Genshin OC Sprite Edits

in a private collection at the ragnvindr residence, there exists records on every known fatui member, along with notes on them. this is what is written about these two men.

agent ektor sokolov (alias?), codename solntse. hydro vision holder, sword user with tank and shield abilities. master negotiator. possible ties to mondstadt? definite ties to mondstadt. possible related to the [redacted] family. highly dangerous if provocted.

segment #24, alias malik. electro vision holder, catalyst user with support abilities. inventor who uses robots in battle. do not underestimate his creations. beware of honeypot attempts. dangerous and unstable.

both are rarely seen without eachother and are incredibly protective of the other. both also have connections to the eleventh harbinger, tartaglia. neither has strong religious connection to the tsaritsa, and could become possible allies. but i wouldn't hold my breath.

the only thing they seem to be fully loyal to, is each other. whether or not this is a weakness that is exploitable is to be seen. for now, do not engage.
