Hey op, what's gonna happen to Gregory once the time is up? Is he stuck in 1983? Does he comes back to his original timeline, does he just dissapears?

How is Michael gonna find him ? That's his son right there, what's gonna happen if he never finds him?

Ok so the thing about Gregory is that this whole time travel thing was kinda thrust upon him with the warning that he (along with the rest of the Pizzaplex) would die under the fiery rubble and William Afton would get his revenge on his eldest, Michael Afton.

He’s given an alternative in the middle of the confrontation: manage to save the designated victims from Afton, and the timeline will adjust so that the tragedies never happened (which, by proxy, means Gregory is never destined to die at the Pizzaplex).

If Gregory fails to save all nine victims by the time the timer runs out, everything will go back to exactly as it was before— all of his progress lost to time— and he’ll return to that night at the Pizzaplex and die.

Funnily enough, Gregory is the one that immediately seeks out Michael once he lands in 1983, not the other way around. The guy is kinda oblivious to the whole thing and Gregory ends up yanking him from his day-to-day and drags him around for the ride of his life.

If Gregory never found Michael, well, he’d fail the task. Michael is the last victim, after all.

She thinks she knows what is better, and normally ignores instructions to do things her own way (aka, killing everyone in the fortress /j)

And the song PRIME by Roan Martin, this song is SAAAAD AS FUCK, but I love it, because I feel like it's Arvius missing all his friends and family he left at the imperial province, but at the same time it's him fighting/accepting this new life of his, even tho he would love to turn back time, because he feels he's not ready for this, he doesn't want to have anything to do with these prophesies...sadly he's neck deep in this now, so he's just...angry with everyone.

Frozen x Loki AU prompt - Elsa meeting her other variants in the Void after Hans attempts to get rid of her for the throne

I'm thinking of 4 variants. Of course if you guys have other ideas I'd LOVE to hear them and learn about your OCs too lol

let's make it in a 5 headcanons list form!

Obviously, all of them have magic. Elsa without powers would be... out of character, I think. Now if you can write a very good Elsa with no magic I am all ears for real

First variant she meets, and who will accompany her along her adventure (but no romance, y'all, having Elsa bond with any of her variants romantically would be creepy) is one who looks just like her with the same royal background etc but with all optimism and joy ripped out of her. She has the same age but looks older. She is definitely sadder. She spends every night staring at the stars instead of sleeping like Original Elsa. Later on Original Elsa finds out that this sad!Elsa actually killed Anna in the accident when they were younger. (yes please jump at my throat)

Next variant is a modern version of her, from a parallel world that actually is similar to ours. That Elsa is from modern Norway and also happens to be the CEO of Arendelle Inc., an architecture company that has An Iconic Building(TM) that she designed herself. Anna and Kristoff work at the company and actually met there. [For more details you can see my #frozen texts thread which is basically my whole delirium about this OC] . She is a VERY skilled architect, even more than Original Elsa if that's even possible, and at some point they need to infiltrate Hans' base so before leaving, architectCEO!Elsa makes sure that they place bombs on each of the weak points of the building to make it collapse later

Next variant is a hilarious idea I had, like, imagine a scientist!Elsa. You might think "Elsa's already into science" but no no no. WAY MORE than that. This Elsa hates that she has magic powers. Not because she is afraid of them, but because she is struggling to explain them in a scientific way. Original Elsa be like "but then how can you justify that we're able to create ice out of thin air?" and scientist!Elsa just blabbers like "We just have a different perception of particles and air pressure, it's nothing very--" and sad!Elsa goes "Then how come we can change the color of the ice?" to which scientist!Elsa replies "Easy. That's just a density trick." but then she looses her shit when trying to understand how Original Elsa stocks the energy obviously needed, in a scientific point of view, to BUILD AN ENTIRE ICE CASTLE IN ONE GO

Last variant I can think of (but can't wait to hear about yours) is babymagical!Elsa. A teenager who lives in a very recluded place (Earth or anywhere else) with just her horse (or the equivalent of it) and who is afraid of her powers because she never got the explanation for them. Original Elsa is more than touched and delighted to explain the whole Ahtohallan thing and she acts like a big sister with her through the whole adventure.

Complex PTSD is...well, it’s a very strange thing.

I mean, for god’s sake, I have it and it’s still not something I can really explain.

TL;DR version: Some things, usually stuff that doesn’t look or sound like anything traumatic, can make me lose my shit. But sometimes, those same things are just somewhat annoying to me.

Does that make sense? Because it doesn’t to me.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s great when I don’t get a panic attack/nightmares from seemingly ‘random’ stuff but...dangit. Sometimes it feels like my mental health is like the weather - rarely, if ever, accurately predicted.

Ugh.

I mean, I keep trying to sit down and write a book. I do! I really really think I could do it, but...you know. Trauma. I lived through a lot of it, and most (or all) of it was...very ugly, and very messed up. 

It’s the kind of stuff that isn’t ‘nice’ to talk about, but I think that it’s going to be important for me to be able to do so, and I feel like doing a book would be a good way for me to tell my story, even if only five people ever read it. <3

Not like, ‘Oh look tadaaaaaaa praise me praise me I’m a freakin’ martyr’, but more like ‘Um. So. I - um. Kind of lived through - a lot of messed up stuff, and even though things about my past are still - you know, way messed up, I’m - glad - that is, most of the time - that I did, you know, live through it. Except when my depression is really really bad, then I kind of have to, you know, try not to spiral into despair. It’s not fun when that happens. No, really, this last January was...very very bad. Darkest few weeks of my life, right there. But, you know, I’m feeling better now, most of the time! That is, if I’m able to sleep, and stay on my meds, which I’m doing, but...you know. Mental health stuff is...rough. Very rough.’

Oi. This year. Ups and downs and all arounds. A lot of good things, like talking with online friends and spending time with my adorable kid, but...ya know. Other stuff, too.

Then again...since so much shit went sideways this year...maybe it is the perfect time to write/self-publish a book that I’ve been trying to get written for almost five years.

I mean, it’s not like doing that one thing would make 2020 any weirder, right? :-)

Für mein kreatives Punkerherz ist das eine ziemlich große Auszeichnung, denn: Als mein Soulmate Helge noch lebte und wir Anfang des Jahrhunderts zusammen in unserer WG herum wohnten, hockten wir gerne mit Bier oder Kaffee vor unserer gemeinsamen Comic-Kiste und lasen unter anderem immer wieder die uralten Ausgaben der U-Comix, weil wir die `Freak Brothers´ Comics darin so gut fanden... Und fast 20 Jahre später klopft das U-Comix Magazin plötzlich digital an meine Haustür und fragt: “Willste mal mitmachen?” Und ich so: “Ja, cool.” Nordisch obersmooth, innerlich heimlich eskalierend vor Freude. Ich hab mich schwer geehrt gefühlt :) Und ich finds seit Wochen so unglaublich schade, gerade DAS nicht mehr dem Helge erzählen zu können.

Séville, mon amour (oui j’ai osé ce titre)

Soufflant.

J’ai cherché un mot qui résumerait mon voyage solo dans la magnifique Séville. C’est marrant, si je compare avec mon premier voyage solo pour mes 25 ans à Tenerife, je remarque l’évolution :)

Bref. Soufflant ça fait un peu penser à “soufflé” qui s’avère être un dessert. C’était si doux que ça pourrait l’être ma foi :) Peu d’heures de sommeil à la clé (-meilleure- auberge de jeunesse-du monde- oblige), mais reposant à la fois. J’ai rarement expérimenté l’instant présent avec tant de conscience. Oui je pars déjà en vrille, accrochez-vous. Charlotte la bouddhiste is back :)

Où commencer? J’ai tellement aimé TOUT. Allez, je commence par le début (petits chanceux que vous êtes).

- Méditer dans les jardins de l’Alcazar (quand je vous disais que mon self bouddhiste était de la partie).

- Manger des tapas complètement défoncés de fatigue (nous, pas les tapas), avec des gens du voyage. En l’occurrence une British-française ancienne auxiliaire de conversation au Japon (coucou Emma!), une Allemande trop choupinou qui veut apprendre à faire de l’ukulélé et un Irlandais bien sympatoche ma foi, qui essaye d’écrire des scénarios de films (si j’ai bien compris son accent un peu compliqué héhé). Le tout dans une petite ruelle de Santa Cruz SO Spanish.

- “Tomber” sur Plaza de Espana du haut de mon vélo (loué chez Bunny bike, ça rigole plus ici!) et avoir les larmes aux yeux. Littéralement. Oui, Charlotte l’émotive a rejoint la partie avec le DalaÏ lama, sinon c’est pas drôle.

- Me dire à maintes reprises “Qu’est-ce que je suis bien là :) Qu’est-ce que c’est doux.”

- Avoir du mal à me rendre compte de ma chance et sourire béatement. Tout le temps.

- Parler avec plein de gens de partout, se raconter nos histoires d’amour, de voyages, d’envies... Avoir des témoignages de voyageurs sur le long terme avec leurs histoires incroyables, comme cet Américain qui s’est retrouvé en auberge de jeunesse à Anvers avec les candidats pour la coupe du monde de breakdance. Normal.

- Avoir des conversations profondes avec des inconnus. Se sentir comme chez soi sans connaître personne. Cette liberté - wow.

- Parler allemand! J’ai enfin réussi à avoir une conversation, il est revenu! Merci les podcasts que j’écoute! YES.

- Dormir dans la meilleure auberge de jeunesse du MONDE!

- Faire des selfies quand tu te balades solo dans de chouettes endroits et te marrer parce que c’est awkward.

- Tomber amoureuse de l’Alcazar. Te plonger dans l’histoire comme jaja.

- Avoir un premier “walking tour” (je sais pas combien de fois on a dit ce mot sur les 4 jours hahaha) du feu de dieu, avec un guide espagnol ayant grandi en Australie pour finalement revenir s’installer à Séville (tout ce qu’on aime).

- Apprendre des gros mots (que te den por culo, que te folle un perro) avec une Chilienne trop mimi et se marrer avec une British-française des traductions littérales françaises (”tirar” pour “baiser”, d’un cru! :D )

OUPS finalement je n’ai pas commencé par le début héhéhé!

The new Asian kid in town grabbed my attention from the very first day I spotted it (which was also the day they opened for the public), while going to office. The yellow cycle that is visible from the road is quite attractive in itself and you cannot ignore it once you see it. Quite an attention seeker, that cycle, I tell you! Also, their name is pretty interesting for people in Chennai as it sounds like Va-Po which means Come-Go in Tamizh. But what Va-Pho actually means? Read on and you’ll know!

I have a weakness for happy, radiant decor and Va-Pho made me fall in love with the ambiance right from the moment I stepped in. Even their food and presentation looks all colorful.

We were invited for a bloggers meet one afternoon and I happily walked from my office to meet my fellow foodies and gorge on to some comfort asain food.

MOCKTAILS

Bangkok Mojito – Made with crushed Thai sweet basil and a hint of ginger, it’s a really nice thirst quencher in this heat, more so if you like Basil flavor as the drink is a little strong on basil.

Royale Madras – Refreshing tender coconut juice, peaches with a cinnamon twist and a dash of lemon juice. Justifies the name just right. Also, it was the crowd favorite!

Rangoon Princess – This red princess was quite unique with a mix of Lychee, guava, lemon and a dash of grenadine syrup.

Miloni Crush – The name says it all – it was all melon-y. A mix of Melon and pineapple mixture topped with tropical oranges.

Yummy Creamy – This came the last and stole my heart. Creamy mango lassi with a chilly touch. Yummilicious.

BAO’s

If I follow the menu format in the review then Bao section comes pretty later but since I’m in love these cute little fluffy buns, they made it to the top.

Crispy BBQ mushroom – The BBQ sauce made this a hit among all. It was lip-smacking good.

Spicy tofu – The softness of the Bao holding the soft tofu along with the spiciness and sauces was really good!

BBQ Chicken – Although the sauce was same as the mushroom Bao, Chicken made it taste heavenly! A MUST HAVE.

MINI PLATES (from the grill)

Chilly tofu satay – Dip the glazy tofu into the spicy coconut cream sauce and you have deliciousness in your mouth. Not to forget, the softness of tofu.

Balinese Chicken satay – Served with peanut sauce, chicken satay was nothing less than Brilliant. I loved it. Even without the sauce, it was yummy.

MINI PLATES (fry and dry)

Kam heaong broccoli – Malay style crispy broccoli tossed with curry leaves and curry masala was such a delight and no kidding but I haven’t had broccoli in better form than this.

Va Pho mushrooms – Wok tossed in spicy sambal sauce this crispy fried assorted mushroom was really good.

Chongqing crispy chilli lamb – Wok tossed in spicy chilly pepper sauce with assorted peppers, the lamb was outstanding. I could empty the entire bowl myself if I didn’t have other things on my plate!

DIMSUM

Zucchini, corn & cream cheese dimsum – This was disappointing with no flavors of any of the ingredients mentioned in the name.

Hargow – Steamed shrimp dumplings – It was Exceptional! A must have.

SOUP

Saigon Pho – Pho is nothing but Vietnamese noodle soup – the national dish (soup) of Vietnam. It isn’t served like the usual soups are served, instead the soup bowl contains onions + veggies/chicken/beef served with a sauce, lemongrass, a slice of lemon and the soup broth is then poured into the bowl. Add the accompaniments according to your taste and tadaaaaaaa – your Pho is ready!

Budhha Bites – Freshly chopped green and tofu wok tossed in chilly basil sauce made a really nice side for the rice.

Khmer Amok Trei – This steamed cambodian fish curry look super creamy and the succulent chunks of fish tasted oh so yum!

Sizzling prawns – From the Large Plates came the Sizzling prawns with broccoli and bokchoy in spicy black bean sauce served in sizzlers. Well cooked yet crunchy prawns in black bean sauce was top-notch! If you’re a prawn lover, close your eyes and go for it.

RICE & NOODLES

Va Pho Rice – Home style fried rice with young pepper corns & golden brown onions was just what I needed for the mains after having so much food already. It was light on the stomach and what I would call a comfort food.

Spicy Malay Noodles – Yellow noodles tossed with chilly sauce, tomatoes and coconut milk was good but the rice felt more comforting than the noodles.

Indonesian beef rendang curry with coconut rice –  The beef curry was stupendofantabulously fantastic. To me, this was the show stealer. BEST dish from the afternoon. The curry complimented the coconut rice so perfectly and I only wished I had more space left in the tummy!

LUNCH SPECIALS

Bi Bim Bap – Ramen noodles topped with assorted veg and served in a clay pot along with a soupy broth which needs to poured on the noodles and then have like soupy noodles!

DESSERTS

Tender Coconut icecream stick – Served with sweetened coconut cream, sago pearls and waffers on the side for the crunch. Altogether it made a really nice dessert with an unique flavor.

Vapholicious – A monster ice-cream sundae mixed with dry fruits, nuts and sauce served in a  dramatic Va Pho way with liquid nitrogen (watch the video). It’s humongous and can serve 4 people easily.

Phew! That was quite a lunch.

LOCATION AND AMBIANCE

Located on Cathedral Road, right next to hot breads, it’s super easy to spot the restaurant. The endless quirk factor of this place stole my heart and I’m sure you’ll love it too.
