I had a dream about you last night.

You were struggling at work. I noticed you weren’t as energized or enthusiastic and it’s not like you. I walked up to you and asked if anything’s wrong. You told me that you and your girlfriend broke up. I, of course, tried to console you and comfort you but since we were working, I couldn’t do much.

After work, I asked if you wanted to have a movie night. We just watch movies and eat a shit ton of junk food. You know typical post break up activities. You agreed.

Fast forward, we’re at your apartment, I’m eating a family-sized bag of potato chips and you’re eating ice cream straight from the pint, wrapped up in a blanket, trying not to cry. I scoot over to your side and try to calm you down as you leaned on me. You put down the ice cream pint and say,

 “You know, you didn’t have to do this.”  

��Yeah but I hate seeing you sad,”

“Thanks, I really appreciate it.”

The two of us sat on your couch, watching the Disney movie and then out of nowhere, you just kissed me. I was shocked. Happy but shocked so I kissed you back but reality set in and I was quick to push you off explaining that we were coworkers and you just got out of a relationship.

You cried and apologized, begging for forgiveness. “I don’t know why I did that,” “I didn’t mean to I swear!” You pleaded to me. 

I don’t know what happened next. I woke up because of my alarm. I am awake and I am confused. Not just about how I feel about you but about why I feel like this towards you.

Drink water before eating

I like to drink 1-3 cups of water before a meal. That way, I’m staying hydrated and usually once I’m done with the 1-3 cups of water, I’m not hungry anymore.
