There's a piece of land that no one has claimed and it has everything; flowing water, minerals, and materials for crafting a settlement. Everything. I went there and claimed the land for myself and made some trading deals with smaller kingdoms nearby. (Looks at Ruggie) The Hyeans will have a better place to live... (Looks at Leona) And the Hyenas will have a king that cares for them.
