Day 1 First scene that pops in your mind when you hear/think about Supernatural - the pilot sequence of Sam and Dean wrestling (relearning one another) + their silhouetted profiles (when I see these images it's as if it's just the 2 of them in the universe)

Day 1 - Sept 5th : First scene that pops in your mind when you hear/think about Supernatural

There’s really not just one scene that pops to my mind when I think about this show. That seems impossible to me, but at first I settled with that first gif. It’s from the season 2 finale and it’s one of my favorite season finales yet one I hardly ever rewatch. Despite that - this moment right here came to mind despite never really being in my mind in the first place lol. Why so? Well it’s kinda the first time we really see how far Dean is willing to go for Sam? I think?

Then that followed with this scene in the season 5 finale. It had a finality to it. Five seasons led up to this. It’s overall an episode I think comes to a lot of fans’ mind whether they want to or not lol.  The opening scene in Supernatural is kind of a given. It’s the look on Mary’s face for me. It’s so creepy and has stuck with me since I first saw it.  The Sacrefice scene initially wasn’t a scene that first came to mind because I stopped watching the show after s7. I only picked up again from s8 once the show ended in 2020. But it’s such a much talked about scene/episode that yeah. It’s become one of many scenes that pops to mind regarding this show.

It's been 16 years [x] since the WGA strike of 2007 set a chain of events that led to Castiel the angel saying he loved Dean Winchester and promptly dying exactly 13 years later on the night of November 5, 2020, nowadays known as the destielputinelection night.

It's been three years. For some, the night of November 5, 2020 has become no more than a blur of chaos, whilst for others, the memories of that day remain as vivid and raw as back then, even three years later.

It's time to make peace with the fact that there will be no peace. The ghost of destiel has not left and has contaminated the internet, going so far as to causing Supernatural to trend solely because of the use of the Destiel meme to convey the news [x] [x] [x].

Just this morning, it contributed to Putin trending on the hellsite alongside BBC Sherlock.

At this point we might as well just accept our fate.

Day 2 - Sept 6th : Iconic/fav’ line(s)

Look, I don’t know about iconic lines - the show has them and they’re sure to be shared today, but I have some favorite lines + interactions in here, but I’m not going to look for all of them. This one came to mind though because Sam get’s so worked up about this whole Metatron-Megatron-Transformer thing going on and he’s just getting more annoyed when Dean tries to explain it. I can’t stop laughing! 

What makes it even more funny to me is that I too went “Eh, a Transformer??” when the episode first aired lmfao.

It's Tintin Day again! ✨ And Haddock's poor old back gives out under the weight of Tintin fact-dropping current events like it's nothing!

There's been a big upheaval in the Detective Conan fandom - a disruption to vital shipping routes, you could say! Thank goodness attention is elsewhere so Tintin can continue pretending several of his own adventures didn't happen! 🌊🛥️

cas is the one to lean in for a kiss; soft and tender and sweet against dean’s lips. but when he goes to pull away, something yanks at dean’s heartstrings. he grabs at cas, holding him steady so they’re breathing each others air. he’s not ready for the kiss to end. “one more,” dean murmurs against cas’ mouth, stealing another kiss. “one more,” he repeats a few seconds later, making cas smile against his lips. “one more, one more, one more.” and cas pulls dean closer, keeping his mouth against dean’s as he murmurs back, “you can have as many kisses as you want, dean. forever.” this time, cas kisses him deep and slow, as if there was no rush and nothing else in the world except them with their lips pressed together. “one more,” dean whispers, and cas kisses him again.
