It has been a crazy month but I’ve managed to finish something I have been working on for a long time. This scene has been melting my heart for weeks now and I don’t think that’s gonna change. It’s such a beautiful chapter of a fic called But What a Way to Go by amazing @r33sespieces (https://archiveofourown.org/works/44784199/chapters/140581672), I specifically wanted to show this sweet moment:

“Hello,” Remus croaked and placed a soft kiss on Sirius's palm. “Thank you for feeding me.”

Sirius chuckled. “I’d do anything for you, love, you know that. This is the least I could do.”

He helped Remus shuffle up against the headboard and piled pillows behind him until his back rested against a feathery cloud. When Sirius set the tray in his lap, he gasped with delight. “You got me flowers!”

His eyes shone, and Sirius wanted nothing more than to kiss him. He laced their fingers together instead, not wanting to push, but Remus wrapped his fist in Sirius’s t-shirt and tugged him forward. He pressed their lips together and Sirius’s eyes fell closed, the world narrowing to only the points where he and Remus touched. Remus let him go with a soft sigh and a brush of fingertips over his cheek. “What did I do to deserve you? Padfoot, this is perfect.”

Sirius felt his cheeks flush in the face of his husband’s wide-eyed sincerity. It wouldn’t have been the first time Remus drew him in with a soft voice and feigned coyness, but this felt different somehow, like he was letting Sirius in on a great secret.”

It’s such a unique story, so many complex and fascinating characterizations and motifs, and Wolfstar is just exquisite there!
