Reminder that “step outside of your comfort zone!” are words to encourage you to try new foods, or a new style of clothing, or maybe a new hairstyle. Those are not words meant to shove you out of your zone and into doing something like talking with someone that hurt you, doing something dangerous, or letting go of things that comfort you when you most need it.

Stepping outside your comfort zone is YOUR choice, and no one else’s! Be mindful of that.

Suggestion for Americans writing fiction based on British characters - don't have one character address the other as "dude". More common in the UK is "mate".

I don’t think I will ever be able to psychologically handle London Spy because like three separate gifsets of that show have almost made me cry and I’ve never even seen it
