:BLUSHYSMILEYCATEMOJI: hehehe well, it is mostly done, it just needs the polishing up for proper posting display with the accompanied drawn diagrams and colour coding (also it's quite old at this point, started working on it a year ago and wanted to work on lore stuff so I put it on hold, so the doodles look kinda bad but oh well alsjdfsdfj). The one main thing I just have to make her Reformed Mordrem minions to display the rest with the little visual diagrams, but I can post what I have done here so far <3 (this is actually the first time I've posted the updated state of this WIP since I last talked about it last year lskjfs. So sorry in advance if some of this seems janky as I haven't gone over it in a hot minute) Note: I also wanna redo the icon thing to be more of an eye instead of the lotus since it makes more sense literally and thematically and to just try to make it look better in general. For context my OC Mourynn/Vallotash (same person kinda) is Mordremoth's (parasitic) Scion in a weird imposter (syndrome) situation (leaving that bit out for now), and her whole thing was inspired by the ??? area in Jahai bluffs with the one quote that inspired her existence "Are you a dragon dreaming that it's a hero? If you were, how would you know?", where the area also matches her colours thematically too, and why her Mesmer abilities all revolve around hallucinations and tapping into the "Dragon of mind/plant, roots/madness, etc." where the spec also evolves slowly over time as she develops, but it does get amped up during LS1 with Scarlet being responsible for kickstarting it (as she brainwashed Mourynn to help cultivate the Dreamthistle into the Toxic Offshoots, and from there with HoT and so on as things got worse and this just evolved into it's own thing, haha). Super abridging explanations (and badly lol) since I feel that part with the Toxic Alliance and those spores were an important step towards this becoming what it is. this might be a dumb question, but how do u do two colors on a text?

not a dumb question !!! it's actually really easy :3 i'm gonna be extra about this because i can and want to hehe

TUTORIAL TIME !!

1st step ── .✦ you need to be on the computer/desktop tumblr for starters,, the mobile app doesn't give the option you need

2nd step ── .✦ go to make a text post like usual and click settings in the upper right hand corner, that will bring up all this bullshit ⇣⇣⇣

none of it is important for what we're doing aside from the 'text editor' option

3rd step ── .✦ select the 'HTML' option

it will change the text box to look like this ⇣⇣⇣

4th step ── .✦ there are plenty of sites you can use to create the code needed but i use this one,, it includes a step by step guide on how to generate the code

once on the site add your text and pick the colours you want,, make sure you copy from the text box using html code

5th step ── .✦ paste the copied code into the html text box on tumblr and it's done

if you wanna see what it looks like,, click on 'preview'

voila !! all done !! i hope this helped <3

some extra stuff to know is -- if you copy the text while in editor mode, you can paste it onto a different/new post that is not in html text editor mode

personally i do this a lot because it's fiddly to have all the code and coloured text up while i'm trying to format my post so it looks nice (idk if i made sense just then srry >_>)

the whole thing is actually very easy and if you play around with it some more you'll eventually figure stuff out :>

hii, i was wondering how did you put the pretty colours on your presentation post? i've been trying to do the same for a while but sadly i didn't succeed 🥲

hiii, I'll try to explain, if you don't understand let me know ☺ (ps. It's a bit of a long explanation hehe)

First, you will enter this website, and follow the steps there, this part is the simplest. You will place the text or any symbol you want, choose the color and how you want the effect to be.

when you choose everything, the code you will copy there will be the HTML.

Then you will log into your account and edit a post that has already been published, click on the gear at the top, and change the rich text to HTML.

After you choose the HTML, these codes will appear. This is the most annoying part of this, you will have to try to read the codes to find out where to put the copied text. In this case, you will replace the code that is there with the one you copied, which is the edit with the colors.

remembering that all this has to be done over the Internet, ok, Google, Safari or whatever you use, unfortunately it doesn't work on mobile.

Also, maybe something easier would be for you to paste the copied codes at the end of all these codes, save, and then go through the mobile app and edit, because on the phone there is the option to hold and select the text to change the line, so it would be a little easier to edit maybe. If you need help or have any questions, let me know. 🤗

So I followed this tutorial right here, which this website is used

It might be a little funky to get used to at first, but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty straight forward

Personally, I just use the colour boxes and stay away from her hex codes on the left hehe that’s above my pay grade

Also, as far as I’ve understood, this is only able to fix on computer?? Because you have to go into the text editor and change the post into HTML, but the tutorial explains that too ☺️

as for the words' colours! i'm so glad you like my synaesthesia posts btw, and thank you for noticing that the highlighted words are the exact colour that i'm talking about.

the way you do it uses a bit of html coding actually! on tumblr web, normally you edit posts with the rich text editor, but if you go to the cog icon you can change it to HTML.

here, you'll find your post looks a little bit weird, but that's okay. just scroll through for the word you're looking to highlight in a different colour, and put this coding around it:

<span style='color: #[the colour hex]'> [your word] </span>

and those parts in square brackets can be altered to fit what word you wanna change, and which colour you want it to change into.

i hope that helps! if you need anything cleared up, just shoot me another ask and i can send you a screenshot of one of the html codings of my synaesthesia posts <3

Heyo! I LOVE your homestuck color reference site. It’s super useful and well done and easy to use.

If I might suggest one addition, it would be the prospit and derse colors from the sprite outfits. I notice you have text/blood color as well as shirt colors for the kids and trolls, and extended zodiac colors as well as sprite colors for the aspects, so I feel that it would fit in.

(For derse, the hex codes are #e000ff and #f191ff, and for prospit they’re #ffe134 and #ffff00)

I honestly like the kinda portrayal of Ginji where he sorta anticipates where his life would go

Idk how to describe it, but like I can see Akagi being taken by surprise a lot more than Ginji lol

also unlike Akagi, Ginji was drawn taken aback by something in manga... if Akagi reacts going "ooh? go ahead, show me" then Ginji gets that drop of sweat treatment lol;;

instances I remember are 1) Ginji listening to the exposition of men cage lol 2) running to the elevator bc of Morita’s proclamation of retirement

I also don't think Ginji intended for the serial killer arc to go as it went haha--

so I'd say Ginji is very competent at putting up a front but he's never actually in control

I'd say he's the type of character who'd do this:

- look, Morita, it'll land tails (flips a coin)

it lands on heads

- heh, the coin was rigged, I planned it all along... from this, Morita, you have to learn a lesson to not believe anyone, not even yourself 

and Morita nods with a serious face and thinks "damn Ginji's so smart and handsome”

I distinctly remember when I read GtK for the first time and wasn't even crazy yet, in Kamui arc Morita was yet to get into real mess and he held a gun and was planning and scheming how to get someone from the back in the dark-- and I thought damn;; he's younger than me, he turned complete yakuza in such a short span of story omg–

then it all made sense for me, that's when GtK finally started clicking in my head

I was like yeah yeah let's see where this corruption arc goes

AND IT DOESN'T

Morita just says fuck your corruption arc dammit I'm retiring

and they don't even do it in The straight men fashion lol

they do it with Morita crying into a pillow and Ginji RUNNING to the elevator, smoking nodding and going "yeah yeah-- it's all ugh it's all part of the plan-- I uuuh FORESEEN THIS yes.....”

kmd-san likes to say that GtK is about turning steel (tetsuo) into gold -- that you can't bend Morita's moral code because he has an iron will like that-- and wasn't that the first thing Ginji liked Morita for? that test of "kill for the money" that Morita refused... which he passed with flying colours by not accepting the premise itself "I won't kill anyone and I don't want to make money like that" was basically his answer then-- in the end, I think, Ginji caused his own downfall and their heartbreaking falling out with Morita, all by himself

ah sorry it's not just gay story it's also a nasty huge age gap story + teacher/pupil dynamics.... damn they've had a lot on their plate from the very start huh

Akira: Ginji's mistake is taking him to solo missions, should've kept the leash short haha

I mean he courted Morita into submission by giving him space for two arcs and making him believe that's what he wanted in the first place (to be by Ginji's side as a reward) but that's a very risky almost self-sabotaging strategy

almost creates an illusion it all was voluntary wish from Morita's side huhu

like what was the probability of Morita not only returning but also multiplying the profits when he's left alone 1) with measly amount of money on the rooftop 2) to double his FIRST win and return AGAIN--

Pansy: I think the missions themselves were a reward too, "because I trust you I want you to do this". but Gin's morals were too twisted to notice Mori didn't have the same perspective as him when it comes to who is good/bad

he did get help from Gin during the arc art (which makes Gin's mentality of ~lucky~ Morita feel dumb to me)

Gin was so stupid to believe Mori could just do anything.

Akira: whenever Ginji said something about luck I find myself musing about that being an elaborate form of gaslighting hahah

but as a lot of lies do, when they're repeated you start to believe them yourself

Pansy: my headcanon is that Gin fell in love with Mori at first sight, got obsessed with him and truly believed Mori was "the chosen on". he thought he was too old to fall in love again and got the feelings all mixed. His heart got confused and he blindly believed that Mori was 100% his.

If followed correctly then Ginji tries to act "professionally" doing what he was proposed to do and left Morita with serial killer duty, then he gets scared and surprised by it bc Morita's losing blood in his hands, in his car... so obviously he takes a step back and goes to break up things between them right after lol he's just an old man who doesn't understand how to do things differently (is he an avoidant attachment style? lol;;)

then Morita returns to him twice and each time he's a bit different but still the same young man, and Ginji is just glad, bc somehow it works out between them right? they have roles to play and they have business to do, everything is fine... until it isn't

and in the end Ginji's left behind and Morita's retiring and the tables turn... "I know everything about you, Gin-san, and you know nothing about me" huhu

I never considered Gin would try to break up with Mori bc of feelings of guilt, or fear that Mori would die. But then in the middle of the art mission he goes "fuck it I want him BACK I will help him just a lil bit"

hahhaha I mean it's obviously set up as Ginji putting up another test for Morita but what's Ginji to fucking win and to lose there

Ummmm....yeah, I might say that I have a few thoughts about Young Royals. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I would say that. Yeah. *trying to act normal*

I might have an idea about our Yellow/Orange Oddity and Blue Boy.

You know, since they ARE a Yellow/Orange Oddity and Blue Boy.

I might have thought about Wilhelm being a Blue Boy who is stable, loyal, sensitive, cold, and also very sad.

I might have some ideas about Simon being a Yellow/Orange Oddity who is creative, energetic, optimistic, warm, and, of course, cautious. He has some Green Guy qualities as well.

And I've thought a bit about how they wear their colors with each other all the time.

And I might have an idea about how Wilhelm wears their colors often before realizing he loves Simon.

When Wilhelm is missing Simon, he wears Simon's orange. Even his scarf incorporates their colors, and Simon's hat is blue.

Oh, and the texts swap their colors, because they are in love.

So why the Purple Pair? Purple is royalty, which Wilhelm is, but he has never felt like being the prince he is meant to be. No matter how much Simon is an escape from that, Wilhelm's royalty is constantly present, and Simon LOVES his royal guy!

When the second season begins, neither one is wearing the other's color because, well *loud sob*... and Wilhelm is rarely wearing his color at all because *louder sob*. Wilhelm's scarf is blue and red now instead of blue and orange, but he tries to make amends with Simon; however, Simon is not open to forgiving Wilhelm, so Wilhelm tries to wear Simon's color BUT takes it off and leaves it behind. *loudest sob*

Wilhelm is falling deeper into a depression and after his snow globe/paper weight breaks *peep the yellow getting all over him*

He has to see this guy. *peep his colors*

With his therapist's help, Wilhelm starts trying again with Simon. But Simon is always reminding Wilhelm who he is and what came between them because, even though he doesn't want to be, Simon is very much still in love with his royal guy. Note that Simon's sister, Sara, is also a Purple Person (with yellow luggage! such siblings!) and subtly reminds August of his allegiance and misdeed.

But Wilhelm figures it out and kisses Simon wearing both of their colors.

And they find their way back to each other and their colors.

I've also thought about how the first time Wilhelm tried to rebel in the first season wearing red casual clothes with Simon subtly reminding him of who he is in purple, his world fell apart.

But this time in the second season, standing in his red uniform, he fully embraces his rebellion against tradition while looking at his guy.

So, yeah, I would say I have a few ideas about the color-coded boys in love in Young Royals, but until we get that third and final season, they're just ideas and could all mean absolutely nothing. hehe *smiles manically*

It means something! The colors ALWAYS mean something. I've thought A LOT about this because how can anyone ignore the COLORS?! Wilhelm's entire family is freaking blue! We saw that when they were sitting on the couch for the interview at the very beginning! And why would Wilhelm randomly wear an orange sweater in season two when he has NEVER worn that color if he weren't trying to get back into Simon's heart?!

Marcoace modern au where Marco’s new in town and desperately needed a date for his new job’s new year gala/party or whatever and its mandatory he attends with a date/partner/spouse

So against his better judgement he follows Thatch’s advice to stand on the side of the road with a sign stating his name, his job and that he needs a date ASAP, please call x number

And it’s pretty mortifying, just standing there, with Thatch (who did show up as moral support) trying to wingman various people into going with him but to no avail

Until a young man approaches and asks if he’s serious and Marco sighs like unfortunately. Yes.

Ace shifts on his feet and thinks about how this year his holidays are going to be quieter seeing as Luffy’s staying in his uni dorms for the winter holidays instead of coming home and Sabo has to visit his family due to legal shit this year bc sorting inheritance and he’s feeling petty

So he asks what’s the dress code ? And Marco shrugs like formal? Theme is winter colours I suppose and Ace thinks it over a little long and then pulls out his phone to save Marco’s number

Thatch is beside himself lurking behind Marco like 👀, Marco kicks him in the shins surreptitiously

Glad that he’s sorted out the date issue, Marco and Ace end up texting frequently, and its super cute, Ace currently works as a freelance accountant whilst enrolling in online classes to get a teaching degree (kindergarten teacher Ace strikes again hehe), he likes cats, spicy food, documentaries and going on long hikes

Marco didn’t expect to catch feelings this fast, especially considering they’ve only met once in person and texted there after. He’s a little nervous as the gala date grows closers and asks Ace if he still wants to go and Ace sends him a voice message, the first one ever where he jokingly reprimands Marco like hey! No take backsies, you asked for this I’ promised you and besides I’m down for free fancy hors d’oeuvres lol

So they set a time to meet up so they can go together, Ace doesn’t have a car, a motorcycle yes but Marco isn’t keen on arriving cold and windswept so he offers to drive seeing as alcohol isn’t really his thing

And when he arrives to pick Ace up, he hadn’t been expecting much, considering he’s really just wearing a nice suit himself but Ace waits for him in a very daring white ensemble, perfectly tailored to fit and contrasts with his hair prettily, bc supermodel Ace is always necessary for modern aus too thanks ❤️

Speechless, Marco just looks him over and Ace smiles and tells him this is the only good suit he actually owns, (Sabos tailor is goated in this au, Sabo also forced Ace to get one good suit bc its for life bro) Ace shyly asks is it alright and Marco kinda struggles to say much bc ha pretty man

But he reassures him of course, if anything he feels underdressed now and then flusters when Ace flickers his eyes up and down his body, clearly, obviously checking him out

And the entire social event with Ace turns out to be so much better than he expected, dare he say fun, Ace being more extroverted than him talks for the both of them, happily chats and sustains conversations with Marco’s colleagues and their wives or husbands etc, they even win something together during the bingo hour and when the dance floor opens up, Marco, notoriously known within his own family for having two left feet allows Ace to drag him out, unable to resist his smile and lets him lead them around the dancefloor to dated festive music and it must be the wine Marco said he wouldnt have (but he did, its fine hes still sober) but as the night wears on, Ace becomes beautifully disheveled, in the sense that he’s slightly flushed from the champagne, his hair that was initially styled now mussed from how hes run his hands through his hair

It only feels natural to kiss him beneath faux crystal and snow

im currently watching f4 thialand (it may or may not be because dew is in it and he is probably the finest man alive, but also win is an absolute gem) and im enjoying it so much. i watched meteor garden (the chinese version) years ago and i remembered loving it so i thought id give f4 thialand a try and its so good so far. its literally had me lolling so much i cba. the last series i finished watching was the new series of fate the winx saga (i grew up watching winx so it has a special place in my heart dont judge) BUT ITS BEEN FUCKING CANCELLED IM NOT OKAY i left a series of furious comments on the netflix page but alas no bueno. Update: I’m currently watching spirited away while I write my uni assignment because it’s my comfort movie also I didn’t go to uni because I couldn’t be arsed 🫶🏻

god so much ahhaha obviously begin again and friends with benefits are in the works, begin again is so close to being finished !! and friends with benefits is coming along nicely i love writing that story. i also started doing the fake texts and i (and you guys) love them sm so ill try and get all the members done this week but bear with me because i have an assignment due. i also have started two felix fics hhehrheheh but i sat down last night to write my ideas for the members down and i came up with some good ideas for seungmin and jeongin (i hardly see anyone write about them so i want to focus on making proper fics for them) so give me your thoughts as to what youd want to see after fwb and begin again are finished!!! 

Here’s some potential titles hehe no promises tho !!

your legs drape over hajime’s as you lay lazily on his couch, scrolling through your phone after a long day. he’s doing the same, snacking on an apple, as two of you sit in a comfortable silence. a sudden thought comes to your attention, prompting you to call out to your boyfriend, "babe!"

he looks towards you mid-bite with raised brows, you let out a little laugh at the adorable sight before continuing, "what’s your favourite colour on me? i need to get a dress for this weekend."

setting his apple down, he turns back to his phone, "mm one sec… the hell is this colour called?"

"just describe it to me," you giggle at his frustration.

"i would if- ahh here," he turns his screen to you, showing a bright pinkish-purple on the display.

"oh i have a-"

"a skirt that colour," he finishes for you. "yeah, i remember. i love that skirt on you."

hajime could never forget the first time he saw you. it was the first week of his second year at seijoh, oikawa was going on about something related to one of last year’s volleyball matches, and hajime’s mind was already starting to zone out. he sees the bright flash of purple in the distance, as you open up your locker, his eyes beginning to follow your movements. he isn’t entirely sure why you’ve caught his attention, but you have. he’s about to look away when you turn around, then he catches sight of your face, and you draw him in even further. 

"iwa-chan, are you even listening?" oikawa huffes.

"nah he’s got heart eyes going," makki comments, watching the interaction.

"hmm," tooru puts his hands on his hips in contemplation, "looks like love at first sight."

the next time he sees you wearing the skirt is his first year at college. he didn’t expect he’d ever see you again after graduation, but here you were, in one of his general classes, wearing that same damn skirt that caught his attention all those years ago. he didn’t talk to you all that much in high school, he was always too nervous when he’d try, but his crush on you never faded. 

he watches as you look around at the lecture room’s entrance for a place to sit, his breathing slows when you make eye contact with him, a small smile gracing your face.

you take the seat next to him, as he greets you with a smile, "iwaizumi, i didn’t know you were going here too!"

he clears his throat, "yeah me neither- i mean- i didn’t know you were going here."

ugh, why was he always so awkward around you?

before he can say anything else, the lecture starts. you try to make light conversation between any pauses, but hajime doesn’t give you much in response, his eyes seemingly trained to the front of the room at all times. when the lecture ends, you hesitantly tell him, "i’m sorry if i was distracting during class today, i can sit somewhere else tomorrow if you’d rather."

he looks at you with wide eyes, a slight blush forming on his cheeks as he hurriedly responds, "no! no thats not it at all."

a short silences passes between you as hajime thinks about how to continue, "i just… get a little nervous around you is all."

you raise a brow in surprise, "nervous? why?"

you weren’t gonna make this easy for him, were you?

"i’ve uh," he rubs his hands together, pushing his nerves away as he continues, "i’ve had a little bit of… a crush on you… since second year."

your smile grows at the realization, the pieces finally coming together to make sense of your relationship with him.

"you were so cute back then," you giggle at the memory, moving to lean your head on his shoulder.

"shut up, i was worried you’d think i was a creep or something."

you look over to see a familiar pink hue as he averts his eyes from you, "always a nervous boy, aren’t you hajime?"

he wraps his arms around you, peppering light kisses on your cheek with a soft smile, "only when it comes you."

hey, so I had a question~

how do you make the letters gradient? i tried but nothing came outtttt :"(

HEY!! glad your account came back. i would like to help you hehe.

a) about the gradient

i use the generator, this one

when you clicked in, you could see the box, with green and red colours and two boxes, you put texts on the first box, choose the color you want and press "run", it'll appear a code, that's the gradient text.

b) how to attach gradient codes to your post

I recommended you should try this on drafts first, create a post and type randomly on it. then save.

you click the edit again, turn off the beta edit mode and click on the gear icon on the right corner, change it to HTML text.

copy the text you have written and goes back to the generator, the a) i said before is the tutorial to get gradient text. like the image.

paste your text in the upper box and gets your code on the down box. back on your post and paste it back right at where you copy it, do not remove or delete any commands or it won't work. click save and there! you got some gradient texts.

c) some cautious things about gradient texts.

- it might mess up your image so make sure you do this before adding some pics into your post.

- the gradient text will disappear once you edit it again on non-beta mode, unfortunately. but it won't be on beta mode, so feel free to edit it on your phone, or turn back on your beta mode for better access.

PARASOL

[Characters] Yui Ogata(18) Aya Ota(18) Ken Kunimoto(22) Masako Kunimto(51)

[This is 10-minutes script.]

EXT. OGATA’S HOUSE -MORNING A single-story house that is surrounded by woods and fields. Many cicadas are shrilling.

INT. OGATA’S HOUSE -HALLWAY- MORNING Yui Ogata (18) is bringing her glass of water. She is wearing pyjamas, and her hair is messy. She is holding her smartphone. She passes by a room. She peeks  inside the room and then she calls someone. 

Yui Mom?

Yui tilts her head confused and she starts to walk.

OGATA’S HOUSE - GUEST ROOM- MORNING A small altar is located in the corner of the room. An old woman’s picture is in it. A picture of an old woman is in it. Yui puts a glass of water and claps her hands in front and pays respect. 

OGATA’S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - MORNING Simple Japanese-style room. There is an old chair which is next to the TV. The color of the chair is starting to fade. There was a note left on top of the table. Yui enters the room. She places her smartphone on the table, picks up the note, and sits down on the floor. Written in the note was “I’m going to stay at my colleague’s  house for a couple of days.”

Yui sighs and pushes her hair back. Her smartphone vibrates for a little bit. She opened her phone and reads a message from “Ken Kuramoto”, saying “Are you free tomorrow?”

Yui replies shortly “Why?”.  Ken continues, ”We’re going to eat out at the Japanese restaurant near the station, and my parents said you should invite your girlfriend.” Yui thinks about it for some time, and replies, “I will ask my parents about it later. “... “I will text you by today.” Yui sighs again.

ON THE ROAD - EVENING  On a wide street. Some street lights start to turn on little by little. There are barely anyone on the road. Ken Kuramoto (22) is walking. He stops in front of the intersection. While waiting for the traffic light, he takes out his smartphone. He receives a message from Yui, “I’m sorry but it looks like I can’t go tomorrow. Enjoy your dinner.” Kunimoto stares at his smartphone. A heavy truck is rushing towards the intersection making a loud noise. Kunimoto raises his face with the heavy truck  out of balanced approaching right before his eyes.

INT. MATSUMOTO PREFECTURAL HOSPITAL /HALLWAY IN FRONT OF  THE ICU - NIGHT Some people are sitting on the long chair which lines along the hallway, while others are just standing. Yui is sitting on the far end of the chair, away from the ICU. A doctor comes out  from the ICU. Kuramoto’s family stand up and run to the doctor.Yui is staring blankly at  the scene.

EXT. ROAD  A blue car is traveling along the coastal national highway. The sky is painted with grey clouds.

EXT. PARKING LOT  A gravelled parking lot. There are some green weeds in some parts.  The blue car stops at the parking lot. Aya Ota (18) gets out of the driver’s side, and Yui gets off the passenger seat. Aya opens the rear door, and takes out large baggage and parasol which is coloured blue and white.

EXT. BEACH  Small beach  surrounded by cliffs. They set up a beach parasol. They are lying under the parasol, wearing swimsuits. Aya starts talking while staring at the sky. 

Aya Tokyo?

Yui Yup. He was taken to the hospital by an emergency helicopter. I’ve never seen that before.

Aya That’s like a TV show..“Code Blue”.

Yui Exactly.

Aya Huh. Well, you missed your chance to break up with him again.

Yui I did. Maybe.

Yui is lying down facing up with her eye closed. 

Yui Anyways, I relieved he didn’t die, you know?

Aya Huh?

Yui It would be a disaster if my last relationship ended like this.

Aya Well...There are some people like that. For sure.

Yui opens her eyes, turns over to Aya’s side. She looks at Aya and takes her eyes off. She looks at the picnic sheet.

Yui I just wanted a boyfriend. He, also, wanted a girlfriend somehow.

Aya Right.

Yui It’s something like... “What? Does he like me?” and while making sure if that’s true...

Aya Hehe

Yui  I couldn’t turn back anymore. That’s kind of thing happens sometimes, right?

Aya Well, yeah, it happens.

Aya laughs and nods. Yui gets infected by it and stares at Aya.

Yui I’m cold.

Yui gets up, searching for her bag. 

Yui Oh, I didn’t bring my towel. Do you have yours?

Aya Yup.

Yui takes out a towel from Aya’s bag. She lies down by Aya’s side with laughing. Yui puts a towel on them. 

Yui I can share this with you.

Aya Today isn’t the right day to go to the beach.

Aya Do you think so too?

They smile at each other.

EXT. THE PARKING LOT - EVENING They are loading their bags on a cart. Aya loads parasol coloured blue and white on a cart. She closes the door of the back seat. Yui is still gazing at the beach. Aya gets in the car and closes the door. She comes to her senses by that sound and gets in the passenger seat. 

EXT. CONVENIENT STORE - NIGHT A convenient store which is along the national highway by the beach. There is a sign which is written “Yanagimatsu interchange”. There is only one car parking on the parking lot. The door opens, Yui and Aya come out. Aya is eating chocolate ice cream, and Yui is eating a cheaper one. They sit on the buffer stop. Yui’s phone rings. She checked her phone while eating. Yui looks glum. The phone rings again. Aya bites her chocolate ice cream. 

Aya Is it from your mom or dad?

Yui Kind of. Ms. Masako Kunimoto.

Aya WHAT...

Aya screams with ice cream in her mouth. She wallows it and looks into Yui’s phone.

Aya Let me see.. oh, it’s kinda parent-ish...

Yui gazes at the phone. Aya takes a side glance. 

Aya Hey... do you wanna go to Tokyo?

Yui WHAT?

Aya I said Tokyo.

Yui But...

Aya It doesn’t matter, is it? Let’s go right now.

Yui No, no, I don’t have any money. I couldn’t even afford a chocolate ice cream, you know?

Aya I have some cash and my card. We can use local roads if you want.

Yui How many days will it take...?

Aya Who cares! You don’t have any plans, do you?

Yui But...but this car isn’t yours...

Aya It’s my sister’s. She will come back from Italy in three weeks. 

Yui gazes at the grounds. 

Aya Hey, we can go!

Yui ....I just need to pack.

Aya All right!

Aya raises her hand holding her chocolate ice cream. Yui faces up and laughs.
