Hands down the hardest part of marathon training is/will be everything not related to the actual act of running—getting enough sleep. Forcing myself to eat. Keeping myself together enough that when it comes time to run each day I can actually do it.
#so far we are doing abysmally 💪#but it’s the most horrible busy lazy cold time of year and I don’t Actually start my real training program until February so#it’s just the worst when you’re in the middle of a run that should be fun and great but you haven’t slept through the night or eaten all day#and you’re like. oh. 😐
