Keep children through the Summer Reading

As a child, summer meant to me more time to read the situation. I know this sounds totally boring, but I had a fascination with books. They took me to a new adventure every new story I started and I was soon hooked. As much as I loved it out there, I loved reading even more. I sat in my lawn chair outside or in a tree, reading, until my eyes hurt. I would ask my aunt to take me to the local library and would check out as many books as I have and realistic in the time frame I could not loan the children books.Most read about the love of reading as I have the growing up, but there are many family-friendly reading programs for the youth to keep children reading throughout the summer. I think that reading is fundamental in your house is a great way to encourage children to read. I started with my young children, reading them as often as possible. I have books in the bedroom, bathroom, car, you name it .... There books.I believe children learn from their models. Because I showed them that reading can be enjoyable, they are eager to learn to read, and read on your own. If I have to kill time, I put together a book, and books for my children. My son has to learn to read in the last year and is quite good. He is definitely excited. I have the opportunity to read it for local programs to get him over excited about the summer. These possibilities are endless.Generally when I read (stealing time between cooking and cleaning), my children ask me why I'm laughing. Many times I even share some tid-bit of information I've learned with my husband or my children. You see I get information by reading, so that they wish to participate. I take them to the library every other week, so that they gain experience, their books and read even they can. Often I get my oldest son in a quiet corner reading stories or even share with his brother. The bookworm in me always smiling this remembrance moments.To still a love for reading in support of my family, I have several ways. The first is the target company reading program Ready, sit, read! This encourages family members to participate in reading, offers book reviews, suggested reading, club benefits and can be taken alone or with other families. The website shares activities to participate after reading a book, integration of the material with arts and crafts and other activities. The website allows parents to search base materials in order to promote their newsletters and print coupons in your local Target store.In conjunction with Target, Rif.org use a reading program. Based on the age of your child, sign it and you can log their reading time from May to August to tally their reading hours and even win a gift card to Target. This is a great way to keep children motivated to read. The website is very child friendly, has colorful graphics, and children will come back to the site to hold. When children log their hours for reading in the Reading Club, a rocket has been sitting more time waiting for logs and counts (based on their age and reading level) for children at a certain hour set is closed. My son is excited and reminds me to ensure that his books are logged.Most local bookstore and story-time data kept by the summer, which often trade. I am often tempted to buy books about these providers, but I choose to the local library History of Time, which is free and the same benefits.
