Remember with the holidays being now it’s ok to eat more than you’d like in order to enjoy spending time with family and making memories. Yeah I wanna be skinny but I won’t miss out on seeing friends and family that I really only get to see twice a year.
Fast and work out the days leading up but don’t forget to spend the holidays a little stress free.

I love winter because that means I can eat broth and vegetables and people are just like yeah that makes sense
Like seriously about 25 cal for broth and 50-200 for veg (I put in some corn or sweet potato so it’s a higher cal count)
Also it looks like a lot of food because of the broth and it’s warm so it’s just all in all so good!!

⭐️ving tips <3
1. the most basic but most helpful had to be DRINK WATER! staying hydrated is so important and can definitely help when your craving food
2. for me a rubber band on the wrist is so helpful, every time i get hungry i snap it’s against my wrist!
3. if your in public avoid places where lots of people are eating! it’s can make you feel compelled to eat!
4. if/when you cant avoid food do something to distract you read a book or use tumblr!
5. one of my personal faves is sleeping, when your asleep you can’t eat and can’t think about food so try taking some naps!

It’s so hard under eating in college because you go throughout your day saying you ate before class but your friend wants to buy you coffee after class because you gave them your flash cards and now your drinking a 400 cal coffee at noon when you weren’t supposed to eat until 4pm
