Falling asleep on the couch in the middle of watching Bushido X with Kerry for what felt like the hundredth time was not on V's list of things to do. But life had been exhausting lately, so she supposed she deserved it. Both of them did, really. When V opened her eyes, the sky outside was still full of stars, and the moon still hung overhead. She could only reason it had to be some ungodly early hour of the morning, based on the fact that the movie had finished playing, probably quite a while ago. She fidgeted, trying to get comfortable once more, and didn't realize Kerry was awake too. "V?" "We did it again." She joked quietly, leaning farther back into her boyfriend's chest. "Yeah, we did. So what?" Kerry reasoned, tossing an arm around V's waist. "I think we deserved a little break."

Some parts look a little wonky, this was basically a redraw of this picture, the scene outside the window looks less like landscaping at a fancy mansion on the outskirts of a big city and more like a green pasture, the "city light glow" effect looks a lil weird, but I digress.

I have a specific list of bugs I quite enjoy for various reasons, and all of these actually come from that list. For Kerry, i'm immediately drawn to Basilodes pepita, the gold moth. They're really pretty, and I made the rapid connection between all the gold in Kerry's accessories and cyberware and the coloring of the moth itself. Secondly, i'd say I could also see him with Graphium euphrates wings too, specifically this specimen with the gorgeous slight blue tint. They feel appropriate for such a showy guy.

For myself, I may be biased but I have to bring up one of my favorite moths, Dysphania percota, the blue tiger moth. As you can tell with a simple glance at my blog, i am very fond of the color blue. However to give my s/i V her own set of wings, perhaps Atrophaneura semperi. Simple enough to look good for a merc, but with a flash of color to look nice. Plus, they're exceptionally cool looking, and I think V would like them.
