Cheaper than buying I guess

Every time I talk with my family shows me how little they actually understand me, my fears and my mood. Since my childhood I was told that I shouldn't show my feelings since I'm a guy. Now I get told that I don't have empathy from these very people. I've changed to exactly what people wanted from me and now I get walked all over for doing so.

I very much have empathy for a lot of friends, especially to which I talk about this stuff, but I physically can't show my appreciation towards some people and that is what's hurting the most.

How can some people like the cold seasons more than summer? My feet and hands are freezing, my back and stomach sweating and my face hurts from the cold wind.

The only upside is that I worry more about my own survival than other people when I'm outside.

Dream update 1

So in this night I was dreaming about being part of a team which was doing some sort of heist. One member was caught and then tortured by some evil person while a doc was keeping her alive.

After all a pretty eventful night I have to say.
