Fairy Tail Headcanon

I passively follow Fairy Tail because I am mostly obsessed with the ships really. But I do love Lucy, so here's what I want her powers to be like at least temporarily.

If I recall correctly, Yukino had offered Lucy her golden keys as an apology while she kept the special thirteenth key. She mentioned something about having all 12 or 13 of the keys together was said to lead to something special happening. Lucy, having observed that Yukino loved her spirits dearly, refused that offer, but I always wondered what if Lucy did have access to them. We did see them activating all their keys to close that gigantic gate from which all the dragons where pouring out in the Grand Magic Games arc, but I would like to believe that is not the only thing you can do with all keys, right?

What I would like to see is Lucy requesting Yukino and her golden keys temporarily lend their powers to her, so that she can do a star dress mix of all keys, I am going to call it Celestial Princess. If I remember right, whenever the Celestial Spirit King appeared in the human world, he would pretty much stop time, and that's exactly what I want this form of Lucy's to have. I think it would be so amazing if Lucy could stop time and change the direction of a big fight entirely. I don't know what other powers the Celestial Spirit King has, maybe Lucy can use them too, albeit a weaker version of it. Of course, she wouldn't be able to maintain it for too long and this would completely drain her magic (but Lucy has A LOT of magic, so it's fine).

Oh how I wish this happens.

A Lil Headcanon Regarding Qingque

I have not caught up with the story and tons of quests are pending and I haven't read around all that much, so it could be inaccurate or 'not fitting' or something.

Going through our interactions with Qingque and reading her character stories, she is pretty smart. Intentionally making sure she gets 60 points in her exams? That's a main character trait right there XD

She might be the lowest level diviner, but she has worked for every department and was fairly good at it. Also, if THE master diviner knows you and likes to seek you out and assign you jobs, that's something. This situation is not exactly like a principal knowing a troublesome kid.

Anyways... my headcanon is that since Fu Xuan hopes to succeed Jing Yuan as the next General of the Luofu and become the head of the Divine Foresight, I think that she wants Qingque to be her successor. Qingque probably has learnt everything on how the entire divination commission works and the insights she gives sometimes are pretty good, so she definitely has a lot of potential to be the next master diviner. Of course, she obviously doesn't want to be, so let's see.

Somehow Aventurine is always the last one to die. The devs weren't lying about him being the only one to survive with his old kit, but it's the same with the current kit too... :_ (

Dr. Ratio x Aventurine Headcanon (Cuz why not?)

Not sure much about what's going on in 2.2, since I haven't played it myself, but skimmed through a walkthrough... Given how even after the 2nd time boss fight with Sunday also ended with an 'ending screen', I still feel like we are in a dream or something... Sparkle is definitely going to do something in the epilogue.

Anyways... my Dr. Ratio x Aventurine headcanon is that since Aventurine had mentioned to Ratio how he never went to school, I would like to believe that Ratio would one day show up at Aventurine's house to teach him various subjects. Aventurine is very street smart and has learned stuff like human behaviour by observing people. Jade might have taught him the ropes for all the basic things he needs to know as a Stoneheart, but school stuff is different.

I love the idea of Aventurine being puzzled seeing Ratio appearing with an armful of books, Ratio being a tsundere, him insisting that every person should know these things even if it doesn't apply to their job, the two of them are busy people so this private tuition takes place late evening, Aventurine although sees it to be pointless at first; he likes learning new things (I want Aventurine with glasses please QAQ), he tries giving Ratio money for his teaching (Ratio is not pleased by this, but takes it upon Aventurine's insistence).

Sorry for my ramblings, but it's been in my mind for a long time and was screaming to be let out.

Some Characters Being Adults Confirmation?

So... when Aventurine finds his younger self near the theme park, he mentions that minors aren't allowed in Golden Hour.

This indirectly confirms that Caelus/Stelle, March 7th, Firefly, Sparkle and maybe Dan Heng are all adults since they were able to enter the Golden Hour.

I know that we kind of already guessed it, but it's nice to know : )

Acheron Head Canon

Given how there is now a 99% chance of Acheron being the emanator of IX the Nihility, I was wondering about how she became an emanator in the first place.

(I haven't lore-dived all that much so if her past has already been hinted at, then ignore this I guess)

My head canon is that Acheron, being Raiden Mei, has already lost Kiana. Mei is the type to do anything if it means that she can protect Kiana, so maybe after losing Kiana she has lost all meaning in life and hence attracted the attention of IX. Maybe she doesn't even want to remember Kiana because it's too painful for her.

Edit after watching the Myriad Celestia trailer: Welp, looks like she lost not only Kiana but everyone.

A Specific Combination of Tags I Like in Light Novels

Ever tried reading BL + Quick Transmigration + Horror? Even better if it has       + Comedy. I have mostly come across this combination in Chinese light novels.

I have come to love certain danmei light novels or manhuas because I have read so many of them. It’s just a personal opinion, but Japanese manga does not have that many other world BL (maybe, I have failed to come across them). It’s usually a hit or a miss. I haven’t come across that many translated light novels either, so I might have to MTL my way out. In the case of Korean BL, I can’t help myself taking it seriously. I come across such good plots, but it almost always comes with either a super toxic relationship or I get so much second-hand embarrassment that it is difficult for me to continue reading. In Chinese BL, I do try to stay away from the unbearably toxic ones, but there is this beauty of not being able to take the story seriously which always makes me keep reading it. I have simply come to love the style in which danmei novels are written. Since most of the time there can’t be much explicit content in it, many of the the novels have cute, fluffy and slow-burn romance.

Eh, but I have still so much to explore. My only wish is to see more other world Japanese manga since the only one I like with passion is The Affairs of the Other World Depend on the Corporate S*ave.

Archon Weapons

Might not be true, but it’s interesting that the weapons used by the archons currently are used by very few of the other characters. Venti is currently the only Anemo archer. Zhongli and Yunjin are the only Geo polearm users. Raiden Shogun is the only Electro polearm user. So, there is a possibility that the Hydro archon would be a claymore wielder and the Cryo archon is a catalyst user. Not sure about the Pyro archon. Of course, this trend can be broken since there are many more characters to be released. I hope that many more weapon types get introduced soon...

I watched Radiation House

I watched the Japanese drama, Radiation House. It is based on a manga with the same name and I have talked about the manga earlier.

I don’t watch dramas much. In fact, it was probably one the first dramas I have watched seriously and completed it. It seems the translation of the manga is much slower than the actual release since the drama went way beyond what I had read. There are some changes in the drama and I don’t think it is anything major, so I guess it is fine.

The MC and FL are so cute! In the manga he had a bit more messy hair.

Since I haven’t watched much dramas, I am not really the position of saying whether it is good or not, but I liked it. It entertained me. The MC is very cringey sometimes though. The second-hand embarrassment just made me avert my eyes. I hadn’t cringed so much ever since watching Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir (season 1-3 only).

The first season has 11 episodes and it seems that the second season would start at the end of 2021, so I’ll be waiting for that.

I Hate Insects

I’m scared of insects. I’m pretty sure it is to the point of a borderline phobia if not an actual phobia. If I spot them, I need to know exactly where they are going and make sure that they are not coming  towards me. I start panicking if I lose sight of them. If an insect is flying all around the room, then I’m in a fetal position with a blanket over my head and hoping to God that they would stop. I am left afraid and shaken after encountering any major insect-related incident for some time. If the incident happens in the bathroom, I’m not even going to enter that bathroom for a few days if I could.

I sometimes think, “Am I attracting insects?” ‘cause that’s what it seems like. I’ll stop the rant here or else it might go on forever.

Isekai de Saikyo Mao no Kodomotachi no Mama ni Natchaimashita

I... I honestly did not expect this. It’s like they took a possibly hentai plot and made it cute and wholesome instead. I swear it could have been hentai...

The manga follows a girl named Akari who had lost her mother in an accident. She and her mother were very close, Akari used to admire her mother a lot since she was able to take care of Akari even as a single mother. She wished that someday she too would be able to take care of her children.

Suddenly, a magic circle appeared beneath her and she was summoned to another world by the Demon Lord. The Demon Lord wanted children to help him fight in the war against humans and Akari wanted children, so basically she got summoned due to similar wishes. There is also the fact that a demon would not be able to bear the Demon Lord’s child.

Akari was of course, flustered about all of this, and after coming to understand the Demon Lord a little she prepared herself for baby-making... only that she never got rid of her virginity. How? Because she was made to drink a Stork’s potion. She did not experience any birth pain. How? Because she immediately became pregnant and moments later she laid an egg which cracked into a baby. Can you hear my mental screams?

I absolutely wasn’t prepared for it.

Anyways, the rest of the story is pretty wholesome and funny. Aside from the the absurd ways she ends up giving birth, I enjoyed it. It is entertaining. It made me think, ‘Why am I reading this?’ only to proceed to continue reading. I actually look forward to the next chapters. The art is fine for an older style manga. Currently, around 22-23 chapters have been translated.
