＊目黒の老舗が昨年、「なんでいま、元住吉に？」というカンジで出店。本店は大昔に食ったきりで記憶はあいまいだが、豚メインで鶏おさえのガラスープは、ほどよく豚ガラ臭が感じられ、うっすら油の膜が張る。多少甘いがタレの味も控えめで、いまどきの旨みも味付けも足し算で究めたラーメンに慣れてしまうと「なんのこっちゃ？」感はあるかもしれないが、オールドタイプの醤油ラーメンの佳さがある。麺はもっちり感はあるが柔めの仕上げの中細ストレートでジジイ好み。チャーシューも味の染みた硬めのモモチャーで、これもジジイがほっこりしてしまうタイプ。スープでくたくたに煮たキャベツがこの店特有のトッピングで、これまた味わい深い。50円のサービスライスは、てっきり半ライスかと思っていたら並盛りで腹パンパンですよ、まったく笑

＊たっぷりのネギに刻んだチャーシューを辛味の強いラー油で和えてトッピングしただけのものだが、ラーショよりもずっとネギのボリュウムもよく、そして辛い。ストレートかつ痛烈に辛いタイプなので、湯気とともにすすり込むと咳き込んで閉口するのでご注意レベル。しんなりだけどプリッとしたコシもある食感の中太麺は、相変わらず食べ応えあるデフォ170g 直裁に辛口な商品で、オールドスタイルの地味なんだけどほっこりうまい醤油スープは微塵もなく打ち砕かれるので、いっぺん食べれば十分かな。
