There are times when I repeat my name over and over again and I end up feeling as if my name doesn't belong to me anymore, I don't belong to myself anymore. I feel like a stranger in my own body as if I don't know myself anymore.

Growing up, I didn't like to wear make up or dress up because of what I was always said that I was a boy trapped in a girl's body. From my family to strangers down the street, everyone told me how weird it is that despite being a girl I don't like those things. It made me feel uneasy about myself.

3-4 years back, there was a change in me and I kind of started to like dressing up and putting on make up. I was again laughed at, that I looked too "girly" for my own good.

I don't know how do certain things specify the gender. I have been made to feel uneasy in my own body for the choices I have made. It still makes me uneasy when I want to put on heels or make up, I try to avoid doing it, I like it but what would you do when even your bestfriend laughs at you for wearing heels.
