Nanami's latest attempt in getting Gojo to leave him alone involves him threatening to marry into the Zenin clan.

This method is highly effective but does result in Gojo silently sucking up to him while preventing him from working with anyone from the Zenin clan for at least a week.

Conclusion? Use only in dire circumstances. Or when craving a sandwich

“Yeah. Well, no. I’ve been trying to reach Nanami but he’s not answering his phone. Just wondering if you’d seen him today.”

“I’m actually with him right now,” he said, looking directly into Nanami’s face.

Nanami’s eyes opened wide and he scrambled away from Higuruma, crouching on the opposite end of the couch like a cornered cat.

Prompt: Free Day

Summary:

After a mission in Sendai, Satoru and Kento go to a tanabata festival to unwind before going back to their routine in Tokyo. What was supposed to be a low-stakes evening turns into a little side quest to help a lost child.

I'm almost a week late but I really wanted to get this out there. I chose tanabata as the theme for free day because 7/7 is my birthday and I just really like everything surrounding this myth.

A few months ago I had a sudden thought about Kento and Satoru meeting Yuuji way before he ends up at Jujutsu Tech, and it blended well with this theme, so I just went for it. I'm an absolute sucker for soft Kento and soft Satoru interacting with kids, and Yuuji is such a lovely child.

Prompt: College AU

Summary:

Some promises are made in jest, or without regard to their implications. Some others embed themselves deeply into our hearts and dictate the path our lives will take. Satoru once promised forever to Kento, unaware of what the future had in store for them. Kento built his life on that promise.

I've been working with this AU for a while and didn't really get a chance to get to it until just now. Like a lot of my projects, it's gotten a bit out of hand but at least this time I knew it was coming so I'm a bit better prepared.

Some general things:

Ages are changed up a bit for some of the characters just to make things fit better - Yuuji, Megumi, and Nobara (and anyone else that pops up later that's in their same school year) are high school seniors here, so 17-18 years old.

Sukuna goes by Ryomen Itadori here and is Yuuji's older brother. He's Nanami & co's age (22-23).

Tsumiki is also around Nanami & co's age.

Note: will update tags as we go along to add other characters but the rating and main tags won't change.

Summary:

Yuuji is on a mission - to find out Nanamin's birthday and celebrate properly!

I finished with a few hours to spare! Stupid work tried to get in the way but I was not gonna miss my emotional twin's birthday!

Everybody lives AU because I am not in the mood for anything remotely sad. Also, very slice-of-lifey, but I like to think this has become my default lately (with a few exceptions), and will continue to be like this because, listen, I'm pushing 40 and my heart and soul just can't deal with heavy stuff like they used to, so I'm giving all my lovelies the best possible time I can (again, with a few exceptions).

So, Nanami, my soulmate, bread king, patron saint of hardworking adults everywhere, adult of adults, softest man alive: happy 35th. Gojo, the gremlins, the kids, and I love you so, so much.

Summary:

Nanami is struggling with his feelings towards Gojo, spiraling hard into a very dark space. Higuruma has an inkling this might be the case and he pays him a visit.

Or: Nanami breaks down in front of Higuruma, and Higuruma doesn't hesitate to comfort him.

So, this wasn't supposed to like, exist. A few days ago I got into a really bad slump and all but swore I'd give writing a rest, trying to dedicate time on the second half of the month to the upcoming Nanami Week and write at least for his birthday and mine. But then... Well, I got deep into my feels and this *gestures wildly* happened.

Like a lot of my stuff, Judge & Jury was supposed to be a one-off. It started as an excuse to practice writing Haibara and Higuruma, both individually and as a queer-platonic couple. But then Nanami, Gojo, and Geto declared shenanigans and wouldn't leave me alone so I started thinking of ways to build upon this AU. And then I got deep into my feels regarding my identity as aroace and my current and past relationships and, well, turns out that being Nanami-coded isn't all shits and giggles, there's some deep-rooted angst to be explored, too - go figure.

I do see myself writing more about this, I just don't know when or what direction it'll take. I generally don't like writing excessively angsty stuff, but I'm afraid that is one of the main roads this is gonna take me down, so brace yourself if you're willing to go down this rabbit hole with me.

Well my loves, it appears as though the answer to "Can the Big Pattern Company (Simplicity/Burda/McCalls/ect.) survive the death of JoAnn?" has come.

The answer is no. No it cannot. It has been sold to a liquidator just like JoAnns was.

So if there is ANYTHING you want I suggest you get it now. simplicity.com is currently having a pattern sale and I snatched up some that might be useful for cosplay purposes.

I am very glad these last couple of years I have built up my collection.
