Unable to open game

Hii!! I am trying to run the game via Windows (I am using a surface pro). I download the game, go to my files, find it and press “extract all”. It does, but once its complete, the downloading screen disappears, and I’m left to stare back at my files. No game actually pops up and I’m unsure on how to actually get it running. Error screens never pop up, the game is just left as files for me. :(
