daisy once brought home seven rabbits because she couldn't decide which coloured rabbit she wanted. she meant to ask some opinions and then return the other six to a shelter, but fell in love with them all and kept them. she looks after them very well <3

Hmmmm...Michael Shelley liking dinosaurs a lot. Dinosaurs and space being his two special interests...he wanted to become a possible museum worker (or whatever its called) before he lost his best friend to the spiral and joined the institute. he also used to ramble to Randy (? i think that's his name) about dinosaurs a lot before the Spiral took him.

I haven't the foggiest as to who randy is, so I'm assuming you mean eric? I could be completely wrong, so please correct me if so lol

with this headcanon, i imagine he would've loved to be a museum tour guide, or something similar, at the natural history museum, he would be too jittery to do that much talking, especially with kids. I'd imagine he visits a lot, though. he thinks the exhibits on dinosaurs and other extinct animals are cool as shit.

Rosie has questioned her sexuality so many times.

when she was younger like in high school or smth (or whatever the British call it) she always thought that women were just. Unnecessarily beautiful. She always thought it was some type of jealousy, and not just. Her being sapphic.

her first and only boyfriend she married right after Highschool, since she was already so close to him and loved him, and he was her best friend and who doesn’t want to marry their best friend??

when she got out of college and took the job at the institute, she kept getting pressured by her family to have kids. She talked about it with her husband who was slightly questioning as well (but didn’t say anything), and he imediently got defensive.

after the paranoia hit and the eventual divorce, Rosie would occasionally try to date again, but she just couldn’t feel a real connection with any of the men she went out with.

eventually, she came across a few different queeer labels, including Sapphic, but she didn’t feel like she could since she’ en ever went out with a woman, and isn’t even sure if she wants to go out with a woman.

post-s3 she finally has a breather to look into things a bit more. Things aren’t as crazy or hectic (minus flesh incident) anymore and she goes out with a woman. She feels like they could be good friends, and would necessarily mind a romantic relationship either, but she still harbors some relationship trauma from her last one.

post canon flash forward, Rosie has a garden, about four different pride flags in her home (lesbian, aro, demi, to be specific, as well as the progressive pride flag), a parakeet, and is married to her lovely wife who is fully supportive of her weird attraction levels, and has her dream job with a company that is not full of fear entities.

thats so real tho!!! after the apocalypse, she DESERVES to live in a lovely cottage up north, away from everyone else, with her wife and bird and perhaps a fish or two.

post apocalypse, she does not care about the institute. or georgie, melanie and basira. she wants to see her partner and propose and leave for good and be happy together, far away from the fears (or as far as they can get).

i can imagine her finding it quite difficult to differentiate between romantic and platonic attraction, so any of her relationships prior to her wife (who I'd imagine, for sillies, is the first person she knew for sure she was romantically attracted to) were just "oh theyre really nice! theyre my best friend!"

I was thinking of what Halloween costumes the archival crew would wear and I’ve come up with:

Sasha dressing up as a witch or anything fantasy related.

Tim dressing up as either a werewolf, a mummy, and or something that’s really dumb like cereal killer type of costume.

Martin is definitely dressing up as something like a zombie or more creepy then the average costume. It’s either a basic cute costume or a horrifying one. There’s no in between.

Elias/Jonah doesn’t care and if he ever dresses up? He’s a vampire. Always a vampire in different time periods that are somehow too accurate for the guy is supposedly around the modern times.

Jon dresses up as nothing. He doesn’t dress up, in fact he really dislikes Halloween and always tries to avoid people from knocking on his door by putting a bowl of candy outside with a sign, or goes without lights on. (Totally not because of trauma about knocking on doors).

tim being a cereal killer is genuinely making me giggle,,, it's so DUMB and so HIM. he definitely egged some people's houses when he was younger.

i can imagine jom being pretty into halloween, pre-head archivist, but even before michael and the door, it all makes him a bit paranoid. the most he'll do is carve a pumpkin and leave a bowl of sweets outside.

elias, however, lives for it, before and after possession. og elias would think it's fun, and it's a good time for jonah to scare the shit out of people, especially kids.

sasha has the best witch costume - there's no arguing. none of that ugly witch business either, she's too pretty.

martin goes all out for halloween. it's the most uncharacteristic thing anyone in the archives has ever seen, including elias.

the institute on halloween is HELL if you don't like halloween. it's just asking for trouble.
