I think that vi would notice a change in products being used

For example

Shampoo and conditioner, soap or perfume

Or a change in style (I’m going to use myself as an example) shifting from semi feminine to more masculine styles of dress

Also she would notice the confidence that came with it like you’re “settling” into yourself and she’d find it so hot

Idk I thought of this and I thought you’d find it interesting. I’ve been finding myself lately and I wanted to talk about it sorry

no saturn ur so right. i think she's the kind of person who would notice the smallest changes; she's so in tune with you, and you can bet my girl is taking notes (if she loves you, she knows you!!!)

the way she'd immediately be like ??? if you're trying a new shampoo or conditioner or even a new body lotion, she'd press her nose into your neck, be like --

"you smell... different."

you giggling, turning in her arms.

"i'm trying out a new shampoo! you don't like it?"

she crinkles her nose, watching you with bright eyes, "no! it's just... different."

you laugh, tilting your head back, "and i know how you get with changes."

vi rolls her eyes, "what can i say? i notice these things about you. i can't help it."

you purse your lips around a laugh, leaning in for a quick kiss. it turns into a decidedly not so quick kiss, and it's all you can do to pull back, laughter spilling from you in bright, summer-sun waves.

"it's good," she says, after a few weeks. and for a second, you don't quite know what she's talking about, posted outside your favorite local icecream shop, your heads bent over a warm waffle cone.

"yeah, it's one of my favorite flavors --" you point down towards the icecream.

"no, i mean -- your shampoo. the new one that you're trying out. and..." her lips quirk up as she leans in to kiss a bit of icecream from the corner of your mouth, "this outfit."

you glance down at your clothes, khakis and a plain white shirt.

you lick your lips, a wave of heat cresting up the length of your spine to settle in your cheeks.

"thanks. i -- i didn't think you'd notice."

vi reaches out to tug on a strand of hair, loose along the side of your face. there's a smile strung along her lips that looks something like predestination. and she cocks her head when she brushes her finger along the well of your cheek.

"course i notice, sweet girl. like i said... i notice everything about you. i can't help it -- remember?"
