saw someone mention in r/dwt2 that the invoices dream showed were from the coffeezilla video he refers to. which is true they appear around 3:18 to 3:45 or so. and how coffeezilla presents the invoices is that they are expenses that the owner of the merch company did using the company's money. and the invoices Do show it as a bill to Ryan Piassente & Revolt Enterprises LLC

So technically the invoices were initially used as proof by coffeezilla of the merch company's misuse of funds, but tubbo provided images of both the car rental here and the invoice to rent a property with pictures of them there and reference to the address provided.

But it DOES say it was billed to merch company. and tubbo was one of the creators who was scammed by the company and as such cant talk about it. i think either it was that tubbo paid for it through the company or something or this was another aspect of the merch company screwing over tubbo, therefore coffeezilla was wrong about who was making this purchase. OR somehow tubbo is wrong despite timeframes and images he provided lining up.

either way tho the way dream presented the invoices was sketchy as shit. he showed these invoices before even mentioning coffeezilla, so i had no idea this was from that video too until i saw someone else mention it. and besides lying and making tommy out to seem like the head of this company that scammed and took advantage of people, i cant see why he would include this in the video even with the context of coffeezilla's potentially misinformed video.
