How'd you get with her at the time like just wondering cause they sound insane

i’ll be talking in past tense so i’ll be using she here (& i’m saying this bc i know my ex still would view my blog from time to time and at this point might be looking for anything to validate the image they’ve invented of me to look like a victim).

so i used to have this semi-popular tumblr blog and u just know from where i’m starting that this is not gonna go well. she thirst followed me & soon after i came out, she dmed me and got my skype. from the very beginning, i was told by her that she’s from monaco & a foster kid. as we got talking i learned more details.. in hindsight it’s just insane and all are red flags but i was 18 and trusting and naive. i learned that she was born and grew up in monaco, to a descendant of the monaco royal family and a non-royal woman. the prince father was abusive as fuck and did horrific unspeakable things and tried to murder the mother, and so ended up getting prosecuted for it or sth. the mom had so much trauma and had to get help and decided to give up all her kids & so they were separated and moved to diff countries in foster homes. my ex claimed to have stayed at so many horrific foster homes but one that stuck out to me was one with a son that held a knife to her throat and sexually abused her. again i want to emphasise, none of this actually happened. absolutely none of it. she also had this best friend from growing up in foster homes who she introduced me to. i was first asked to dm this friend bc she was feeling unwell and going to pass out & said friend basically said she was on the floor unconscious etc. this friend would msg me sometimes like omg what did u say to her she’s in shambles!!!! one time this friend said that she always writes about me in her diary and asked me if i wanna see. i was like ooooo i do want to see but that’s an invasion of privacy so maybe one day she’ll just show it to me herself. i dmed her after like omg u have a diary? and she snaps!! she’s like omg how do u know about my diary???! no one knows about my diary!!! and then the dramatics start. i’m suddenly in this drama over a diary, i didn’t even do anything wrong and i was basically being asked to reveal how ik about this dykery and i worried that my mistake of mentioning the diary would result in this close friendship between her & this fellow foster child ending. so instead i stayed quiet and was being emotionally manipulated and guilt tripped almost, for what??? absolutely nothing. literally nothing. the “friend” ended up confessing to her and said omg why is there so much hair on the floor of her bathroom 🥺 which would be like trying to tell me that she’s mentally distressed bc of this etc. just generally making me worry about her.

as mentioned earlier, it turned out none of that was true. that “friend” DIDNT EXIST, it was literally just her. emotionally manipulating me. for months.

i cut her off for around a year and then we’re talking again and for some dumb reason i forgave her, and then we were in a relationship for a year and a half. we met irl in the UK where i was studying at the time & she came to visit. ofc she was shitty in that relationship and ofc here we are 7 years later and she’s still being shitty to me despite me doing nothing to warrant it. in the end she decided she was soooo angry at me for daring to not want to be a punching bag forever that she decided to obsessively lie about me & my family for 5 whole years. the (recently) ex gf literally believed this whole new fake life my ex invented was true and was lied to for 3 years & i also found out about that recently too. it’s horrible

So I bindged watched the entry of Metal Family (a Russian YouTube series) and its absolutely adorable. My favorite characters are Glam and Dee because obviously I'm always gunna go for either the goofy dad type with a tragic backstory and the sarcastic little smartass.

Anyway, I've been hearing around that Dee might have a girlfriend and as much as I like the idea of him having a cool laidback goth gf, I just can't picture it. He probably doesn't like to admit it but I think Dee and his dad have similar taste in women; ie badasses who are slightly batshit crazy.

Meet Sasha, they were put together as tutors for each other, she was failing math while he was failing art.

At first glance Sasha seems like a sweet, giggly, airhead with an affinity for tacky jewelry and thrift store clothes. Which is of course what Dee assumed when he offered his usual method of helping her cheat her way through her classes.

She smiled at him and called him: a pig-headed narcissistic asshole who couldn't smell the rancid shit coming out of his own mouth.

Yeah, turns out she isn't stupid just has really bad ADHD and needed someone to help her study math because her brain finds it too boring and therefore unimportant to focus on.

Their relationship is sort of similar to Glam and Ches when they first met; Sasha being a witty yet odd character while Dee struggles to makes sense of what the hell she's saying sometimes.

Because of her ADHD Sasha tends to switch out hobbies like socks; she especially likes activities that keep her hands occupied, such as knitting or origami. Dee has no idea how she can multy task so many things at once.

She is very forward and can be quite blunt when speaking her mind, though she tries her best to remain polite.

She is a big fan of grunge music and punk rock. Nirvana and Foo Fighters being her favorite.

She is the third oldest of six, so middle child syndrome all the way!

She's a bit of an anarchist and can often be found during the weekend tagging government property or big name brand store. Somehow she never seems to get caught.

Her parents are ex-punks so they aren't really surprised or disappointed with their daughter's antics so long as she doesn't get arrested. (More on her family later)

She knitted Dee a beanie during one of their study sessions, it was black with little cat ears. Now he wears it any time its even remotely breezy outside.

Heavy was the first to meet Sasha since they go to the same school. He couldn't understand how such a sweet girl could be friends with his asshole of a brother. She simply giggled and ruffled his hair, stating how Heavy remind her of her own younger siblings.

After that meeting people suddenly stopped bullying him. It was weird but Heavy wasn't one to look a gift horse in the mouth so he didn't question it. He did, however, wonder why Sasha had a baseball bat in her locker when she didn't even play the sport.

When Dee first invited Sasha over to hang out he made sure that his family would be out all day, because he knew that they would all make it their personal mission to embarrass him in front of her.

That plan backfired very quickly as they returned much earlier than expected and the two teens had been in the living room watching movies and cuddling.

Victoria adored her immediately, insisting she say over for dinner all the while making cheeky remarks at Dee to "make sure to keep her happy so she won't realize that she can do better."

Glam had meant to interrogate her, as he is secretly an over protective father at heart, but he was just so damn charmed by her he didn't have the nerve to do it. Instead he ended up showing her the boys' baby pictures (much to Dee and Heavy's protest).

Her and Ches vibed so well together, it was kind of weird and fascinating to observe. They later find out that Sasha is probably the only person out their that can beat both Glam and Ches in poker.

By the end of it Dee is red in the face with embarrassment and when he escorts her to the bus stop he apologizes if it was all a bit overwhelming. Sasha simply giggled, giving him a quick kiss on the cheek assuring him that she really likes his family and can't wait to come over again.

Of course Sasha was the first to confess because Dee still had no idea about his feelings. Thought it was less a confession and more of a statement as if it was something she assumed he already knew.

He didn't, obviously.

Sasha knew that Dee liked her back but she needed for HIM to come to that conclusion himself if they had any hope of starting a relationship. So she remained patient and waited for him to catch up.

Though this did NOT stop her from teasing and flirting with him just a little 😋

She really couldn't help it, Dee was way too cute when he got all flustered and shy (much like his mother in that regards).

So they aren't OFICIALLY dating but they are together, kind of like a trial run (according to Dee at least).

ABOUT HER FAMILY:

Her parents are high school sweethearts that used to ride around town with Victoria and her old crew.

Sasha's mom is a headstrong yet laid back woman that runs the local laundry mat, popular with bikers as it specializes in cleaning leather. Her father is this big, burly, stoic man that works in construction and doesn't tend to say much. They love each other and their children very much.

Sasha has an older sister and brother as well as three younger siblings, twin boys and a little sister. Her older sister is living in England while also going to college to study political science. Her older brother is on his last year of high school and works as a mechanic at a local bike shop. Her twin brothers are in middle school, just a year below Heavy, while her little sister is just starting the first grade.

When Sasha invites Dee over to her house to study he is greeted at the door by her father who looms over him, glaring daggers. Dee may have seen his life flash before his eyes for a just moment.

Thankfully, her mother was much nicer, inviting him in as she called Sasha downstairs. Her younger siblings were very rowdy, asking him questions about who he is and why he was here. Her older brother however, joined along side his father to glare holes into his head.

He was all too thankful when Sasha finally came downstairs to get him, announcing that they would be in her room studying until dinner. Her older brother shouted after them to "keep the door open" and Sasha gave a cheery reply of two middle fingers in his direction.

Dinner was awkward, at least for Dee, but it wasn't terrible. By the end of it, when they were hanging around the bus stop, Sasha (who insisted on seeing him off as he usual does) proudly said: "I think they like you."

"Oh really?" Dee said with a nervous chuckle, he wasn't quite sure but he trusted her judgment. 🖤🖤🖤

Anon'd here before as someone who followed an actual gay closeted couple in a country where homosexuality is prosecutable and where one of the guys confessed to entering PR relationships, I kinda hope it might be insightful to explain how these went for the CT lurkers out there. From what I saw and tend to believe, at no point these relationships were ~staged~, they all looked genuine but then added a sprimkle of - listen carefully besties - !HARMLESS! PR stunts. Think whats his name, jake paul and his gf and their wedding they forced people to pay for lol. All the "stunts" I saw from the guy I followed were such - announcing all over the media that they're planning a ridiculous extravagant wedding hosted by hobama the only true ship; the public eyerolls, the wedding never happens. NOBODY is hurt by this, there are no "fake" kids and people being forced??? to fly across the world to pose for paps tf??? if you think that louis/harry are successful musicians, thinking that they can also afford to fly out to "stunt" are two mutually exclusive realities, where the latter is not where performers are booked for months to come but only revolve their lives around their partners. Moreover, muddling the details bc they might be too specific, but that one time when the already fake relationship was evidently real? he was talking about how much they love each other to the press and like the next day turned out that his gf was in the middle of giving birth to a kid from another man asdfg, and THEN the dude was like OKAY FINE we broke up ages ago no cheating there im not involved with her in any way nowadays. and the craziest thing, no it's not all about an uwu gay boy getting a beard. turned out the reason why they still pushed the romantic narrative like a year into the gal having another relationship was bc the circumstances of this gf and her new bf getting together involved like financially scamming and abandoning family members in their billionaire circle (re: rich people are fucking CRAZY!!!) and so shit DID hit the fan when the new relationship news leaked. so turns out the straight girl needed a beard for her heterosexual relationship and the "gay" dude was just chilling asdfghj (it is delightfully crazy but not unusual if you follow any showbiz circle like how thats any different from the kardashians). oh and why these "pr" relationships were originally genuine? bisexuality exists :) did they get "papped" together during that year? aha, but not ~elaborately~ on the streets, but at official events, as people with jobs. no one, not even this scum i used to follow who grab millions and support actual war crimes, have time for the elaborate multi-level stunts larries claim are happening with celebs who barely get a line about them once a month on tmz. getting photographed walking from point A to B with your partner is not a stunt, neither is enjoying your 3 seconds long holiday with your partner in the middle of 400 booked events. agreeing to stunt a whole ass child is absolutely a choice because there's a line you cant cross, and if your fave can under the whatever excuse, he is simply scum. straight up nobody has time or is willing to invest in what larries claim is a normal showbiz oppression practice, not even actual gay couples under the threat of persecution. the fact that these stories are still INSANE is irrelevant but my god lmaooo larry cant even beard properly, ask yourselves - is your fake partner as exciting as a scamming billionaire pregnant ex gf? is your elaborate beard just some woman who wants to be left tf alone?? if so, then huh....sounds like maybe the conspiracy is not the real one here.....

Hi anon, I do remember you! I’m sorry it took me so long to reply to this it was sitting in my drafts (I’m bad for that sometimes). Again I don’t know the ins and outs of who you are talking about so can’t comment on any of that, some of it sounds quite sketchy tbh and not sure how much I’d agree with but can’t comment back without knowing the facts. However, I get the general point you are making. Are bearding contracts etc for fake relationships a thing? No. Can relationships be used for PR? Yes. Have celebs stayed in the closet for the sake of their career? Yes. Was any of this forced upon them by contacts? No.

A Short List of Adventure Time AUs

So I got a google doc of adventure time aus I’ve made over the past two or three years. Here are some of my favorites (and also the ones I came back to and edited)

If you’ve got ideas for an au or ideas to add onto the preexisting ones I’ve got here, please tell me! I’m always up for some au discussion. 

1.) Jermaine AU: Jermaine comes to live at the treehouse after his house blows up. This, unlike canon, happens rather early in season 3. The rest of the series mainly stays the same, except this time there's three brothers instead of two. He's a kinda anxious dude with demon hunting expertise and a painting hobby. He sometimes wonders if he made Dad disappointed by letting all his work explode. Finn and Jake help him out, and he helps them. Despite this, Jermaine is the only one with a brain, and Finn and Jake share exactly one (1) braincell that they trade every so often. Jermaine is tired. (Jermaine is the only one who tries to clean regularly, and he's also the one to keep Neptr, Ancient Psychic Tandem War Elephant, and a few others company. He's a bit of real wisdom the early series Finn and Jake needed.

2.) Melted Ice AU: Mid season two, IK is hit with something that de-ages him. He turns six. Maybe this mystery de-aging thing blows up the top of the ice mountain, who knows. Maybe he wakes up in the snow, with no memory of how he got there or why. No memory of the last one thousand years. Finn and Jake don't know about his backstory since that happens in season three. Simon is carried by a snowman out of the ice kingdom where he breaks down in the plains. Finn, of course, finds him and is ecstatic to meet another human. Completely missing the fact that this small child is, in fact, the Ice King, Finn declares to help this boy no matter what. That promise soon becomes difficult when people hear about the second human in Ooo, and whatever effect that's keeping him young starts to wear off. (Marceline comes to visit and has a heart attack)

3.) Adventure Falls AU: AT x GF baybee!! Seventeen year old Stanley Pines hops on the Stan O' War and sets sail when he's kicked out. Unfortunately, that boat is nowhere near sea worthy, and all it takes for him to go overboard is one sudden (magical) storm. But, miraculously, Stan doesn't die. He washes up on Ooo, the island of misfits. Where there's daddy issues galore and punching things and getting gold is a legitimate career. He's found on the shore by none other than Finn, who asks if he's okay and if a dungeon adventure would soothe his worries. Stan accepts, because that sounds awesome, and they maybe date. For the next ten years, Stanley is a professional hero. He travels with Finn, he lives in a tower with tons of gold, he's respected, adored, and has made a family for himself. Ooo has a habit of forcing traumatic therapy onto to people, so Stan gets (read: is forced) to work his issues out. And then, somehow, he gets a postcard from his brother.

4.) Young Pups AU: Jake's kids grow up fast- but not that fast. He stays with lady for a few episodes being Dad and when the Pups are old enough, go visit Finn and Jermaine. Also Jermaine is there when the pups are born that always bothered me in canon like what the fuck. This whole AU results in Jake the Dad being a better father than in canon, because he actually has time to make mistakes and learn from them. He sometimes shapeshifts into one of those baby carriers but suited for five kids instead of one. Finn and Jermaine fight for best uncle privileges. Finn is considerably more awesome but Jermaine's got magic junk and juicy stories about Jake. So far the votes are: FINN: Jake Jr, T.V.  JERMAINE: Kim Kil Whan, Charlie. Viola remains undecided.

4.) Evilgreen AU: Evergreen was evil. His idea to make the crown to stop the comet was actually a cover story to take control of all the elements and freeze everything. Of course the same thing happens here as it did in canon, Gunther gets the crown and wishes to *be* evergreen. This is bad. Very bad, so bad in fact, that things get FUnKy. A couple eons later, Simon gets the crown as per canon, and then things start to slide downhill. Since the crown is significantly worse, Simon tries to get rid of it. No amount of magic pull is going to get him to put on the eldritch hat. It teleports back. When things go to shit, the crown tells him he's got two options: He can either live, or he can live unwillingly. This all coalesces in super angst and mild horror as Simon has to fight off evil urges and somehow keep both he and Marceline safe. Things start looking up, though, when he summons Hunson Abadeer.

5.) Nightmare Therapy AU: Simon, now himself post canon, has some funky nightmares. Problem is: he's due for a visit from the cosmic owl due to some mystical bureaucratic bs. If that were to happen, Simon's dreams of Golb and Orgalorg and the world ending and everyone dying and maze would come true, without the veil of metaphoric junk dreams are known for (also due to bureaucratic bs). So, Simon gets a dream therapist. An OC, probably, that would fight off his nightmares when they came and talk to him about his issues.

6.) High School AU: Except they're all still magic and crap. Finn's a jock that's part of the LDnD club(Literally Dungeons and Dragons), Jake's got a job at a pancake place and hosts the Card Wars clubs on Wednesdays, Jermaine's in college and their parents were still detectives/demon hunters. PB is preppy/nerdy girl with weird fucking family and is absolutely a mad scientist. Marceline is still a demon/vamp (vampire biker gang, they all died, deaths pending) and her uncle is Simon. Simon is a history teacher whose ex wife might be an eldritch abomination (the students wonder, but there are no answers)((simon says cryptic things every so often that are the subject of much ridicule, but he's a nice guy)). Ooo High has all of the AT characters in some shape or form. Tree trunks is the lunchlady, Mr Pig is a janitor. Lemongrab is just there. LSP(Q?) is a teacher because that's hilarious. Hunson is dead along with Marceline's mom because fuck hunson. Magic Man is a hobo that snuck onto campus and can't be chased off (his brother is the superintendent, Glob). there's a lot more but that's for a different word doc.

7.) Back to the Future AU: So PB fucks around with time travel, right? For science. She gets sent back in time a thousand years, before the war. Now, she's a pink lady who can shoot jelly beans from her hands, of course needs to lay low. And of course she needs to get home, but she's in a Futurama situation where she only has one type of time machine; the one that can go into the past. Not to mention her own time machine got busted on her way there, so she's double screwed. But, she remembers something. There is an individual (two, actually) that knows about time travel in this time period. She knows him, and he's likely to help her if she plays her card right. She needs to find Simon and get back to her own time, preferably without dooming herself in the process. (perhaps she tries to steal the notes Simon has, and Simon's completely oblivious, except Betty can smell trouble from a mile away and immediately notices some pink woman trying to steal books and she goes ham. Perhaps she goes ham in such a way that Simon doesn't notice. Perhaps this goes on for seven acts.)

8.) Bread and Butter AU: Bella Noche during the episode Betty creates a huge black cube that engulfs all of Wizard City. This box acts as a cage and prevents Wizards from escaping the magic purge. Simon is unable to bring Betty back from the past, and he's fading fast. In a desperate attempt to stop things from escalating, Simon chugs a bottle of anti-magic like a fucking god. He gets through the cube that surrounds Bella Noche and knocks their lights out. He passes out, and when he comes to, the anti-magic he consumed as merged with him. This is because of a simple rule: Magic sticks to magic, anti-magic sticks to anti-magic. And since humans have always had just a little bit of anti -magic present within them, humans and anti-magic go together like bread and butter (badumtish) ((I have actually written a fanfic about this, you can find it here))

9.) Swapped AU: Through various shenanigans Ice King's and Magic Man's powers gets swapped. These shenanigans somehow land them in space as well. This happens before Magic Man's trial. The swapping of their powers results in Simon getting his memory back. It also gives Magic Man the Ice Crown, unfortunately for him though, it seems to hate him. Simon's glad to back, but quickly realizes one issue: He's still crazy. So the pair try to make it back to Ooo. MM needs his powers to swap himself with some other shmuck so he doesn't croak when his trial comes, but Simon's made it clear he isn't giving his powers up without a fight. The pair starts off rocky, neither trusting the other, but space trouble forces them to work together. Simon's a nice enough guy he wouldn't leave someone to die and MM really needs Simon alive so it works out. A weird friendship forms, and they learn get along. Just a couple of crazy space wizards. Then the crown is destroyed. MM is freed from the crown's control, and he's freed from magic. He gets his sanity back, just in time for his trial.

agatha’s story isn’t one that she likes to tell anymore. she feels it’s useless: to be defined by the actions of others, to attempt to battle the preconceived notions that run rampant regardless of what one says or does. she doesn’t want to beg for understanding anymore, or to claw her way from beneath the filth she’s made of her life. all that most know is all that she can bear to have known. the rest? it’s confetti; a meager concession in a game of chess. if you know her, is that a fact or a weapon to be used against her?

when it comes to the stories that can be told, however.. perhaps the most important is background. agatha’s an abernathy native: raised in grandiose park, flew the coop for college, only to settle back down in bordeaux apartments. klein & associates, llc. has been in her family for generations, each forefather serving increasingly questionable clients. agatha’s life, like that of many kleins before her, was already planned before she’d ever even been a thought in her parents’ minds. under her mother’s rule, there wasn’t any room for straying from that path. agatha would be smart; she would be clean; and she would be, without fail, someone. in other words, she would be her perfect replica. imagine the disappointment when agatha was anything but. 

agatha’s childhood can be summed up by three things: a door slammed shut in her face, an ear-piercing howl, and the chronic longing to go home — wherever that was. it’s another thing she doesn’t talk about, another thing she tries not to think about. those three things have followed her into adulthood, but they’ve taken different forms now. no longer is agatha a child screaming her throat raw — no; now, she cries out in other more productive ways. if you were to ask her, she’d tell you that she’s a woman grown; the past is behind her, buried in the sand where it belongs. the truth is trickier, less absolute. agatha is a child in the form of a woman; forever in the midst of a metamorphosis, unsure if for better or worse. she lacks foresight & lives largely in the now. she can’t imagine a future for herself and her choices in life reflect that.

agatha succeeds because she’s pretty, powerful, and convincing. wherever she falls short, her father is sure to more than make up for it. it’s amazing what people will do for the right price, and when they want to keep certain secrets from ever seeing the light. nepotism & immense privilege have done wonders for her, but she does.. actually work hard, too. she has an incredible memory & is really good at digging for more information & making her case. if she tells you that she’s going to do something, then she’s going to do it right no matter what. she’s dogged in that way, blinded to the outside world by her stubbornness. she works long hours & values her career above all else. she thinks it’s the only sure thing she has & views it as the one stable, secure thing in her life.

agatha is lonely to the point of defect. she lacks a sense of security in her life, which is why she’s so career-focused. she genuinely thinks that the only person ever looking out for her is her dad. she becomes very predictable once you realize that she will always pick the winning team; that she will forever follow the money; and that she is always going to make the decision that most benefits her. that isn’t to say that she doesn’t have any friends omg, but.. she doesn’t really trust easily. if she trusts you and considers you near and dear to her heart, then she’ll choose you. but until she has that reassurance? you’re on your own, bro. 

but like.. you literally would not know that unless you got burned by her. agatha is really good at listening and really good at playing parts for people. the thing with having no story is that she’s free to create her own. if you need a hero, she can be that. if you need a villain, she can definitely be that. she’s eerily good at getting chummy enough to make people think she’s close, only for them to realize.. they don’t actually know anything real about her? fun stuff. 

i think.. her entire life is a vie for power while also wanting to let go of that desire while also being afraid of what might happen if she were to let go of that desire. she’s not tht bad. she can play decent, be a guy’s guy. and she does come off tht way. it’s jus.. underneath there’s tht like .. tht rot tht she can’t scrub away. n it rears its ugly little head smtimes. but. :^) she can be cool n shoot the shit u kno.. heheh.

anyway.. lighter stuff<3 puts the gaslight and gatekeep in girlboss. talks just like her daddy, except for when she’s in the courtroom. egocentric without ever meaning to be. think i’m ready to put my thoughts into words now

spoiler warning, tw for mentions of suicide, attempted r*pe

i’ll get the good out of the way first. manato and momoko are what keep the show afloat, and they’re the only thing that kept me watching. their dynamic was just great. there’s importance in showing that it’s okay for men to be emotional, for them to be vulnerable. it doesn’t make you weak. I also love that momoko is unapologetically herself. she speaks her mind and is aggressive (sometimes to a fault.) i’m glad those two found eachother.

momoko/hinako and manato/satoshi had some heartwarming moments of friendship.

now, for everything else.

momoko didn’t feel like she was allowed to  be vulnerable after that one episode where they showed why she had trauma. after that it’s never brought up again. she doesn’t seem to change or develop much from the start of the show, other than getting a boyfriend.

momoko’s three little brothers are lacking in substance. this is a woman who’s parents died in front of her and that left her to be the guardian for her brothers.  but we never see the struggle that comes with that. none of the brothers have disagreements or arguments with their sister or eachother. it doesn’t come off genuine at all. the youngest’s entire personality is liking soccer, i’ve already forgotten everything about the middle brother...and the oldest will transition into the next part.

the relationship between kazuki and momoko’s best friend miyuki. this is a woman who has known kazuki for a long time...and more importantly, ever since he was a kid. the whole show wants to treat it like she’s scared they’re gonna get weird looks or judged if they’re together. age gaps are not the problem, you dating someone who you knew when they were a child is the problem here.

miyuki “jokingly” insists she’s against momoko and manato’s relationship. the only reasons i can think of for this would be like either a) she doesn’t believe that he was falsely convicted or b) she does believe that but doesn’t think he’s worth all the emotional baggage. this is rich coming from a woman who’s dating momoko’s little brother who she’s known since he was a little kid. (same goes for momoko’s uncle, who is manato’s probation officer. what does she have against him? the emotional baggage too? why are these people such assholes?)

parts of manato’s  backstory rubbed me the wrong way. basically, he accidentally bumped into some guys, they took offense, grabbed his gf and attempted to r*pe her, he fought back and nearly killed the guys. his gf was too ashamed to admit what happened because of her lawyer parents, so she lied and said manato initiated everything and was drunk. he gets sent to prison for 2 years. his parents quit their jobs in shame and his father ends up committing suicide because of this. manato comes out of prison depressed and traumatized from the experience. that’s three lives ruined. in the second to last episode, he meets his ex gf by chance and she apologizes. he says she doesn’t have to, and that all he wants is her to be happy. i understand that his ex gf is probably traumatized by the experience too, but manato has to be the nicest person alive to just forgive her after his entire family fell apart even though he did the right thing.

lastly, the issues with tone and how quickly things are glazed over.  this show can barely let sad or emotional scenes happen without immediately ruining them with cheesy shit or attempts at humor.  or they’ll act like certain horrible things aren’t a big deal. manato’s fathers suicide is treated as something to be expected because his son was sent to prison.

however, the biggest and worst offense was the end of the second to last episode. manato and momoko are together, manato has forgiven his ex gf and is starting to move on with his life. he’s walking with momoko and she accidentally bumps into a guy...AND HIS TRAUMA HAPPENS ALL OVER AGAIN. manato is forced to live through his trauma again, and shields momoko with his body. the cops come and the two dudes flee. momoko and manato cry and hold eachother...THEN THEYRE COMPLETELY FINE LIKE ONE MINUTE LATER AND NEVER MENTION IT AGAIN. wtf kind of writing is this? what kind of message is this???

The Great Precure Watchening Part 3: Heartcatch 2 Electric Boogaloo

OKAY SO as of about 10 minutes ago I finally got through Heartcatch Precure, meaning I’ve now watched 11 seasons of Pretty Cure! GOPRI IS NEXT I’M SO EXCITED AAAAAA

Like I said in the last post, Doki Doki was...fine. It wasn’t my favourite season, but it could’ve been a lot worse, and I really liked Alice and Sebastian! (In this house we stan one (1) hypercompetent anime butler named Sebastian and it’s not the edgy bitch from Black Butler lmao.) I thought the mascots were annoying at first, but they kind of grew on me, except Raquel who was just sort of meh. I was also less than thrilled with Cure Ace because I don’t like hypercompetent child characters, but her character arc was pretty good.

Also? I adore Princess Marie Ange. I love her. Also there’s a character named SIR JOHNATHAN KLONDIKE which cracks me up every time I remember we’re supposed to take that seriously. I do wish he hadn’t been as...unintentionally creepy as he was? Like he was absolutely not meant to be a creepy weirdo but when his introductory scene ends with him, an adult, calling a middle schooler “my sweet heart” (I know that’s the name of her attack but still), that’s creepy as hell! I’m glad they changed that for the Glitter Force dub.

Speaking of GF, I still didn’t watch a full episode of GF Doki Doki, but what I did see I liked better than the original GF. The voice acting wasn’t nearly as grating and (most of) the dialogue sounded more natural. (We did still get a Very American VA trying to say “doki doki” with a straight face, so...RIP.) I might get around to actually watching it eventually but I have so many other things to watch/read that it’s pretty low on my priority list.

OKAY BUT LIKE WHY DO THEY KEEP ACCIDENTALLY CODING THEIR CHARACTERS AS LESBIANS. Rikka is so fucking gay for Mana it’s ridiculous.

Anyway.

You might have noticed the title of the post. So uh. About HaChaPre, huh?

Idk man, I just feel like if it had been made by another company I’d be calling them out for trying to rip off Heartcatch Precure. We have 4 main girls in pink, blue, yellow, and purple. The pink girl has a ponytail and is very passionate (this one is admittedly a stretch). The blue one is her best friend who loves fashion and is loud and overbearing. The yellow one is incredibly kind and is associated with kindness and sunshine. The purple one is a more experienced Cure with a family member who was lost to the bad guys as part of her backstory and winds up fighting her at some point. Also there are 3 generals, 2 men and 1 woman, who are eventually purified and revealed to be living normal human lives at the end. There’s a Dark Precure who was made to be the dark reflection of one of the Cures (granted she plays a MUCH bigger role in Heartcatch than HaCha). The fairies have very similar designs and produce the season’s collectable item from their body at the end of every episode. The main monsters are created from random civilians, whose bodies are trapped in a prison while the monster made from their hearts fights the Cures. Hell, Heartcatch was one of the first to really delve into the concept of there being more Precure aside from the protagonists, and one of the main concepts of HaChaPre is that there are Precure all over the world, all fighting the same threat!

I’m not saying that Happiness Charge was just trying to be Heartcatch again. What I am saying is that there are enough similarities that every time I noticed a new one I got more and more annoyed. It doesn’t help that I don’t like this series all that much? It’s perfectly serviceable, I guess, and I like it more than Yes5/Gogo, which is admittedly a pretty low bar. And sometimes the art direction was FUCKING AMAZING, like the part towards the end where they’re all fighting Seiji and their silhouettes are drawn overtop of scenes of the five of them together? ASTOUNDING. STELLAR. AWARD-WORTHY. I love that shit. Eat it up with a spoon. And I liked that Megumi got to cry about Blue? It was a very human, emotional moment and I liked it.

But uuuuugh if there’s one thing I’m tired of it’s love triangles. And also implying that romantic love is the strongest/best/whatever kind of love. WHAT ABOUT FRIENDSHIP, DAMMIT. Also I don’t think they should have had Seiji be in love with Megumi at all. I think it would’ve been nice if they’d just been really close friends, because it just kind of fed into the whole “boys and girls can’t be friends without at least one of them Developing Feelings” bullshit narrative that I’m so sick of. (Had an ex tell me that to my face once. There’s a reason he’s my ex. That and I’m a lesbian now lol oops)

Cure Honey/Yuuko remains as my favourite, though. I adore her. She was perfect. Girl just wants to eat good food with her friends! She loves cooking! And dogs! And eating! And making candy! Plus her yellow overalls with the heart pockets were super cute and I want them.

Oh shit there’s another similarity between Heartcatch and HaChaPre: the yellow Precure is the best one /jk

buckle up ! i’m abt to show u guys i can write a short or at least SNAPPY intro.

sybill was born in the seaside town of port isaac in 1972, the product of an affair between her pure blood mommy ( cressida trelawney ) and a muggle daddy ( edwin teague ). 

cressida knew abt edwin’s muggle wife. edwin’s muggle wife ( and his daughter eugenia, sybill’s half sibling ) did NOT know about his witchy gf. what happens in btwn the lines of the wizarding world stays within the lines of the wizarding world, ig.

sybill’s dad died p suddenly when she was six, and he didn’t leave anything to either her or her mum, cause... men ain’t shit ! learn it. anyway, sybill’s mum begged her slightly estranged family for like, something, and prob would have got NOTHING if she hadn’t said ‘hey, my daughter is totally the next cassandra ( and also DEFINITELY a pureblood )-’

this changed things a bit, even tho at the time... sybill had not shown any actual prophetic talent, lmao. she was a six yr old playing like, dolls, and trying to bring fishies home from the seashore in glass bottles, u know? 

the fam took them back under their wings, and sybill was told to keep her little mouth shut ( in like, a kind of nice way ) about both the fact she was a halfblood ( she prob didn’t conceptualize this one very well at six ) and the fact she was not a seer. she also prob didn’t conceptualize this very well. but playing pretend is something kids LIKE to do, so when cressida told sybill to say some mysterious things and play this role, she took to it immediately ! it was fun ! 

it stopped being fun PRETTY quickly, but as sybill got older and understood things a bit more, she clued in to the fact that her grandparents and extended trelawney family were quite... uh, to put it mildly, strict. her mum had gone out into the world on her own because she didn’t fit in the box that the trelawney’s had expected her to ( like a lot of pureblood fams ), and sybill was a lot more like cressida than she was the rest of her fam, and she was also, like. way more attached to her than she was them, so while it stopped being a fun game, she still kept to it for her mummy.

got her hogwarts letter. headed off. breathed an actual sigh of RELIEF when she was on the train, cause... she didn’t have to pretend to be something she was pretty sure she wasn’t anymore, and at hogwarts, she wouldn’t have to go through the ‘training’ and ‘lessons’ for her future as a famed seer that her fam were prepping her for. she got sorted into ravenclaw, which tracked ( most of the fam were ), and she just... went abt her life.

i know this is gonna sound wild. but at hogwarts, sybill was... exceedingly ordinary. she was a well behaved young lady who was assumed to be of quality breeding, and though her grandparents spoke highly of their little seer granddaughter to their friends, the kids and grandkids of those people didn’t really ... know much about this. sybill flew pretty far under the radar, and that was how she liked it. she graduated with top marks, turned of age, and started working for her grandparents on a full time basis in the little fortune teller shop they had at this point in time at the divide between knockturn alley and diagon alley - she’d already spent summers with them, so it was just one more step. still, no discernible seer talent.

very appropriately, it all started with death omens. sybill had always faked what she was seeing cause she sort of had to, so she’d always made the future sound pretty bleak - but there’s bleak and then there’s seeing grims wherever she went. a month later, her grandmother ( a woman who sybill could never decide was either a talented seer in her own right or a talented liar also ) was dead. it was sudden, and things seemed to escalate exponentially from here. within a year, her grandfather, an aunt and her own mother had passed on ; and sybill had started to notice. changes.

kinda hard not to notice the fact she was beginning to go to sleep in a very warm and cosy bed and wake up barefoot and naked in the middle of the creek at the bottom of the garden, arms raised to the sky, images seered to the back of her eyelids. sybill consulted dozens of healers. she was given dozens of different potions to aid her sleeping, she was told that she had been through a lot of loss in a short amount of time, it was natural to begin having sleeping issues and the images she saw were only NIGHTMARES, or dreams, or the echo of something normal from her subconscious. the potions didn’t work tho ! the spells, the advice, the grief counselling they sent her to... over the next while, sybill’s life really began to unravel, and she couldn’t understand it, so she definitely couldn’t explain it. 

throw everything together and mix some severe money issues in as sybill was never very good at actually running the store and was now dealing with a whole lot of confusing shit - she loses the shop, then the house, and this is what eventually brought her to albus dumbledore, where - haha ! - she made her first ever actual prophecy. fun ! sucks she doesn’t rmbr it <3 

sybill got the job based on that, but figured it was cause he liked her a lot ( he didn’t ). life straightens out somewhat, she moves into hogwarts ( did eventually buy a cottage in hogsmeade since she got married and w/e, but is back living in hogwarts now they’re divorced ), she terrifies students for many years over, blah blah blah. makes a second prophecy to harry potter ( doesn’t rmbr that one either ), fights in the battle of the astronomy tower, fights in the battle of hogwarts, yada yada yada.

i won’t say whether she ever thought herself a legitimate seer, or ever learned to think of herself as one, or ever figured that was maybe what her ( still persistent ) sleep walking was. got my thoughts ! think its fun to just leave it at : maybe ! maybe she’s a seer, maybe she’s half of one, maybe she’s a real good liar. she had plenty of practice ! either way, she really embraced her weirdness ( shoutout to mama cressida for teaching her to b weird and love every second of it ) and has spent the past couple decades just straight vibing.

I'm not very good at drawing horror and blood but I recently have been getting into OFF lately so I figured I'd try to draw batter to pratice lighting and shadows

I also made my own au where batter and hugo switch places but I doubt anyone would like it or even read it heck I couldn't even get a single like on any of my posts

But here I go anyway :

So common belief that the world of OFF isnt real and that its all happening inside Hugo's head because hugo is in a comma and that the batter resembles the father and the queen resembles the mother

And that the guardians are the boy's immune system and organs that are intolerant to the drug liquid plastic that is being experimented on hugo

The mother was always a working woman and never gave hugo attention while the dad was a straight forward and loving man (I also have a personal theory that he's religious)

The mother wants hugo to live but the father wants to let the boy die because he's tired of seeing his own child in pain everyday

Ok now that I have that out of the way here's my au:

In this au its the father that ends up in a comma and hugo is the one who tries to save him from dying

Backstory to how the dad ended up in a comma:

Hugo in this au is healthy and lives a normal life the father was once a baseball player (as a hobby) so hugo got inspired by his dad and started to take baseball classes at his school

One day the dad was dropping hugo off for baseball practice and while waving goodbye while slowly moving out of the parking lot a reckless older student who wasn't looking quickly backs up his truck hitting the father and sending him into a comma

Ok now for the characters:

We enter the game as hugo and we are greeted by the judge and we start our journey of "purifying" the world just like batter

The enemies represent different family members who dislike or or even hate the father and the father's phobias or fears as well as microbes or poisons in the father's system

Then we have other characters like pets,neighbors,friends who are good guys or people who side with hugo in the this au

Also the puzzles would changed in this au

Hugo is a child and the father would probably play alot with hugo and his games since the mother was always busy ,so instead of floating boxes we'd get more complicated versions of kids puzzles like connect the dots or fill in the shapes etc.

Now for who each character represents and then I'll move on to what the goal of the game is or what Hugo's mission is:

Hugo= he represents the son in real life but he also resembles a new antibiotic that's being experimented on the father

The judge = in real he's the family house cat named milk ingame he's a guide but I have my own head canon

so alot of people tend to draw batter with his eyes closed some draw 4 eyes some draw no eyes at all

I like to think that the father irl has bad eye sight or sensitive eyes so he wears special glasses but will not wear any glasses when at home because he doesn't like to so he will walk around with his eyes closed

So milk will guide him throughout the house by purring or meowing at him

As for the smile the judge has on his face hugo likes the movie Alice in wonderland over and over so the image of the Cheshire cat would be embedded in the dad's memory which is why the judge appears that way

He views the judge as someone who is helpful

The queen = the queen is his wife however they start to have alot of problems and arguments before the father fell in a comma

And the relatives try to convince her to turn off the life support and move on with life

Dedan= irl he's the father's brother in law with a snappy attitude and he hates the father alot and even objected in thier wedding day he will do anything to hurt the father or cause trouble

The father sees his brother in law nothing more than a all bark no bite a big mouth

Japhet= in real life is the lady that lives next door (yes I KNOW japhet is male but he's based off if her in the father's head)

She's is very controlling person who enjoys gossip and can't mind her own business always sticking her nose where she can as well as pushing everyone around she does everything she can to get attention and impress people and she's flirted with the father mutiple times but she's ignored her every time

She has very loud and noisy birds and has killed thier other family cat Venice saying that she did it as self defense (Venice is Valerie basically)

The father views her as a parasite

Enoch= he resembles another dad that takes his kid to baseball practice but is in bad terms with the mother and will constantly pick on hugo for fun

He assumes if the father approaches him its because his wife told him to do so

and will constantly say that his child and wife are happy ,living a life with no problems thinking that he's got life figured out

Even though its clear that his son isn't enjoying baseball at all, is quite over wieght as well as his wife ignores him all the time not to mention he's constantly eating meaning that he has some sort of food addiction it seems he sees no irony in his life at all

The father sees him as an irresponsible over wieght person who's always lying to himself and to blind to see the truth thinking that his life is ok when it's clearly not

Zacharie = irl he's the father's best friend since middle school and they've known each other for years he was the best man at the wedding he's bisexual and in a relationship with a girl named sweetie (please don't hate me batterie shippers QWQ!) He used to crush on the father and even confessed to him on the wedding day he was heartbroken but accepted that the relationship was never gonna happen and was even mad at his best friend but realized it was wrong of him to feel that way

He eventually moves on

He likes to bring and buy alot stuff and show them to his best pal later somegimes illegal stuff (he even brought weed over one time oh boy) he's like an uncle to hugo and is always happy to help and defend his best friend no matter what

He views him as a brother and family member aswell as a very optimistic chill dude and will jokingly refer to him as "the merchant"

Sugar: irl she's zacharie's gf (before her he had 2 toxic exes and she helped him out of those toxic relationships) she and the father don't really talk all that much so he knows little to absolutely nothing about her aside from the fact that she likes to talk funny sometimes and is really into dolls and aliens and a slight addiction to eating pixie straws (straws filled with powered candy or sugar)

He views her as a silent person nothing much

The elsens= they are the people that the father meets/sees/interacts with everyday/every once in a while but don't have much of a connection with (you know like a co worker you have small talk with or barely ever see)

Now for the plot :

After the father enters a comma the son starts to go from school to the hospital (they're very close to each other and you can say hugo is 5-7 years old and ) and visits his dad everyday and calls out to him hoping it'd wake him up

The mother scolds him for running off without super vision and that his dad won't wake up if he keeps calling him that whatever he does is useless that his father will remain to be a lifeless bag of meat on a bed

Hugo doesn't give up ignoring his mother's words

She realizes that hugo has an obsession with his unconscious father that is affecting his studies along with his social life

Zacharie doesn't make this any better because he offers to pick up hugo after school to prevent him from getting abducted or lost along with his jokes all the time

She slowly starts to Contemplate turning off the life support machine wondering if it would fix everything

Hugo hasn't been paying attention in class and thier marriage has been having a issues lately her family never liked or accepted him she sees zacharie and others as annoying and problems bringers and maybe they'd have less expenses if hugo didn't have to go to baseball pratice every day not to mention he'd less likely get hurt if he stopped playing

Everyone else started to convince her to turn off life support they discuss this next to the unconscious father

She prevents zacharie from seeing hugo and locks out any other connections the fatehr has

finally she becomes convinced however there's 1 barrier preventing her from doing that.....Hugo

The only person who truly gives hugo attention and love is his father without his father he'd feel lost and scared his mother is always working and doesn't give him much attention

Everyone tells him to give up on his dad and move on but hugo stands his ground

Alot of the arguments and conversations happen in the hospital room next to the father so he hears everything in his comma which leads to the creation of the world of OFF in his head

Therefore we play as hugo through out the game (dressed in a baseball outfit) solving puzzles and fighting enemies "purifying" the world

Not much changes the boss battles the add ons etc. Will remain the same in this au

Maybe there will be more rubber duck /duck/ bird themed stuff in this au aside from the pedalos (ex:move the boxes to make them look like a duck idk lol)

However the final boss will change

Canonly batter is stopped by the judge but in this au the judge sides with hugo because its the queen (the mother) who is trying to turn the switch off and hugo is trying to prevent that

So instead of the judge stopping hugo

Hugo will meet the queen, she will tell him to halt and not bother going any further that her intentions will not change hugo will begin to tell her off everything she's done wrong she will respond saying that she's doing it for thier sake (Hugo's and her's) but hugo calls her out and tells her its not true and she loses her patience with him leading to a boss fight if hugo wins then she will refer to him as "my little sweetheart" and fade into dust

"The room" will also change instead of hugo it'll be his dad (the batter)chained to a wall (basically a prisoner in his own mind) hugo will take 1 step forward activating a trap causing him to plummet down a tube and fall unconscious for a few minutes

When he wakes up he sees the queen and all the guardians standing before him the queen states that he can give up or die trying then she speaks to the puppeteer (the player) the you are given 2 options

1.aide with the queen

2.side with hugo

If you side with the queen you will have the guardians ok your side then Hugo's appearance will change as well he will appear to have a large head with a huge gaping mouth a baby rattle and apron and speech bubbles that say "wah wah" "whine whine" (stating that his mother sees him as a cry baby)

If you defeat hugo then the switch is immediately turned off and it gives 1 out of the 2 bad endings this ending is called "check mate" as a reference to a queen from chess

If you side with hugo then you will be defeated but you won't get a game over yet instead the queen will give you 1 last chance

Then you are given 3 options

1."surrender" 2."gasp for help" 3."cry"

If you choose surrender then you will get the 2nd bad ending in which in life support is turned off the father dies hugo becomes lonely with his mother busy all the time (and not allowing him out side the house and not trusting people) which leads to hugo growing up cold,plain and unloving

At some point there's a scene where adult hugo stares at his old mother laying on the kitchen floor in pain for a few minutes instead of helping her immediately indicating that he doesn't care

If you choose "gasp for help" then you will get the good ending "aye batta batta,strike!" In which hugo will call for help (while in deep pain from the fight) after a few calls judge,zacharie,sugar and a few elsens will come to the rescue and revive you fighting by your side allowing you to defeat the queen and guardians

Everything slowly starts to go back and the father wakes up from his comma everyone in the room stares in shock but hugo had the biggest smile on his face while standing next to his dad's bed "did...I miss something?"

"...daddy *breaks into tears*"

The 3rd ending called "better late than never" is triggered when you choose "cry"

Hugo will cry very loudly

The mother changes her mind and doesn't turn off life support but hugo stops visiting his dad and similar to the 2nd bad ending hugo grows up to be cold and unloving 13-16 years later hugo visits his father again and he finally wakes up from his comma and is discharged from the hospital after 1 year of rehabilitation therapy

By now the mother had remarried and the father missed his son's childhood so now he has to relive his life

However hugo meets a girl who is a complete opposite to him at work and church (rainbow hair,optimistic,enjoys music of various kinds,loves cute things,baking,jokes,and artist etc.) And is forced to work with her as well as she tries to get Hugo's attention so he asks his father for advice on how to get rid of this woman which leads to alot stuff going on and hugo allowing how to love and live life leading him to falling in love with the girl and becoming a new man

(This is personally my favorite ending lol and I MIGHT write fanfic of it on wattpad or here idk tbh )

So I've been obsessed with @incorreci-spaghetti 's fighter moodboards and this came out. I'm just gonna share some hc I have for it since I don't think I'll be writing it anytime soon.

Seulgi:

A bartender for a bar known for their more than hostile clients and their fights.

•Learning how to fight was basically on the employer's request.

•It was in one of the most brutal fights that she happened to get scouted. Two gangs started the commotion and she managed to take out more than a half from both sides.

•Heechul (her manager) was having a rough night when his next MMA superstar got arrested and had runout of possible prospects to replace her for the already booked fight next week and needed a drink. Watching Seulgi go at it like it was a piece of cake was like a heavens godsent for him.

•She surprised everyone at the gym even more so when with only a week of training she picked up on several techniques.

•She won her first match, quickly setting her up as the most promising fighter in the league for flyweigth

Rose:

Used to be a happy go lucky college student (majoring in music ofc) until back im her junior year after a party a group of guys tried to rape her. Luckily for her they were too drunk to put up on a real fight and she managed to escape.

•Safe to say she was more than shaken up by the accident so she started taking self defense classes.

•She ended up loving it! There was something just so freeing and empowering about it. She feels like no one could ever hurt her anymore

•She might not be the strongest but she's fast and can last for hours on end.

•She might or not have a crush on the new boxing champion at the gym.

•She practices kickboxing

Lisa:

Is the newest boxing champion on the lightweight divition and also the youngest at only 18 yrs.

•She's considered a prodigy and has been practicing ever since she was a child, following her father's dream

•Lisa is the kind of girl you wouldn't expect to be a ruthless opponent, what with her sweet and childish attitude outside of the ring but as soon as she steps foot on it she transform and becomes a badass bitch with no concept of mercy. Her duality is the main reason why she has so many fanboys and fangirls after her.

•What's even more baffling is that for all of Lisa's talent if she's outside of the ring you can bet she'll do everything in her hands to avoid any kind of physical violence.

Jennie (and Jisoo):

She's a gang leader, she looooves fighting and she will take any excuse to do it. Oh, did you happen to look at her for more than 2 seconds? BAM That's a fist to your jaw. Did you happen to bump into her on the street? PUM that's a kick to your groin.

•Seriously it has gotten to a point where even cops avoid her side of the street.

•If you were wondering, yes, her gang is Ikon and yes, she's the only female.

•To be honest it was all CL's fault, she took her in when she ranaway from her house and basically taught her every move she has. She also taught her to adopt that kind of attitude of she wanted to survive in that world. She just happened to fall in love with the lifestyle...I mean is hard to hate something you're good at, right?

•Truly for all she knows she's living her best life....until another bigger gang beat hers and claimed all her territory.

•She could've died bleeding to death on the street is if it weren't for Jisoo finding her that fateful night and nursing her to health.

•Since then Jennie practically became Jisoo's cat. A very possessive and grumpy cat but a cat anyways. She's literally only soft with Jisoo and only Jisoo and god help you if you do anything to her.

•She finally accepted to enroll in the "BlackVelvet" gym per Jisoo's request when the older girl explained to her that she kind of needed money (now that they were two and sadly her job at the local café barely allowed her to pay the rent to her small studio apartment) and there was a small local competition being held there with a handsome cash prize.

•She ended up winning ofc and getting scouted.

•She only accepted after they agreed to let Jisoo be her manager

Irene:

She's the most desired, beautiful, young CEO of the 21rst century according to forbes magazine. Having started her own business as early as 20 yrso and getting said business raise as one of the biggest monopoly in the world at 27 yrso. Thanks to her Bae Industries is for sure a name that will stay with ppl for generations to come.

•What they don't know about the beautiful CEO is that while in the day she remains as the sharp, intelligent business woman everyone have come to fear and admire by night she's one of the strongest underground fighters in Seoul.

•Fighting is the only true stress reliever she has for having to deal with condencending, sexist, mysoginistic, pervy (old) men all day at work.

•She had to pull out of the underground scene when one of the fights got too much and she was forced to kill a man (it was either him or her and Bae Irene wasn't about to quit out her life for the sake of morals)

•As much as she hates men, the incident did weigth a lot on her consciousness. It got to the point where she started to get trouble sleeping and with her only get away closed she was starting to go insane with stress.

•Thankfully for her, just when she was about to lose her mind she got quite the good news from her old friend (and ex-gf, who she might still have feelings for but shh you didn't hear it from me) Wendy telling her about this new Gym she opened along with two of her mentors and that she should check it out sometimes you know in case she needed to let off some steam and who knows even find an actual challenge for her.

•As soon as she saw the new blood fighting she knew she was in for the long ride.

•She's also a MMA fighter but on the lightweight divition. Don't be fooled though she's been doing this for quite a while and has developed quite the skill to take down several opponents twice her size without breaking a sweat.

•She sort of becomes a mentor for Seulgi, who's new in all this but has the potential to surpise even her in a few years easily.

Wendy (and Joy):

Used to be a big name in the wrestling world with several championships under her belt before migrating to the martial arts (Taekwondo).

•It was in one of the latters matches that she got a severe knee injury that ended her career.

•She used to be childhood friends with Irene, and later her girlfriend, until the day of her accident. She got a deep depression from it and decided to listen to her family and move to Canada to see if the change in scene helped her get over it.

•It took her a few years to finally accept she wouldn't be fighting professionally ever again and a few more to understand that not being able to fight doesn't mean she had to quit the world entirely.

•So she packed up her things and moved back to Korea to find her old manager, mentor and friends with a new propose in hand. Those being Tiffany, Taeyeon and Heechul.

•She wanted to start her own gym and help coach new, promising fighters. Taeyeon is a retired Taekwondo and kickboxing champion, Fany a very rigourous and determined manager who knew next to everything you needed to know about whatever discipline her clients were in and Heechul has the best eye for talent there needs to exist and together they founded the Gym.

•The first couple of months was harsh, they barely had enough to meet the ends day and despite the big names managing it, there were few aspirants willing to sign up and Wendy refused to go to Irene for monetary help.

•She felt ashamed for the way she just left and ended things with her (even when Irene told her more than enough times that she understood) she just wasn't ready to face her yet.

•Thankfully they found the perfect star that would later help them get the fame they needed to become one of the most requested (and then exclusive) gyms in the country just in time. The star being none other than Park Joy.

•Park Joy was Wendy's roommate. She just started college and was more than a little excited to finally be out of her parent's house and Wendy's very comfortable apartment was possibly in the best location next to her college with a much cheaper price than the dorms.

•Despite being way younger than Wendy they clicked instantly and became best friends in record time.

•Much to Joy's annoyance Wendy used to see her as a little sister, incapable of protecting herself. That quickly changed when one night after picking up Joy from a party and lecturing her about the dangers of frat parties and the drunk dumbasses lurking about and how defenseless she was in comparison that Joy snapped and showed her just how wrong she was by breaking several bricks without blinking and explaining to her she got Taekwondo classes when she was young and was already a black belt.

•Wendy was amazed and ever since then she started to beg Joy to pleeeease enroll in her gym and let her coach her into professional Taekwondo. Joy accepted but only after agreeing that she would no longer be required to pay rent.

•Something that luckily worked for both when she ended up victorious competition after competition and the news about it spread all around the country.

•Soon after more and more aspirants started to sign up for the gym along with other professionals wanting to train (and some even teach) there.

•It was only when her gym was successful enough that Wendy got the balls to contact Irene again and let her in inside her life once again

Kim Yeri:

She's Irene's personal assistant and possibly the only one besides Wendy who knows about her secret hobby before she went and joined the latter's gym.

•She's a huge MMA fan who goes to practically every major fight she can get whenever she has the time.

•When she heard about the mysterious goddess (Irene) who had been making a huge name of herself on the underground scene for quite a while now she just HAD to go to one of her fights.

•Her cute enthusiasm and surprising insight quickly got her the older's attention and she didn't hesitate on employing her as her assistant as soon as she saw just how capable Yeri really is.

•To say Yeri was living the dream would be an understandment. She was the person closest to her idol, the pay was more than satisfactory and now she has thr opportunity to engage and interact with the other big names in the fighting world.

•It was after meeting and befriending Lisa that she got the nerve to finally start getting classes for herself and step from being a fan to possibly be a star of her own.

•She decided to take on Muay Thai seeing as none of her closest friend where stars in the discipline and she wanted to be a first.

It only left you more curious about the world around you.

Of course, your peers never thought much of you, other than that you were a bit odd and a bit too much of a nerd before they knew of your obsession with ghosts and your adamant belief in them. You grew used to there whispers and the looks they gave you. None of it ever got to you.

Eighteen and bright-eyed and curious and lovely, you left home. Of course, the University of Pittsburgh main campus was less than an hour away from the town you grew up in. Whatever excitement you felt over being away from home and faced with a new chance in life paled in comparison to the excitement that bubbled in the pit of your stomach at the idea of the library and the knowledge held within it. 

Before winter settled in that year, a passion was born as you poured over tales of possessions and ghastly sights. Indigo Investigations was born then, first a series of research videos about supposedly haunted locations posted to Youtube and an audio version posted as a podcast. Once winter break crept around, a small audience had been cultivated. An idea struck you, and you gave a former classmate twenty dollars to follow you as you explored the house you spent so much time investigating as a child. A pattern emerged, research made while you were at school and posted as a podcast, and more investigation type videos posted when you had the time and money to go to a location and hire a cameraman.  

A degree in anthropology in hand, you set off to the sites of great mysteries and spectres. Indigo Investigations didn’t have a large audience yet. As you grew more  It was then, while you built a name for yourself in the sphere of paranormal investigations, that you first got an inkling that there was something in New York City that wasn’t quite natural. 

It was the murder that finally brought you to the city, ready to unravel the mysteries presented.  You packed your bags and booked a plane ticket to New York, excitement and curiosity humming underneath your skin.

How long will they last?

Depends really. Delphie can be an asshole or Victoire's fam will interfere and it will last months; but if they can get over Delphie's assholeness and if Delphie can control her temper around the Weasleys everything will be just fine.

How quickly did/will they fall in love?

LMAO. So, Delphie is very much her parents child and as soon as she saw Victoire she was like, 'I I want her.' and then spent months obcessecing over her, like Voldemort and Bellatrix, respectively. Victoire took a little longer, but after Delphie started making her move it took her days to be hooked.

How was their first kiss?

Victoire was the one who made the move cause Delphie is a dumbass. So Delphie had a 25 step plan of seduction and damn it she was gonna see it through. Victoire tired of dropping hints for Delphie to kiss decided to just plant one on her. Delphie was both dazed (because it was awesome if a little awkward because of the suddenness) and angry cause, damn it she had a plan!

Delphie for sure. After spending some time talking with Andromeda about her mother, Delphie decided that she didn't want a undefined thing like her mother and father had. So she bought the ring.

Teddy Lupin is a good boy and a good cousin who is very happy for his ex-gf and his new weird cousin. He's best man to Delphie.

Who is the braid’s maid(s)?

Victoire's sister and some girls from Hogwarts.

Who did the most planning?

Andromeda and Molly. Fleur is very happy for her daughter and she likes Delphie just fine but she doesn't have the patience to plan a wedding, besides, Molly insisted. Molly doesn't like Delphie very much, mostly cause the girl does resemble her mother a lot and because of the mild guilt she has over Bellatrix death because it left a child orphaned. Andromeda will never forget that her sister murdered her daughter, however, she will also never forget that Bellatrix had loved her immensely when they were young, so she decided to be better than Bella and help her child.

Who stressed the most?

Victoire was as cool as a cucumber. Delphie on the other hand, was a wreck. She kept thinking about how her parents relationship appeared dysfunctional (loveless) to the casual observer which was what she was. Then - somehow- Draco to the rescue. He brought Delphie some of Bellatrix journals (and an apology) in which she talked about love, loyalty and commitment. Delphie relaxed a bit, she was as much as her mothers daughter as she was her father's. She would love Victoire to the best of herself until the day she died

It's like everytime some shit goes bad or I feel wronged, my head starts spiraling, spinning like grandma's record player.

Thinking bout Jay, Ayunna, Terrell, Tatyana, My old jobs, sometimes in that exact order...

Just anything that pisses me off or feels similar and I'm ready to strike again, I'm ready to beat some ass for making my heart feel cold, feel numb like this.

The idea that people don't care about my well being, my mental health, just like these 4 idiots.

I want them executed from my life, burned like witches at the stake for causing me pain in my brain, my heart, the headaches....the tears I don't tell anybody about from remembering every single little thing about when they wronged me, they played me, Jay pushed me away, taty pushed me off of her and told me she didn't want me to touch her, Ayunna using me and Jay not caring cause they were doing it too....Its like I can't even yell at them anymore or tell them how it feels to be hurt a year or more after they hit me on my back. That spot Jay hit me at....

I'll always remember and that's what sucks. And these assholes don't even give a fuck because it's not their pain.

If they could take a walk in my shoes, with my enormous brain remembering everything and everything playing in my head like silly school children in my class, talking about my past, what I wanna be, where I wanna be, and then time is calling you but you don't even know if you're actually in the wrong class or distracted from what's the truth.

I hate looking through bad mirrors, they make you see that I chose to be with them all. All four of them and I did not like it. I dated Terrell to get over the fact that Jay didn't want a commitment with me but still wanted me to be the groupie, the friend, dragging me in, leading me on whenever I would try to actually get the relationship I deserved. A real life, hugging, loving, kissing boyfriend from which I thought was him, I thought it was Teddy and it wasn't right. He ended up revealing his true self that he tried to hide from me, and all I ever wanted to do with him was to forget Jay, stop liking Jay, and be treated to a date by somebody who actually wants to kiss me whenever we want to, hold my hand, walk me down the street, proud to claim me and make me feel special, like it was just him and me. And Teddy cuddled me all night long, he even hugged me. Sex felt so much nicer with him because he let me do whatever I wanted to with him and we even did public stuff. Like there was no rules and I was so happy to be finally treated and wanted that 1st couple of weeks with him. Jay never let me do any of that with them because of Ayunna, but real talk I think it was because of Jay's dysphoria and intimacy issues as the reason why we never made out, never held hands, and Jay only hugged me once out of 2yrs of us being friends and I've never met a person who had such a serious against, against approach to commitment, sex, kissing, or even just me asking them some personal questions about their past. It was like they were so scared for me to see them without the masks on masks they wear around Ayunna and especially other people's families.

Jay wasn't the right man I was looking for to have a family with, even though I got so close to them, but they weren't close to me. Only time Jay revealed something was when they figured I was gonna leave or date somebody else.

which also leads to my other rebound Taty, who I just blocked on insta cause I hate seeing her face now since she won't do the reciprocal courtesy of returning me my only hoodie from College. I want it back cause it's mine, and I alreadypaid $10 to get hers sent back. She's slow and petty. and it's already been a year since I broke up with her. It hurts that I can't call or see Jay face to face to actually get closure on why the fuck did you play with my head for so long and my heart for so many years, while you jeopardized every sexual relationship I'll ever have later on in life because I can't trust another man, another girl, who kisses me or even touches me because I'll always think I need to wait or runaway before they hurt me like you did me. Lying to me with a smile, a kiss meant nothing to you, but it did to me and you knew that. You steady manipulated and led me on, thinking that we could just move on from the damage because you didn't want to say sorry or treat me better, or do things right. You always acted like when I tried to call you out, I was too emotional, too sensitive when honestly the stuff that you said, the things you did, I could have sent you to jail for.

You're a dirty, low down thief, a tyrant, an opportunist. And I hate every single piece of shit who reminds me of you. The sociopathic, sadist, Narcissist with dissociative identity disorder that they probably need to see a psychiatrist for to get that checked every year. Jay abused me and used me, and I thought the power of love would have brought us together in peace, in good harmony, able to speak our minds freely and friendly, be on one accord with each other.

But Jay's too sick in the head to even care or even Apologize and own up to what they said. Felt like chutes and ladders, always going up and down and around my old self for them. Even bringing my child like self into the bedroom, the one I should have kept protected.

Jay is nothing but a coward, a weakling. Changing their name to escape the past they brought upon themselves or was inflicted on them by someone else. Never really showing who they truly are or who they care for, except Ayunna. Just like playing cards. They played themselves when they thought I could never change, I could never learn who they were, when they repeat the same moves in different stories.

Jay never thought that I could outgrow them and they not know where I am or who I'm bringing a baby home to, or who I am today. Jay needs help, medicine, therapy and a solid family home.

And I have to keep forgiving even on days like today when it's hard to not think about grandma and me not wanting to go to this interview because I don't need anymore pressure 🙃
