I use male bathrooms out In public fuck no. What man whipes his front. Well us men we have to wipe front to back. Staying clean etc. My 10tb bladder infection as of right now my urethra feels like it has hot sauce in it.

Phalloplasty consult.

Month ago i had my phalloplasty consult over the phone with Dr. Micheal Safer up In San Francisco California. I asked all my questions I wanted to know he seems like an awasome guy. We talked none phalloplasty for a little bit went back on about surgery. I had 9 UTI's under one year. Currently my 10 infection took 3 days of anitbodics nope my urethra burns like it's on fire. Asked Dr Safir listen dude u had 9 UTI's i get phalloplasty will this help he said yes. I want to be able to pee In a urinal not relie on a stall or have 2 choices. Etc.

My doner sight Wil be my left RFF nope i had not have top surgery yet or histroactomy.

I regret name change cuz I rushed it i did not want to go to work with a female name. I did mason. Went to court etc made errors have to start the name process all over again. Flippin hard picking your name. Worse them naming a baby.
