I recovered, then I didn’t and now I’m back
It’s been a few years since I was active on the proED scene on tumblr, and honestly I have so many thoughts. At the ripe old age of 20, having been here since I was 14, I now view myself as somewhat of an elder, here to share my wisdom collected over many years. Categorized it as meanspo if you want, it probably will be. So here goes:
- If you’re fighting for your life to get down to a BMI of over 18/19 you’re doing it so fucking wrong. Honestly it isn’t hard.
- The more you complicate it, the more you’ll struggle. Y’all will be out here counting every little KJ and still plateau at 19 bmi??? 🤡 If you’re intentionally obsessing over your food, guess what you’ll think about? Food. And then you’ll binge because you’re an idiot
- Working out will never negate food. If you could choose between walking for five hours and eating two muffins, or just sit on your bed and do nothing, what would you choose? Because choosing the first option will honestly just be worse than staying in bed. Stop finding excuses to eat, it’s the exact same thing fat people do.
- Fasting for three days, losing control, binging and fasting for another three days is 10 times worse than just eating 500 calories every day, forever. But because you all are short sighted and gluttonous, that’s just something you ignore. You’ll post about how amazing it feels to go days with no food and how starving is euphoric, while filling up on 2000 calories and negating all your work and crying about plateauing
- You’ll never be thinspo. Learn to separate fact from fiction, and media from reality. It’s posed, usually edited and perfectly angled and lighted. As someone who has had their photo used as thinspo before, I can honestly admit that that is still not how I looked. It’s curated. It’s a lie. At least aim for reality or else you’ll never find peace.
Ok bullying over, here’s my advice:
- Nicotine is your best fucking friend.
- Don’t overthink it. The one thing body positivity got right is that all bodies are different. What I need to function differs from what you need, no matter size. Don’t focus on eating a calorie limit. A set limit will cause two things: Overthinking and focus on food, which just isn’t comfortable, and excessive eating, because you’ll with no doubt eat to fill your limit or say ‘eh, I can eat some more because I still have some calories left’.
- Just don’t eat. Lol. I know it’s exactly what you’re trying to do, but you’re probably skipping the ‘just’ part. Think of it like this: how easy is it to drink too little water? It’s literally one of the most important things for your existence, but is so easily ignored. That’s what we’re trying to do with food. Why don’t you drink water for fun? There’s no enjoyment. Remove joy from food. Eat food that isn’t that tasty, when you need to have snacks to blend in, have mid range snacks, so you won’t miss it. You don’t schedule water, or count how much you’ve had, you just don’t think about it.
- Measure, don’t weigh. It’ll give you a better representation of fat loss instead of fluctiation.
- Your period doesn’t indicate shit. I was 14 BMI and got pregnant.
- The best way to body check is using tight clothes. Ideally ones you don’t actually use and not wash. Nothing feels better than the waistline on those pants sitting loose on a waist that used to stretch them.
- Figure out your body. Personally, I don’t need to eat until around 17.00, but then I NEED to eat, and am prone to binging. We usually have dinner later here, so I’ll have a small meal around 14.00 - 17.00, an apple or something. Savory foods increase my appetite, bitter foods decrease, sweet has no particular effect. I shouldn’t eat after 21.00, then it’ll be too easy to overeat. Once you know these things, and just implement them as a routine, things will ve so much easier.

In Norway we have a TV show that follows officers. Just for fun. You wanna watch this drunk guy calling the officers a horse cock while the officers are laughing their ass off? Go fucking ahead mate
Police officers claim that there’s a war against them.
They’re always saying that they have a tough and dangerous job. They’re always saying that society is full of people who are out to get them. They’re always saying that a police officer’s life can be ruined by a false accusation of brutality.
But if that were true, they’d be begging to be filmed. If the police were always filmed, people would see how dangerous it is to be a police officer. Police officers would be able to defend themselves against thugs who try to kill them, because the video would prove that it’s self defense and not police brutality. Anytime a police officer is wrongly accused of brutality, they’d be able to immediately disprove the accusation.
But that’s not what happens. Police officers protest against being required to wear cameras. Police officers threaten people who film them. 
Clearly, there’s no war against police officers. Police officers want people to not know what actually happens. Police officers know that in the absence of video evidence, a police officer’s word will be taken as fact. They’re just afraid of being held accountable for once.

??? This is so stupid? Why should we even blame a british kid on tumblr for the british colonisation? It's not like they had a fucking say in it, did they? I'll use me as an example here. I'm norwegian, from viking descent on both sides of my family. I would not at all be ok with an irishman yelling at me because my anscestors were fucking murderers. During second world war, Nazi Germany took over Norway. Many people lost their lives, as well as my great grandpa. I don't hold a single shread of anger against german people. They didn't have a fucking say in it. As well as, you shouldnt limit it to only Europe. Ever heard of Gengis Kahn? The soviet union? Have you ever seen the fucking evolution of a map? Countries take, kill, steal, or they are the victim, no matter if they are european or not
can we stop only blaming british people for colonialism and how they don’t take any responsibility today? because hi, spain massacred the entire center and south america. france? destroyed entire civilizations and ruled the worldwide slave market. european countries literally sat down and divided africa to themselves. y'all don’t get blame free just because it’s more trendy to be after british people on tumblr.

Update
Okay. I'm trying recovery as much as I can. I actually talked to my folks, and they were very helpful.
My main focus has been eating more. I was worried that I'd eat so much and still have to restrict, but no.
My limit is 1400 calories, but since about mid-january, I haven't gone over it once. On a normal day I eat somewhere between 500 - 1000 calories. Like, I eat breakfast, lunch dinner and a snack, and rarely get over 1000 calories. I don't restrict. I feel satiated after eating. I eat if I have an appetite. I just have to be aware of what I eat, but that's not really much of a problem either.
When I fasted for so long, so hard, I gained weight. Mabye I plateaued at 59 kg, but after that I'd always gain.
I feel great, I feel WARM, and I'm at My lowest weight ever.

what do you eat in a day and have you heard About taking Melatonin before bed. someone wrote it on a blog but i dont know what it does to your Body other than making you sleepy or are there any Benefits? and what Vitamins or Supplements do you recommend, and sorry for the long Question O_o
Recently I've tried to eat a bit more than usual. After christmas I weighed 63 kilos ish, and those always drop off from fasting, but no matter how much I fast, I plateau just above 58 kg. I eat between 500 - 1200 calories a day, and my weight is concistently dropping. Just remember that everyone is different, so what works for me might not work for you. My best friend has crazy sleep issues, so she has to take melatonin. The thing with melatonin is that it makes you *very* sleepy is the morning. To the point where our town was testing the bomb alarms, and that didn't even wake her up. It doesnt change her appetite in any ways. If your body produces the right amount of melotonin, extra supplements doesnt really affect your sleep. But If you want no change in anything, except sleeping through all your alarms, go for it. I don't take any supplements, because I don't fucking trust it. I might stretch it to taking vitamin D during the winter, because the sun rises at 09.30 and sets at about 4 pm, so sun isnt much of a thing. Idk where you live, but I know that all vitamins and supplements that are being sold in america does not have to be tested for literally anything, and they can just claim whatever they want, so I wouldnt trust that a bit. Anyway, all the supplements that are availabe in Norway are all Norwegian, so it would be of much use for anyone not in norway
