i’m aubrey. i’m 22 years old and from the us. slytherin. infp. cancer sun, scorpio moon, scorpio rising. i’ve been writing for many years but finally decided to make a dedicated hp blog. my main is opcnarms, where i will follow/interact from as this is a sideblog. you can find me on wattpad as blushdraco.

as far as my personal interests go i’m obviously a huge harry potter dork. i also love music, particularly classic rock such as fleetwood mac, the beatles, queen, the rolling stones, led zeppelin, etc. i’m also a big fan of harry styles, greta van fleet, the lumineers, bon iver, and more! other shows/movies i like include: outerbanks, criminal minds, american horror story, twilight. as far as books go, there are way too many to mention but i am an avid reader and i have a lot of faves. i’m very active, work full time in health care, and try to travel and spend time outdoors as much as possible. updates may be slow but i’ll be writing for fun so i’ll post as often as i can.

EEEEPPPPP oh man this made me sooo embarrassed to think about gwaaaaa >\\\\<

my favorite thing about mac & his favorite thing about my s/i i think go hand in hand really well its sort of the biggest reason i started self shipping with him at all!! what i find so endearing about mac is how he wants love so bad. he lived a whole life with neither his parents loving him and it led him to sort of living in his own delusions that his parents do love him and accept him as gay :( (sad. not good.) but to see him interact with EVERYONE and like. all morals go out the window, all opinions are forgotten, EVERYTHING is thrown out in the face of being approved of and loved by someone else. i really feel bad for him because i relate to it so much and its why its so important to me. i know what it feels like to feel what he feels and i want to care for him .. My really bad “i can fix him” symptoms set in and its lethal i think…….

so then in return in our au mac loves my s/i so bad because harley offers him this nonjudgmental place of unconditional love. unlike the rare approval he gets from strangers or the spotty support he occasionally gets from his friends harley’s love isn’t a switch he just flips on and off. it’s definitely hard to get used to for mac because he is so not used to being treated that way but when he acclimates to it i think harley and mac find such a place of healing in each other (because when theyre both autistic and really struggle with similar issues) 😵‍💫😵‍💫 harley feels a sense of completion and comfort having mac to care for and dote on and mac grows as a person i think so so much now that hes given a place to grow ++ that place isn’t judgmental and isn’t retracted EVER. they love each other so bad and can #heal and #improve so bad together and learn to #accommodate their lives in autistic ways you didnt even know were possible

💭 What’s your favorite uncommon headcanon about your F/O? UMMMMMMMMMM…. again im not really well versed in iasip fandom takes and stuff i sort of try to engage with it totally separately but ill say i DONT SEE enough ppl talking about the root of macs issues being the reason for his actions :( along with ppl thinking that hes just stupid, ppl dont really seem to care that he isnt just STUPID but he is sooo traumatized and so much (not all. iasip is an insane show ans all the characters have done bad uncondonable things LOL) of his bad/idiotic actions are always grasping for people to care about him and see worth in him :( hes not just an idiot. hes got a really poor sensitive soul :(

💢 What’s an unpopular opinion you have regarding your F/O? Okkkk im not toooooo well versed in the iasip fandom? the most fandom interactions i see are like. edits on my tiktok fyp hahahaa but i’ve seen ppl say that mac gets stupider as the seasons go on and i think its so WOEFULLY UNTRUE . he is a STUPID MAN and hes been STUPID from day one!!!!! did no one see the episode where he tries to go to an abortion rally just to pick up women. He is so idiotic in the face of getting what he wants. Please

💌 How did you/your F/O confess your feelings to one another? ATGGG we havent talked about that much yet but!!! i really think that harley (or nathan …) confesses to mac first because mac sort of assumes like. Well i guess ill live forever feeling obsessed with these two men .. That’s my cross to bear .. I have to just deal with it.. and then harley & nathan outright just tell him like . We are sooo obsessed with you baby girl. and mac is so shocked it takes him DAYS and DAYS to process this

[Bug]: How do you comfort one another when you get scared? Is there any teasing involved? i think absolutely NO teasing is allowed actually!! mac is canonically very very touchy when he's upset and thats 100% still the case with his boyfriends too, and i think harley is the same way. with them being so similar i think mac and harley both get very defensive and more upset when they feel like theyre being made fun of, especially when theyre scared. harley and mac's whole dynamic is built off of their taking care of each other and comfort that they find in each other so i think in the event that either of them are scared they both probably go the route of trying to hug each other and cuddle, and they tell each other that everything will be okay, and i think in the case of harley helping mac especially harley tries a lot to prompt him to talk to him about what was wrong and to vocally process it together

[Fire]: Who’s the better chef between you and your f/o? Do you ever cook together? If so, what’s your favorite dish to make? oohh well mac definitely cant cook . canonically he cannot cook at all and thats 100% true. even dennis (or charlie i cant remember) later said that all mac eats is energy drinks and mac and cheese :sob: harley i dont think is very GOOD at cooking either bc it takes so much of his energy and it is really really exhausting for him to do, and he just does .. not really care about it at all... but well reality is SOMEONE has to make dinner for them and it most likely would have ot be harley. i think him having to cook with nathan or mac around him just stresses him out more esp bc mac cannot cook and so now its just more shit to worry about

[Water]: What does a beach day with your f/o look like? Do you go swimming or check out the boardwalk? awwwww. mac loves playing in the ocean and swimming in the ocean and he would even just enjoy laying in a raft/floatie (for a little while)... i think harley also to an extent enjoys the ocean but well. he probably would enjoy more sitting on the beach and drawing or reading or something? nathan probably likes going in the ocean the very least out of the 3 of them if he likes it at all. i can imagine both nathan and mac enjoy going to the boardwalk too but with harley being me i cant imagine he especially WANTS to do that
