“No it’s not,” Kevin argues and the universe must love Matt because just as he says that the elevator doors start to go.

It is a term I am told I can no longer use for myself.#She says 'the album was a 4-year long process. I started writing it when I was 20.' Cat Burns is my age.#CMAT. Dublin's 'global superstar'. 1997. Literally she's such a classic popstar/country star I'd have expected to read like '1987' or somet #not in terms of saying she's old or anything; just that that seems appropriate for someone who's in control of their career #CMAT is like 2 years older than I am. It's so wild to me #especially this time! There have been a lot of debut albums you see #and I'm really proud of all these--I suppose at my age I'm allowed to say--kids; my peers? so for this half marathon i set a goal 3 minutes faster than my 2018 half and trained like HELL (for me) and not only did i set a new pr but i also beat my goal time by 5 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2:15:39!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

#EIGHT minutes faster than my old record and like 25 minutes faster than the dogshit half i ran back in 2023 #it's almost like putting the work in makes a difference. incredible stuff.#i both knew that i could do it and couldn't believe it when i passed the 2:20 pacer. women r strong as hell #AND 69th in my division???? NICE #nap time

Cheesy Ground Beef and Broccoli Casserole Ground beef, fresh broccoli, and creamy mozzarella come together in a comforting casserole.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef 3 cups broccoli florets 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Instructions:

Brown the beef. Drain fat. Steam the broccoli. Mix soup, milk, and seasonings. Layer beef, broccoli, and soup mixture in a dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

To have failed in killing Shinichi Kudo . . . he's made a huge oversight.

My video for SLICE (Short Little Iron Chef Edits), at BentoVid! The goal was to create at least a 90-second AMV within 100 hours, using a song from a list of songs only revealed at the start of the challenge. Given my slow editing, I can't believe I did it, but I did!
