Love, Pamela (book review)

Hello,

I had some audible credits and someone suggest this one to me.

If you don’t know who Pamela Anderson is you have probably been living under a rock for the last 20 years. She is best known for her role on Baywatch and as an all-around sex symbol. She talks about in this book how that title made people think it was ok to treat her a certain way. Especially after Playboy and having her personal property stolen they made it out like she deserved to be treated the way she was. There are some parts in this book that literally made my stomach turn hearing about it.

This book was a great listen. I have always liked Pamela Anderson and had an appreciation for her. You get to hear about her Childhood, Her relationship, and her own personal journey of growth. She tells it all in such a way that you can really connect with her. She has been through so many things and still maintains such a positive outlook on life. It’s really inspiring to her about everything from her point of view.

I highly recommend checking out this book.

The Riddle of Emmon Bodfish. (audible original)

I came across this one on Audible and listened to it purely because it featured Paul Holes.

This is an 11-episode series with about 15 to 30 mins long so it’s a quick binge.

This is an Audible Original that covers the strange murder of Emmon Bodfish. At the very beginning, they tell you that Emmon is a transgender male so they so get referred to by different pronouns and names throughout this series. You get to hear details from their childhood, and life as a whole including some journal entries as they try to uncover the mystery behind their murder. In the episodes, you will hear from Emmon’s friends and investigators who helped try to shed some light on this case. This case is strange, you think you know where it’s going then it takes shape right turn into something else.

I enjoyed listening to this and did not want to turn it off. I will tell you that this case is basically unsolved so if you like a story with a complete ending this may not be for you.

Things I watched in May 2023

Hiya,

Here is a list of things I watched in May 2023.

I kept seeing this Hulu and decided to turn it on. This movie is a strange take on how women’s biological clock ticking is different for everyone. This isn’t a terrible movie but I wouldn’t watch it again.

I found this on Starz and it was a fun time. You think you know what’s going then it changes up. I really enjoyed it. Also there is one character who literally has to pee everything 20 mins and I’ve never related to someone so much in my life.

This is a modern day take on the American witch hunt. Basically being a witch is being an illegal immigrant to the point they have a witch ICE. This one is scary cause it’s actually happening to people in the real world.

I grew up watching Ghostbuster so when I saw this one stream I had to watch it. This one is a nice take on the future generation of ghostbusters. I was sobbing by the end of the movie. I really enjoyed it.

I hadn’t seen this one and I really enjoyed the first one plus I love Carnage. I like how this one was done.

I hadn’t seen this remake but I really liked the original. This one is brutal in some parts of it, but was done very well.

I actually went on a date to see this one. I love the whole franchise and this one was excellent. There is a scene with a cheese grater that was real fucked up.

This was a movie featured in the book I’m reading. This one is about a doctor who will do whatever he can to make his daughter happy. It’s a wild time and I really enjoyed it. I think I found this one on Max.

Things I watched in April 2023 Part 2

Hiya,

I watched a bunch of things in April and I’ve also been busy most of May and have not finished any posts So I’m Playing catch up.

I really enjoyed the 1st one of these so I wanted to watch this one when I saw it. These are a good time and I will watch anything with Adam Sandler or Jennifer Aniston in it.

I hadn’t watched this one in years and decided to watch it again. It’s still a good watch.

I have looked into this event from the moment I first had internet access. This wasn’t something I had seen and it’s done very well.

I loved this movie so much. There is so much going on it and I loved how it was done. It’s clear why it won and Oscar. The cast and the story line is excellent.

I found this on Starz and wanted to watch it cause I spent a lot of my childhood with the Crypt Keeper. I enjoyed this one.

Another one from my child hood. I really like this one and I had forgot what a twist the ending gave us.

I enjoyed the first remake of this movie and I absolutely did not like this one. I checked out on it like 5 mins in. There were a couple scenes that weren’t bad but this just wasn’t as good as the first remake.

I came across this one on Starz and it was a fun horror twist on the tv show. I really like how this one played out and was done.

I was so excited to watch this when I popped on Paramount. I really like how they did this and I had a feeling about half way through it had something to do with the last movie. The twist at the end of nice and I’m excited to see where they go in the next one. Also I appreciate the INK shout out in the first 6 mins of the movie.

Things I watched in April 2023

Here is a list of some things that I watched in April.

I watched this one cause it was featured in the book I’m reading. This movie is a whole movie of trigger warnings. It is very intense and I didn’t care for it at all cause of it. I screamed at the scene for most of it.

I needed a palette cleanser after that last movie so I found this on Tubi and it had been a long while since I watched it so I turned it on. This movie is always a fun wild time.

This is a ABC documentary that I found on Hulu. This one covers the killing of a 17 year old Trans Women Gwen Araujo in 2002 just because they found out she was trans. This one give you a lot of details and interviews with friends and family . It was very well done and gives you some in site that this war on the trans community isn’t nothing new and the effect it has one everyone.

I watched this movie purely cause Bruce Campbell is in it. This one is about zombie shoppers on the biggest shopping holiday of the year. It actually really good. I liked it and would watch it again.

I have owned the book for years and never read it. so when I came across the movie I decided to just watch it. I didn’t care for it that much. I’m told the book is better so I added it to my stack to read.

I watched this movie purely for the 2 leading men. This movie is so good I really enjoyed it and will be watching it again.

A Brittany Murphy movie I haven’t seen. I came across it on Tubi. This one is a story of a girl told from different people in her lives point of view. I really like how this one was done.

I will watch anything Kevin Smith has done and I love the Clerk Series. I hadn’t watched this one yet and it hit me right in the feels. I love how they carried on the story line from the previous ones to bring it all to a close.

This movie is exactly what you would expect from a movie called Cocaine Bear. I really enjoyed it and will watch it again .

Episode 16: Kevin Mahoney

Hello,

I’m continuing my rabbit of missing or possibly murdered men in the Midwest.

Episode 16 on Youtube.

I almost didn’t do this one cause it happened in North Dakota but this one is close to Minnesota so I decided to look into it. Did you know there are a bunch of Kevin Mahoney’s in the world? I got results for a whole bunch of them I had to add missing and Fargo to the search to get anything on this one. After doing that I realized I have heard about this one before on the Vanished Podcast, which is very well done if you are looking for a new podcast to listen to.

There are conflicting statements on when Kevin went missing. His mother last saw him on Sept 30th, and a couple of friends confirmed the same thing. However, later a friend stated it was the following day October 1st. The police had it listed as October 2nd at one point. There was a lot of misinformation on this case from the police such as the wrong date, misspelling of names, and mislabeling his sisters as friends or cousins.

On September, 30th 1993, 25-year-old Kevin Mahoney disappeared after leaving his friend’s house in Fargo, ND. People partying the night in question would tell police Mahoney left around 1 a.m., on foot, headed for his brother's place in south Moorhead. This walk would have been about 46 mins or so since it’s 2.3 miles from his friend’s house to Moorehead.

For nearly three decades a family and detectives have been searching for clues in hopes they would lead to answers in the case of a missing Fargo man last seen leaving a friend’s house in north Fargo on Oct. 2, 1993.

Some Facts about the night he disappeared.

He left his friend's house around 1 am

Kevin called a friend Lenah who he called for a ride that night but wasn’t able to. She did go down a couple of days later to the house where he was and found a pair of jeans with blood on them. His Mother and Grandfather gave Dan samples but it was never tested again the pants. The pair were a 34 x 34 which would have been too big but Kevin would borrow clot

He was walking to his brother’s house but his brother was not home at the time so it’s not known if he ever arrived. Ben stated he called his brother first and also stated he called several family members but that was never confirmed.

The police didn’t take the case seriously until years later and some cold case investigators to a look at his file and determined that foul play was involved in his disappearance.

Some theories

In 2007 someone said that Kevin was killed at Ben’s and put in the wall or buried under the floor in the basement. They did dig up part of the concrete in the basement. The family doesn’t believe that they dug down deep enough and they took 120 photos that are on the vanished podcast website. There was a hole in the cedar block wall that the owners after Ben found and there was. 2x2 wall which they checked they didn’t find anything suggesting that a body had been there.

A rumor that he got into a fight with someone after a wedding and that dude came across him that night and killed him as payback

There was a rumor that Kevin someone gave him drugs to overdose,

That he was killed and then put in a woodchipper.

He was done like Jeanna North an 11-year-old girl who was kidnapped and murdered. Her killer stated her body was disposed of by tying a rope around her and weight it down with a cinder block in the river. Her body has never been found.

He was put in a meat grinder at Federal Beef which was rumored to be what happened to Jeanne North as well.

Suspects

Ben his friend whose house he was at that night. He got into a fight with Kevin before he left and gave conflicting statements to the police. All the stories that make sense kept coming back to Ben’s House. Ben did have some conflicting statements but he wasn’t confronted about it. They did a polygraph 3 months late and only had 3 questions and he was asked to fight and about the door.

Lonnie stated that after a wedding a year earlier that there was an argument where Kevin got out of the car and beat him up with nunchucks. He stated that due to this he would vow to seek revenge.

Phil said that Kevin was involved in a drug deal with the Mexican mafia and that if he didn’t kill Kevin they would have killed him. He killed him and put him where they put Jeanne North who was put in a grinder at federal beef. This came from someone named Scott who did put some connections together. When they reached out to Phil he stated they were barking up the wrong tree. There is nothing tying Kevin to Phil

The unlikely one is that of Kevin himself. whether he walked away or something happened. we don’t know. There was a woman who claimed to have seen Kevin at Rick’s bar in Fargo about a month after his disappearance, but that was never proven.

Each year in the days before and after the anniversary of his disappearance, Kevin’s family take to the streets of Fargo holding signs with his face and case on them to both keep his memory alive and remind the community of his case. They are putting up flyers and there is someone taking them down.

April Ipsy 2023

I’m delayed as always in writing post since my brain feels broken these days.

Here is my April Ispy bag.

This month’s theme is Anything is Possible which is a nice reminder for something a lot of people forget.

We get a list of what’s included in the bag this month, which I always appreciate it.

This month’s bag is a cute canvas bag with a few blue flowers. It’s fitting since it’s May which brings flowers or however, that song goes.

The back of the bag says Look good, Do Good, which is a cute little saying.

Realher Mini Mascara #2 in Eye Am Beautiful. This is a brand I haven’t heard of before but I love trying new mascaras. This one is great. The spoolie has these tiny bristles that make for an easy low clumping application. I’m able to do a couple of coats without issue. It does length my lash a fair amount and I haven’t had any issues with it rebelling with anything else I use. I like this one and would consider buying it again.

This one appears to be a collab with Lorde and Belle and it’s $20 for a full size.

Hey Honey Come Clean Propolis & Dead Sea Minerals Facial Scrub. I have tried several things from this brand with no issues. This is the first scrub that I have gotten. This one isn’t like normal scrub as it’s not as intense. It has the scrub effect but then it’s like the scrubbers disappear once you scrub them in. It’s not a harsh scrub which isn’t a bad thing so you can’t overdo it. I have still been able to get a good scrub with what product I have used but I don’t know if I would buy it again or not.

Hey Honey Come Clean Facial Scrub

Goldfaden MD Facial Detox Clarify and Clear Mask. I have tried this brand several times in these bags and really enjoy the products. So I was excited to try something else. This one is a facial Mask. It’s a very light formula that applies really easily and has a minty feel. I left it on for 15 to 20 mins it does cool your face down and rinses off with ease. It left my face feeling clean and with a slight glow. I really liked this one since it didn’t give me any issues.

This one is $68 for a 1.7oz jar.

Grown Alchemist Hand Cream: Vanilla + Orange Peel. I haven’t heard of this brand before but I’m always into any type of hand creams. This is a light hand cream that applies easily and is not greasy. It smells more of Oranges than Vanilla. It does leave my hands feeling moisturized and soft after using it. Also doesn’t wear off after a while like some do where you have to constantly apply more. I like this but wouldn’t repurchase it cause I’m not a big fan of the orange scent.

Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer in 5. I love really love this brand and it’s actually my go-to for Brow products. This one is a retractable eyebrow pencil that is super easy to use to shade in your brows. This one is a brown shade which I was worried about but it actually worked really well. This one doesn’t wear off over time and doesn’t rebel with any of my other products. I do like this one and would buy it again.

More things I watched in March 2023

Hello,

I watched a lot of things in March for some reason.

I realized I hadn’t seen any of these movies from the 3rd one and decide to binge them. This one is a fun trip and kept with the story line of the other ones.

This one I was a little thrown off by this until it got closer to the end of it and it all started making sense. I was in and out of it cause I didn’t know where it was going. The connections started coming together at the end of it.

I think this one was my favorite of the ones I watched. I really like the way the movie plays out and connects with the previous 4 through the whole thing and comes full circle. I really enjoyed it all.

This is the most recent one to come out. I really like the storyline of this one but it just doesn't connect to the other ones which is the main thing I don’t like about it. Other than that it’s a good scream at the tv movie.

I hadn’t seen this one but I came across it on Tubi and it has Brittany Murphy in it. This movie is wild just when you think you know what’s going on you really done. I really enjoyed this one and would watch it again.

This is another one from the book I’m reading. I hadn’t heard of this one and it’s loosely based on real like twins. This one shows the strong connection that twins have and how it affects their life. I really enjoyed this one. I can’t remember where I found it tho.

I saw this one on Hulu and it’s just looked like fun. Plus It’s got Nic Cage in it and I will watch anything with him in it. This one was great I loved the story like and how it all played out. A lot of it you kind of see coming but Cage’s character is a whole vibe in this one.

Another one I watched cause of my book. I hadn’t seen this one in forever. It’s really good and terrifying cause this is something I feel like could still happen.

Yet another one I watched cause of the book I’m reading. This is one I wasn’t even aware of so I was excited to watch it. I actually found it on YouTube. This movie has a great story line of what some people will do to stay young. It also is a good example of why you shouldn’t use witch craft in the wrong ways. I really enjoyed this one.

This bag is super cute. It’s white almost iridescent color with a dark blue inside. The pattern on it works very well.

Hey Honey Make a Splash! Intense Hydration Aqua Serum. I have tried several things from this company, which have been a hit and missed. This one is a liquid serum that I only have to use a pea-sized amount of to cover my whole face. It has a super light scent, which is nice since it’s not overwhelming. I have been using this one at night and it doesn’t leave me greasy. I do have a nice glow which I like. I would buy this one.

A 1.5 fl oz bottle is $49.

Make a Splash Intense Hydrating Aqua Serum.

Beauty for Certain Whole Lotta Mascara in Rich Blk. This is a brand I haven’t heard of, but I do appreciate mascara. This one has a great spoolie on it which is unique in shape. I can apply one coat and it does length my last. However, it clumps if I do 2 coats but don’t use my lash separator brush. I have tried to use it a couple of ways and it still clumps. I don’t think one works for me too well, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

A full-size tube of this is $32. It’s currently on sale for $26.

Trust Fund Beauty Nail Polish in Staycation. I believe I have tried this brand before but it was a different product. I just can’t remember. This is a periwinkle blue polish. I can get pretty could coverage with one coat. It did last a couple of days but it chipped a lot. I have been using this one as a base as well and it works with other polishes as well. I don’t know if I would buy it again.

Saint Luxe Translucent Powder in Translucent. I don’t think I have tried this brand before. I do like trying new-setting powders. This one is light and has a glitter shine to it that honestly isn’t too bad. This one does apply smoothly but I don’t know if I would buy it again cause it doesn’t seem to work with all my products.

Benefit Cosmetics Tight ‘N Tones Pore Refining AHA + PHA Toning Foam. I adore this brand and have tried a bunch of stuff from it. This is the first toner I think I have tried. This is a foam toner which was new to me. I only need one pump to apply to my face. It does give me a slight tingle burn but it fades quickly. It doesn’t leave my face heavy or rebel with any of my other products. I really like this one and would buy another one.

Things I watched in March 2023.

Hello,

I have watched a lot of things in March cause I’ve been reading a book on gay reflection for horror movies. A lot of them have come from that.

This is the original version of the blob starring Steven McQueen, which I have seen but not in years. This movie is strange but still holds up on how sometimes what doesn’t seem like a big thing can turn into one. The terrifying factor of the unknown is what makes this movie. There is also a 1988 remake that I was told to watch so I will have to find that one somewhere.

This is another one that was featured in the book I’m reading. I had never heard of this movie and realized it cause it came out the year I was born. This movie is wild and by the end of it, I was screaming at the tv cause What the Fuck is going on. I really enjoyed this cause I feel like this is something that is happening out there. I found this one on the Redbox app streaming for free.

I saw this one while Scrolling Tubi and this one looked fun. Plus it has Katherine Isabel in it. This movie is about a med student who has her life ruined so she changes her life path. I really enjoyed this one go watch it.

I was so excited when Megan got put up on peacock because I’ve only heard good thing about it. This movie is so good. The way the story goes is so well done and the kills are done in a way that works for this type of villain. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait for the sequel.

This is another one that was talked about in my book and I realized I hadn’t ever sat down and watched a whole Godzilla movie. This is the 2014 one that I found I think on Plex. This movie isn’t for me. I lost interested early on. Also the fact that you don’t really see Godzilla till like the last 20 mins of the movie I don’t understand. I get it cause it creates the fear of the build up of the unknown but I didn’t care for it.

This movie is one I have looking for for years and have not been able to find it. I’ve only seen clips of it. I was scrolling HBO, saw it, and squealed. This movie is typical John Waters chaos and I really enjoyed the randomness and the drama of it all. Go watch this one.

Another movie that was in the book I’m reading. This one has subtitles but kept my attention the whole time. This one start off strange trying to figure out what exactly is going on. It’s almost like 2 movies in one, the prequel then the sequel. I really enjoyed this movie and how well it was done.

This one just popped up on Tubi and I watched it cause I hadn’t seen it. I actually thought this was about something else which is why I never watched it. This is a found footage movie which are always a strange fun time. However this movie is not what I expected and it’s wild.

Another movie that I came across on Tubi and hadn’t watched. This movie is intense for a lot of the time just waiting for it all to fall apart. I really enjoyed it. also, this one is loosely based on an actual serial killer but i can’t for the life of me remember which one.

Things I watched Feb 2023

I know this post is super late but i’ve been delayed.

So Here is a list of some movies I watched in February 2023.

I saw the preview of this one and it looked interesting. This whole movie was brilliant. I love horror movie that finds new ways to terrifying people. I was laughing at some of the scenes in this one cause they are things I didn’t expect. I really enjoyed this one and will probably watch it again. This was on HBO Max.

This was a recommendation from Peacock for a Valentine’s Day Movie. I hadn’t seen it yet but I enjoyed it and the whole strange unknown angle that it took. Also that things looks like a Tit and you can convince me otherwise.

This one popped up on Hulu and I decided to give it a watch. This one makes me angry and confused. The story is wild time but with a nice ending. It has English voice overs.

I have been meaning to watch this one for a while and been putting it off. This movie was a nice surprise. About half way through it I realized what was really going on and by the end I was screaming. I really enjoyed this. It’s on HBO Max.

This movie was like 3 movies in one. Everyone one of them tied together into one big movie that could have all been prevented if you didn’t go into the murder basement. I found myself screaming at the TV for this one which is always a good time. This one was on HBO Max.

February Ipsy 2023

Here is my review of the February Ipsy Glam Bag review.

This month’s theme is You are Loved, which is perfect for the month with Valentine’s day in it. I also really love the design on the card.

While we didn’t get the list of products in the bag we did get some affirmation which I do appreciate.

This bag is a cute pink purple marbling which I think fit the theme all around very well.

THE BEAUTY CROP Vitamin Babe Foundation in 5C. This is the 1st time I think I’ve heard of this brand. I was excited to try it because I have been looking for a new foundation. This one is very light coverage. I did one coat and then had to apply more since it didn’t even cover up my facial redness. It didn’t work well with my other products either. It left me cakey and by the end of an 8-hour shift at work, it all faded off. I have tired it with primer and without primer. I just can’t get it to work for me so I won’t be buying this one.

This one is $22 for a 1 fl oz tube and comes in 9 shades.

Buy Vitamin Babe Foundation.

SKIN&CO ROMA Truffle Therapy Midnight Dew Mask. Another brand I’ve never tried before, but I do appreciate face masks. This one is a thick greyish cream that applies clear on your face. I put it on and left it for 15 to 20 mins then wipe it all with a wet rag. This one didn’t really do anything for me. I won’t be buying it.

This one is $35 for a 3.4 fl oz jar.

APPEAL COSMETICS Ultra Creme Lipstick in Muse. I think I have tried something from this brand before or at least heard of it somewhere. I always love getting lipstick. This one is a super creamy formula that doesn’t feel heavy on the lip. It didn’t dry out my lipstick or anything. The only issue I had was that the shade is a little too. light for my liking. It’s more of a light coral on me. I would buy one in another shade tho cause I like it and I dig the packaging.

This lipstick is $21. They have 10 lipstick total like this one.

AMINNAH SKINCARE Birthday Cake" Whipped Body Butter. This is another brand that I hadn’t heard of, but I was excited about body butter. This one is thick and you have to warm it up in your hands to correctly apply it. This one is super greasy and I really don’t like having it on my hands. I have been using it on my feet and elbows where I need that extra something. This one does smell like cake and it’s very pretty to look at. I won’t be buying it again.

This one comes in. 2 sizes—4 oz for $20 and 8 oz for $32.

CIATÉ LONDON Glow To Illuminating Blush in Matchmaker. I really love this brand and haven’t had any issues with them. This one is a light golden pink shade that works really well on my pale skin. This one also has a little shimmer to it which helps add that extra pop to any highlight I use. It is buildable and doesn’t rebel with any of the other products I use. I really like this one and would buy it again.

This one is $25 for a full size and comes in 6 shades.

I used this setting spray on and off since I bought it. Mainly cause I went through waves of just not doing my makeup on a daily bases.

This spray applies easily and I was able to fan-dry it without issues. Some setting sprays are heavy when you put them and I was worried this one would be cause it was when i wore it with the cream to powder foudnation. I didn’t have that issue with other foundation and products just that one. It did make my face look a little more glowy and dewy. On top of all of that, it did make my makeup last all day and didn’t leave my skin feeling dried out. However I didn’t wear it for 16 hours to fully test it.

I liked this one for just a spray to have around if you need one. I don’t know if I would buy it again since I don’t really like the dewy look on me personally.

Milani Cream to Powder Foundation

This is a post that’s been in my drafts for a year. Since this is still something that can be purchased I’m going to go ahead and post.

So this is a product I saw all over Instagram and everyone was loving it. Also, it was said to be a dupe of KVD’s Good Apple Foundation. Since I like the brand I decided to place an order. I actually got a couple of things. I will be reviewing it in several posts.

It comes in a a little compact as most powder foundation do.

I got 2 different shades since I wasn’t sure which would work best for my skin tone. I got Warm Porcelain and Porcelain.

The top one is a shade lighter. They both matched my skin tone pretty well.

Here is the process of applying it to my face.

Top Left-just my Primed face.

Bottom Left- Half my face with the foundation. You can tell the coverage it has over my redness and random imperfections.

Right- the product completely applied to my face. This is without concealer or anything. So you can see it does a good job of giving me some medium to almost full coverage in some places. There are just some parts that need a little extra.

The product is excellent since it’s light when you apply it and it’s buildable. I have used this one several times in the past year since I got it. I have used it alone, with Concealer, with various setting powders, blushes, and Contours. It has been hit-and-miss for me. I feel like I have to apply a couple of layers for full coverage but it makes my face feel a little greasy if I don’t set it with powder after. Either way, I feel like it doesn’t really last on my face as a long-wear foundation. It could just be my skin that it just doens’t work with.

I have used it several times since writing this post initially and have about the same reaction. It is a little better depending on how much I use. I have longer wear with less product than applying multiple layers. However, I am still on the fence about this product. So I wouldn’t repurchase it for myself. However, there are a lot of people online who really loved it and it worked for them.

This one is $10.99 and comes in 21 shades. Honestly, it’s not a total loss for this price if it doesn’t work for you.

Brazilian Joia Shampoo and Conditioner

Hello,

I have been going through all my samples trying to use what I can so it doesn’t got to waste.

I have tried everything that I can from this brand except these 2 which I am not really sure why.

Here is the ingredients and back pieces of information.

Both of these formulas were very easy to apply. The shampoo lathered up really nicely and wash out without issues. It also left my hair feeling very clean. The Conditioner went on smooth and left my hair feeling silky. Also, they smell incredible, like fruity cocoa butter. My hair was really manageable and made my hair feel kind of luscious. I didn’t have any frizz either.

I really like this one and would buy it again.

A set of these is $45. They are 235 ml each.

Things I watched in January 2023

Hiya,

Here’s a list of thing I watched in January.

I watched this one based on the name. Cause it sounded like something I would be into. This was a fun watch. I actually can’t remember anything about this dude and I don’t know why. This was one is interesting if you like true crime with plot twists.

I’m reading a book about queer takes on horror movies and realized I hadn’t seen this one so I found it on tubi. This movie is wild and I found myself constantly screaming at the screen.

I rewatched the whole series when the 2nd season came out cause I couldn’t remember what happened. This show is really good and I appreciate how they tell you the story and then go back hand gives you the back story. It’s a good one just to sit and binge-watch.

I have looked into this case several times growing up. I remember when it happened and when my mom used to remind me to stay close to home constantly. The way this doc was done was perfect. I appreciate that they worked with the family and everyone involved at the time to really tell Amber’s Story and the impact she has had on the world. This is on Peacock.

I was so excited to watch this one cause when I saw the preview because I love David Harbor. This movie was so damn good. I liked the story line and the backstory they gave the characters. I really loved it and I’m excited they are doing a follow-up. This one was added to Peacock.

I watched this one cause it popped up as a reccomendation to the last one this one is a series of 24 short stories set up like an advant calendar. I was in and out watching this one. Some tales were good and some I didn’t care for. If you are just looking for something to watch this one is ok. It was on peacock.

This bag is so cute. It’s a light lilac fuzzy bag. I love the neon green zipper on it for the contrast.

IT COSMETICS Hello Results Wrinkle-Reducing Serum-in-Cream. I have tried several things from this brand over the years and it’s been hit-and-miss. The instructions say to use a pea-sized amount to cover your face and neck. I have used this one several times with other products and have not had many issues. I have used it by itself as well. I don’t care for this one. I didn’t see any difference and it did give me a burning feeling when I mixed it with a toner. I wouldn’t buy this one again.

POLAAR Ice Pure Gentle Scrub with Arctic Cotton. I feel like I have tried this brand before but I’m not entirely sure what it was. This one is a light scrub paste that applies easily and is a soft scrub. I have used this one a couple of times after makeup and without. It’s really nice and leaves my skin feeling cleansed. It also doesn’t rebel with any of my other products. I like this one and would consider buying it again.

This one is from France so the price is in francs it’s 13.50 which I converted to $2.23 in the US for a 125 ml Tube.

TRIFLE COSMETICS Eye Candy - Highly Pigmented Eye Shadow Duo in Baklava. I haven’t heard of this brand before. I do appreciate finding new ones tho. This is an eyeshadow duo that features a light pink shade and an olive green shade both with gold undertones. The pink is super light and I had to apply several layers to get the color to come through the green was a little darker but I still had to layer it on to show the pigment. They are both buildable and I didn’t have a lot of falls out. I do like this formula and will have to look into the brand more.

This one is $14 and comes in 6 shades.

Buy Eye Candy - Highly Pigmented Eye Shadow Duo.

REINA REBELDE Rebel Eye Definer Pencil in ¡Hijole!. This was my pick of the month. Another brand that I have heard of it. I do like trying new liners. This one looks black but it applies as a deep navy blue, I’m able to use it with products and blend it out with a little bit. It isn’t as creamy as I would like. The only major issue I had was that I left the lid off and it dried out. You just have to sharpen it to fix it. I will be looking into the brand more.

This one is $17.

Buy REINA REBELDE Rebel Eye Definer Pencil

PLUM Color Affair Nail Polish in Moonlit. This is yet another brand I haven’t heard of. I do love polish. I was worried this one would be too light against my pale skin toe but it wasn’t. It’s a matte gray polish with silver glitter in it. I only have to apply 2 coats to get full coverage. This one did hold up pretty well with chipping I did have to remove it and redo my nails at the end of the week. I like this one tho and will be looking into the brand more since they have all kinds of different shades and coats.

This one is in Indian Rupee currency it says 195 which covers to $2.41 USD. There are 6 shades of this one.
