this isn’t a new hot take of mine but it still blows my MIND that I’m in the minority in the kyman fandom when it comes to thinking of Kyle as a dom/top and Cartman as a sub/bottom. From what I’ve heard from veteran kymans the fandom barely had ANY sub Cartman truthers in its earlier years, and dom Cartman is still extremely popular to this day. There's so much art/fics where Kyle is like... a pain slut (????) or gagging for Cartman’s giant dick (?????????) but any time I see that stuff I get a visceral, skin-crawling HELL FUCKING NO 😬😬😬 reaction and have to back out immediately.
A mutual once told me something like “I can’t write Cartman as a dom, I think I’d break out in hives or something” and that’s p much exactly how I feel lmao 😆

I hate trying to make nerd friends bc for some dumbass reason a decent chunk of the nerd community still isn't over COVID, so I feel like I need to be honest and be like "if you're COVID insane then this ain't gonna work chief," but I also feel FUCKING moronic having to say that bc it is almost the year of our lord 2023 and shouldn't we all be back to normal by now??? But then again I had someone who ghosted me last month when I was like "I wish cons would stop requiring masks, it's ridiculous seeing that in 2022" so........ 🫠

Blargh I've had a headache the last 2 days. At my temples. The bump on my right temple is very pressurey. I'm nauseous too but it doesn't feel like a migraine. More like it's caused by my tmj
Mom and sissy both have headaches behind their eyes today..
I finished heroes of olympus but i wanna catch up with the Kane books and shit before I do Trials of Apollo.
This doesn't interest me as much and with the headache and people trying to do school I just CANNOT focus enough to read. 🫠
Also I am so sad, my espresso machine is broken. Nearest place that works on them is an hour away and I have no idea how much it would be..
Mom said we could look at thrift stores. But i thought finding THIS one was a miracle. Definitely can't afford to buy a new one.

Arizona?
Spouse is back from his trip to Arizona and he seems really jazzed about the people he'd be working with. The only downside anyone seems to have about the place is the summer weather. 🫠
It's nothing but ACW and later for reenactments down there, blargh. My one consolation is that there's the Gem Show and rockhounding.
We'll see how he's feeling after visiting the other schools...

Fun exciting stuff: I'm going to Japan Expo Paris! I'll be there for all 4 days (11th to 14th of july), & it's my first time going to something like this as a visitor (& not as volunteer staff @ my local con) so I'm very hyped... And since this is the biggest convention in FR (and afaik a pretty large european con too) there's a smidge more of a chance that I could run into any kind of mcyt fans and maybe even some artist alley stuff nope nope not getting my hopes up yet :)
Anyway!! Bc of how last-minute this is I don't have any kind of cosplay or even a particularly fandom-heavy outfit planned... But I'll definitely have a blue hand fan, orange backpack that says "iQuit." and a Miku plushie / green bunny plushie somewhere on my person.
If any mcytblr peeps see this & also happen to be going, PLEASE interact! In English or French or even Spanish, I just want to meet other mcyt fans irl because most of the time it feels like we barely exist outside the UK & USA :')
Also I'm probably going to have my Hermit TCG cards on me! I never really got a chance to play w them or make a proper deck (bc I only bought 1 booster box) but yeah, that's an option.
Hopefully something comes of this post ^^
