“You cannot buy four boxes of Honeycombs.”
“Why not?”
“Because we have a list. A budget. Jeans we have to fit into.”
Eddie rolled his eyes.
“Stop being sensible. It’s not cute.”
“What happened to me always being cute?”
“I mean when you’re grumpy in the morning or when you’re trying to clean the pool but leaves keep flying in and you make that scrunchy face. Not this.”
Steve grabbed the two boxes out of Eddie’s hand and placed them back on the shelf.
“I’ll allow two boxes. But we have to stick to the rest of the list.”
Eddie crossed his arms. He may even be pouting a little to emphasize his displeasure in not getting what he wants.
It was easy to do this with Steve and know that Steve wasn’t actually annoyed, just amused.
Steve wasn’t paying attention to him anymore, though. He was already pushing the cart down the aisle so they could find the next thing on their list.
Probably vegetables.
Steve loved making him eat vegetables.
“Shit. I forgot to get the garlic powder. Can you go grab it?”
“We have a clove of garlic right there.”
“That’s different.”
“Not if you grind it up.”
Steve ignored him and kept walking because he knew Eddie would listen and grab the garlic powder.
They did this every week.
Their list was almost the same every week with a few small changes here and there depending on what Steve was cooking.
Eddie found reasons to argue with Steve, and usually it involves sneaking treats into the cart and getting caught.
They worked their way through the store, usually ending up in some kind of wild debate on every other aisle. At check out, they usually rushed through it, not wanting too many questions pointed at them shopping together every week.
Eddie loved doing this with him. He loved being able to watch Steve’s eyebrows furrow as he did the mental math for how many of one thing he needed. He loved watching Steve buy an extra frozen pizza for when Hellfire met at the house. He loved how Steve would touch the small of his back to guide him along when no one else was in the aisle with them.
He loved that he got to do this every week for the rest of his life.
“Eddie Munson, put the brownies back!”
He also loved being a menace, and that would never change.

Heres a poorly drawn comic about Hat Kid questioning The Prince's personality compared to Snatchers and how they aren't technically that different from eachother when it comes to "evilness"
(Also featuring a human MJ cameo for no particular reason)
In other words:
Peckneck literally becomes innocent in front of kids and his gf only to turn around and sue someone for looking at him funny
You can be a menace to society and still be oblivious and slightly naive when it comes to toxic relationships
Rose tinted glasses and all that
You can also be a menace to society and still be polite when the situation calls for it
Being nice to kids and stuff isn't that hard
Basically I'm trying to make him a mixture of most Prince portrayals in the fandom and a slight menace to society that carries Snatchers snark and chaotic behavior-

Man between the Skadi latex opera gloves reveal, Gravel’s concept art bodysuit, Akafuyu’s lovingly shined latex pants/tights and many others it seems like you just gotta remove one layer from an AK design to find the fetishwear
It’s like everyone’s got mercenary work at 8 and a party at a kink club at 9

so i read somewhere that shulkers spawn in peaceful mode, which seemed ... odd to me given you can't actually GET to the end in survival peaceful so I went to find out bc I've actually never been to the end before and I was feeling Adventurous.
Did the dragon fight in creative bc I am Bad enough at regular survival, I do Not have the skills to do a proper dragon fight in survival. But I did discover that shulkers do in fact spawn in peaceful mode. o.o
Not complaining about the white noise void either, it made the end feel a lot lighter than it normally feels. it ... might? be texture pack related but honestly i have no idea. o.o
I did a little bit of end busting, but I'd spent long enough getting to the stronghold some 3k blocks away (kinda mostly sorta in a straight line and then definitely underwater) and then getting lost in the stronghold and walking right past the portal room at least twice before I found it so. XD But I did find one end city with a ship and took a dragon head as a trophy for the village base. idk what I'll do with the egg tho. Might make some kind of shrine thingie for it idk idk idk.
Also I did do some nether work to link up a couple of portals properly for our cave base and the village base and discovered a bastion 100 blocks from our cave base portal and remembered that we get piglins in peaceful as well so guess where all my gold went. :D
(Also as an aside like, if they just added blaze powder/blaze rods to piglin trade loot tables, even if just for peaceful mode, then you legit could get to the end, since you can get ender pearls that way already. Would mean you could do at least some potions as well.)
Anyway, the bastion was definitely the highlight bc the closest fortress is in the middle of a basalt delta and absolutely covered in lava pools rip. I found two chests and two chests only, neither of which had anything decent in it.
And just as I was done putting everything away, bam, sunset over the village. I log out here a lot bc I adore the view so much. It's just so nice to see the village and how it's all coming together, and the sunset was a lovely touch. <3
Next I wanna do another couple of portal links, and also start terraforming the land up by the wall there in the village and start making some farms.

>Join a union
>Hear people constantly complaining that the current union leadership is super corrupt, it's all just the same ten guys making all the decisions in secret and nobody else in the union ever gets to know what's going on
>Go to the monthly union meetings that are completely open to all 1200 union members
>The only attendees are the same ten guys every month, giving detailed reports about everything that's going on
