I can confirm that they are, in fact, verified by @gazavetters, you can click on this link right here and see for yourself! You can see it here too! And also the campaign was indeed shared by @90-ghost back when Lubna and her family still had their original GoFundMe, you can see as much via this link.

Their chuffed goes a little more in depth with this, but it apparently costs €70 (around $80 USD) just for one day's worth of food for all four of them and €100 (about $113 USD) for a day's worth of medical expenses. I can't stress enough how that's only for ONE DAYS worth of those things. And yet, despite that, they've only managed to (as of March 25th, 2025,) raise €7,392 out of €50,000. The situation's dire! They need all the help they can get!

My point being, for anyone seeing this, please donate if you can. Every little bit matters, more than you think! And if you can't, then that's fine. You can still help spread the word too.

A cry for help from a family besieged in Gaza 🚨🚨

Meet the lobna Al-Sir family

It is a family from Gaza consisting of the husband Ahmed, the wife Lubna, and their children Mohammed, Hassan, and Yazan.

Overnight, rockets and artillery shells rained down on our residential area without any prior warning, forcing us to leave our homes with nothing but our exhausted souls..

This is how the first displacement began until we reached the fifth displacement, and in between them there are indescribable stories of suffering and pain.

At the moment we live in a dilapidated tent that is at risk at the first rain, and the environment we live in is unsanitary and prone to diseases.

Our children are lost, they are deprived of education and entertainment, and they have the right to live their childhood like the children of the world

Let me tell you what my children are living in the tents. My son Mohammed is 11 years old. He is supposed to be in school receiving his lessons, but in this war, because of the viruses, insects and dust, his feet were injured.

Then he got infected with hepatitis, but there are no medications, no nutrition, and no care in the hospitals.

My child, Yazan, who gets this allergy every now and then.

In all his body, it is difficult to provide him with milk and diapers.

My child had a difficult surgery and needs another one when we raise the money for it.

My middle child, Hassan, who is 8 years old, stands in line in the middle of the crowd to get food. In addition to the high prices and the shortage of cleaning materials

The high price of flour, which is considered a basic necessity, and other problems we face.

We ask you to turn this family's story from despair to light.

I don't know why the first one was taken down, but either way, I can only assume they're starting from scratch. Where the original campaign at least had $4,135 out of $90,000, now they're only at (as of May 25th, 2025,) $5 out of $40,000. The same verification as above still applies; They're still listed as #586 on @gazavetters list, linked right here, and there's still videos of Naser and his family on his original blog. So there's no reason to hesitate! Every little bit matters!

From what I can tell, the highest the most that was ever raised (that was recorded) was $10,638 out of $90,000, on May 15th. Now it looks like their old campaign is unaccessible for reasons I don't know! Either way, that means they're likely starting from scratch at about- as of writing, which is May 23rd, 2025- $82 out of $35,000.

My Journey to Escape the War in Gaza

My name is Abdelmajed. I never imagined I’d be sharing my story like this, but life in Gaza has become unbearable. I am a survivor of the war here, and in the blink of an eye, everything I once knew—my home, my safety, my community—was ripped away from me.

The war has transformed Gaza into a graveyard of broken dreams. The buildings that once stood as symbols of life and resilience are now piles of rubble. Every corner is filled with the echoes of explosions. Every moment is shrouded in uncertainty. There is no security. There is no stability. There is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Basic needs have become luxuries. Food is scarce. Clean water is even scarcer. Hospitals are overwhelmed and under-resourced, and there is almost no medical care to be found. Every night, families go to bed hungry, praying they’ll wake up to see another day. The cost of basic necessities has skyrocketed, and it’s become a daily battle just to survive.

I’ve seen things I never thought possible—standing in long lines for a piece of bread, rationing every drop of water, and watching my people suffer in silence. I have lost everything—my home, my safety, my dignity.

Escape from Gaza is my only hope, but it’s almost impossible without financial help. The cost of evacuation is far beyond my means, and without support, I’m trapped in a warzone with no way out.

I’m reaching out to you now, in the hopes that someone, anyone, can help. I am not asking for luxury. I am asking for a chance—just a chance—to live. A chance to escape this never-ending cycle of fear, destruction, and loss. A chance to rebuild my life somewhere safe, where I can begin again, where I can find hope once more.

It's been 4- almost 5- months since OP made this post and the Shamaly's have only managed to raise $239 more CAD in that time. They've still only reached about 28% of their overall goal. Donations have been slowing down for many Ghazzans for months now. Even before the ceasefire, families would often go for days without any donations.

After the ceasefire, Ghazzans still need your support. So many families have lost their homes, their health, and their loved ones. They need your support as the try to recover from this war, whether by rebuilding, evacuating to start anew somewhere else, or just affording medical care.

One family who has been especially struggling from a lack of support and donations is the Shamaly family @familymajed2. They have lost their homes and a brother, leaving his children orphan. In totally, this family includes 15 children.

$25,318 / $90,000 CAD

Donations have almost completely ceased for the Shamaly family. They have only received 3 donations in the last 25 days! They were amongst the earliest Ghazzan families to start fundraising on tumblr, but they have still only reached 28% of their goal, as donations keep stopping completely for weeks at a time.

I ask you, please lend your support to the Shamaly family. They have lost so much, and they deserve help as they recover and rebuild. Please, share and donate. Don't let them be forgotten.

Just Another Story

I write with a heavy heart, not for financial help, but so our voices can be heard.

We live in a tent — my wife, Manar, battles kidney disease without any comfort.

My children, Muhammad and Haneen, lost their chance at education because of the war.

My young son, Yazan, was severely injured by an explosion.

Recently, I was blessed with a newborn who needs milk, diapers, and special care under these difficult conditions.

All I ask is to be remembered. A few kind words, a moment of care — that's enough to give us hope and remind us that we are not alone.

From what I can tell, this blog doesn't seem to be verified by anyone, but they have made efforts to try to be. That said, I've gone ahead and reverse image searched the pictures included in the GoFundMe and there weren't any matches. The page is also donation protected, which is a very good sign! I wasn't really able to find anything else, but I'm choosing to trust peoples' word on this.

As of writing this (May 20th, 2025,) it looks like they've gone backwards? Their highest recorded number seemed to be €1,180 out of €35,000 on November 10th, 2024, which was about 3%, but now they're at 0. I'm unsure if this means people were refunded or something else happened, but I wasn't able to find anything on the subject. Help my baby please

🍉I am Hala, a Palestinian from the besieged and destroyed Gaza Strip 😭😭. I fled the war with my husband to Egypt..

The story began on March 21, 2024 when my beautiful child was born.. He was a wonderful and special child.. Suddenly, a week after his birth, my child Abdul Aziz's belly swelled up a lot and I visited several doctors without discovering the reason.. After another week of the child's suffering, I took him to a specialized hospital and the doctors there discovered a blockage in Abdul Aziz's colon that prevented him from excreting stool.. It was decided to perform a surgical operation consisting of an opening in Abdul Aziz's belly to temporarily remove stool from his intestines until the affected part of the colon was removed in another complex surgical operation that cost thousands of dollars..😭😭

I am speaking to you now with great sadness about my child's condition and I ask you to help me and donate to me to collect the costs of the operation within a month from now.

I appeal to everyone who can donate any amount, no matter how small, because it will save my child and give us hope.

Please don't leave my son alone to suffer and struggle in these difficult days alone..
