Day 3: DNA

Vlad’s first few attempts at ectoplasmic cloning were... disappointing.

Day 4: Eclipse // Day 5: 10 Years Later

There’s no wind on the moon, but old fabric stirs on its flagpole. Stones scatter. Fifty year old footprints wash away. In the growing darkness, as the sun slips behind the earth, boots touch down on the solid lunar surface. Red eyes fix on the planet. The thin atmosphere crackles with energy. It took countless days to retrace his steps through the unmapped void between the planets, but at last, the heavenly bodies have aligned. Earth is in sight. He has returned.
