These are just some additional rambles I've been thinking of recently.

I've missed writing for them 🥺 I have them on the current series fixation rn as well ☺️

I've been forgetting to post my JuAli AU dialogue scripts here, whoops 😭

I drafted some JuAli AU dialogue scripts 🐈‍⬛☀️🖤❤️💛

I thought about a JuAli scenario where Judar occasionally comes to Alibaba to see him during one of their trysts, and plays games where Judar flings ice shards at him while flying in the air and chasing after him. ❄️🔥

Judar plays all sorts of games with him like, "Dodge ice shards!!!" just to entertain himself because he wants someone to play with.

A seriously annoying cat cot 🐈‍⬛ /endearing

What a troublemaker.

At the very least, Alibaba figures this would be good sparring practice for him.

In my JuAli AU, while they’re still in the Enemies phase, I imagine that Judar has a mindset towards Alibaba that's something around the lines of, "I seriously can't stand your type. I want to destroy you."

Think of it as the urge of a cat to instinctively bat its paw at someone 🐈‍⬛

JuAli in the Enemies to Lovers phase is so fun to think about. I love thinking about their initial hostility and sexual tension 😌🖤❤️💛

I thought it'd be hot to portray JuAli's initial hostility and Judar's initial curiosity in him while he's still violently tsun aggressive 🤭

I wanted to write them bonding and getting to know each other better <3

I recently wrote some more rambles while rereading my dialogue scripts.

Dialogue Scripts

My dialogue scripts are the same as before.

I just feel like adding my rambles onto the OG post will get cluttered in reblogs so I'd rather make a new post.

Add-on Rambles

(Short post version that I wrote in my drafts. It's mostly the same, but I wanted to write my add-on rambles.)

I usually just make new posts but considering I'm talking about the same set of dialogue scripts, I figured I might as well.

I wrote Judar's line here as:

ジュダル：そうだ……俺をもっと、もっと、興奮させてやるよ！

Judar: That’s right……. Excite me more! Make my heart pound with excitement!

Because it sounds sexy to me ☺️❤️

I considered writing it as this too:

Judar: Excite me more!

ジュダル：俺をもっとドキドキさせてやるよ！

But I chose the one above since I wanted to include the alt meanings of 興奮 (koufun, "excitement; stimulation; agitation; arousal")

So Judar's line here reads as "Make me more excited/aroused!"

Also it's just more fitting for Judar to say something like "Excite me more! Make my heart pound with excitement!"

He wouldn't be so direct to say "Make me more aroused" but I wanted to keep the alternate meanings ^^

My inspiration for my Dialogue Scripts ��

Alibaba slashes Judar in the cheek

Magi: Vol. 5 - Ch. 48 (Balbadd Arc)

I imagined that in my writing ideas, Judar goes like “…” and “That expression…” when Alibaba rises up to the challenge.

I based Judar's line, "Ah, there it is again... That expression..." on this scene.

It’s a deliberate ref to Ch. 48 (when Alibaba breaks through Judar’s barrier (Borg) and slashes him in the cheek)

I imagined that in my JuAli AU, he initially just dismissed/brushed him off.

But once JuAli start to get closer, Judar just can't get him out of his head, and it pisses him off and irritates him sm.

Alibaba and Morgiana fight Judar

I was also inspired by Ch. 70 - 71 (when Alibaba and Morgiana fight Judar)

I imagine that early on in my JuAli AU, Judar is seeking weird forms of entertainment from being an asshole. LOL.

The way Judar acts around Alibaba at first is like a fucking bully LMAO

Think of it as like the Cain Instinct ™️

JuAli's Relationship

In my JuAli AU, I think that Judar's initial curiosity in Alibaba comes from him being drawn to Alibaba, someone who's the exact opposite of him in personality, mindsets/beliefs and goals/ideals, etc. 💞

Alibaba is different, almost like someone from a whole another world compared to him.

And it's cuz of that he doesn't understand him at all.

And he just pisses him off sm. What a needless existence. He wants to kill him so bad

I feel like, early on in JuAli's relationship, Judar instinctively acts on said curiosity & seeks him out.

But is definitely not ready to face/confront his initial feelings of curiosity, nor does he want to. It's easier not to.

So his tsundere ass goes "I am not your friend!!"

At first, Judar visits Alibaba on the nights of full moons on little trysts, but then just visits him whenever 🌙🌕

I imagine that Judar would occasionally visit Alibaba and play these kinds of games with him. Judar thinks it’s fun, but it’s not so fun for Alibaba (at first)

I think that Alibaba does eventually grow accustomed to Judar’s antics and grows to find these kinds of games fun, since it’s pretty much like sparring…

Just more tense? Since Judar is dangerous, but more mischievously playful & bratty.

He eventually gets used to it tho

I love these chapters sm. They're my biggest crumbs ever so I cherish them 😌

In my dialogue scripts, the line where Judar says that he can't stand Alibaba's hypocrisy, is referenced from Judar and Hakuryuu's dialogues in the Kou Empire arc.

I prefer the Fan-TL by Sense Scans over Viz's version so I'm just gonna include that here.

Alibaba vs. Hakuryuu

Hakuryuu: It's your hypocrisy! It's what I absolutely won't allow to exist in this world!

Magi: Vol. 26 - Ch. 254 (Kou Empire Arc)

My dialogue scripts are referenced from Judar & Hakuryuu's lines where they mention how they can't stand Alibaba's self-righteousness and moral hypocrisy (hypocritical virtue)

Since they perceive his unwillingness/hesitance to use any means to take back his country (Balbadd) as naivety/weakness.

Misc Rambles

My set of JuAli dialogue scripts takes place during the "downtime" where the main trio is staying in Sindria, so I imagine that Judar comes to see Alibaba every now and then

Alibaba is a lot more soft in their relationship, but Judar just does everything he can to bother him.

Guy acts like a fucking bully LMAO

I like the idea of JuAli having a Besties/One-sided enemies dynamic going on (from Judar's end lmao)

They start off like a "Love/Hate" dynamic

(Put the quotations cuz it's not genuine hatred from Judar's end.)

Seeing Judar have a more (comedic) obsessive kind of hatred would be funny.

It's so fucking funny when a character is OBSESSED with the guy they "hate"

Discussion Rambles

Cinna said this before but:

Generic bickering and hate ship / extremely one sided tolerance couple: I sleep 😴

Bickering angry couple where every insult is charged with love and their characters are dependent on each other for good and bad: I'M AWAKE 👀

Me: Like the 1st one is just... so boring to me.

J: Oh I completely agree. It's so boring the monotony ships where one of them says yes to everything

😂 It's so funny when in a ship they can't stand each other

Me: JuAli is so funny to me for this reason cuz they're the 2nd one.

The bicker and kiss thing is so spicy

Me: And thanks to Alibaba's warm and humble, softer personality, JuAli lacks the violence of my other "twink on twink violence" ships like HoroRen (SK) who are constantly at each other's throats and really violently aggressive with each other.

It's why I prefer JuAli. They have more warmth and companionship in their relationship imo. Their relationship is much more mellowed out.

Ok I love this but only when it's like a Love/Hate thing and/or the obsessive kind of hatred LMAO

It's the only form of "Hate/Bicker" ship I can tolerate. It's so fucking funny when a character is OBSESSED with the guy they hate

Alibaba makes the ship more mellowed out due to his warm and humble personality.

Sounds so much like him that I can even have a mental image of it 😂

Yeah. Alibaba will be more soft, but for some reason I can imagine Judar doing everything he can to bother him.

Me: JuAli just falls into my kind of rather rough and violent end of "Opposites Attract" ships.

They're the besties/worsties.

They'd bicker and kiss as their love language ❣️

I feel like once they settle into a relationship, they'll become a lot more softer and domestic, but I like the idea of them still keeping up their comedic lighthearted competitive banters.

Judar would go out of his way to bother and pick on Alibaba on purpose

They seem to regard each other as precious friends in some way but most of the time they're on each others throats

Alibaba is the perfect friend. He's a character I would want to hang out with. Someone who's as radiant as the sun. He's bright, warm, welcoming, accepting, open, and so forthright about his sincerity/genuinity. I love him sm... My son... 💛☀️🌻

That's why I'd imagine that later on Judar just yaps to him about things that he wants to do atm (or rants about things that annoy him)

And Alibaba would be a great listener 🥰

I like thinking about the amount of knowledge/wisdom Alibaba gained (after the Kou Empire death matches, and prior to when he met Judar)

So I like thinking of Judar listening to Alibaba ramble on for hours too ❣️

Though Judar's the type that can't really sit still in one place for too long, because he craves constant stimulation and excitement.

Judar: I just realized... I seriously can't stand your type, but... You're fun to bully.

Alibaba: (!?) ⁉️

Alibaba: Oh, shut up! You always cause so much trouble! 💢

Alibaba: (And here I started thinking, "Well, maybe he's not a bad guy after all...!")

Alibaba comes back to his room to find Judar napping away in his bed

Alibaba: WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!? You can’t just come in here as you please!!!

Judar: (Judar rubs at his eyes as he stirs awake.)

Judar: Mm?

Alibaba: THIS IS MY ROOM!!! MOVE OVER!!! YOU’RE HOGGING THE ENTIRE BED!!!

Alibaba: (Well, as long as he’s not stirring up too much trouble, I guess it’s not the worst thing…)

Alibaba: I knew you were spoiled, but—!

I think at first, Alibaba is kinda expasperated with him doing this, but eventually gets used to Judar's antics once they get closer.

Because it's just so typical of Judar to do this tbh

So then it just becomes "That's just so like him..."

And he also starts to find it cute ^^

Your needy spoiled cat bf is waiting for you in your bed even though he's not gonna admit he actually wanted to see you!!! 🐈‍⬛

I also like how calling their first big meet-ups/trysts "First Night" and "Another Night" keeps the reference to how the chapters are named after "Nights" due to it taking name/setting inspiration from 1001 Nights.
