I like to think Odysseus had met Hermes before Wouldn’t You Like. I mean, Odysseus is Hermes’ great-grandson, so I feel like maybe they have had encounters before when Odysseus was a boy! Maybe Hermes taught Odysseus to be a little bit of a trickster! Then when Athena became Odysseus’ mentor Hermes kinda stayed back cause he doesn’t need Athena upset at him! It also adds another layer to the line ‘Hello Old Friend’ because yes they met in Wouldn’t You Like, but they go back even farther then that!!

Inktober Day 25: Dangerous

Finally finishing up the inktober prompts. It's practically still October right? Yeah...

Decided to do some fanart for Asleepy's awesome Oopsie Omens au for Good Omens. Azazel is praying and maybe got a little distracted by a certain angel and the way their eyes crinkle when they smile. Anyways go check it out, it's cleverly made and has plenty of cool hidden details!!

Link for everyone - it's a video of a young alligator getting brushed with a toothbrush. The alligator's body is very tense, and they close their eyes and open their mouth.

Yeah, this isn't cute, and this isn't what a happy alligator looks like. This is one of those cases where it's really easy for people who don't know about reptiles to anthropomorphize - it can look to the untrained eye like the alligator is "smiling."

I think the best way to combat misinformation like this is to provide people with the tools to tell on their own if a crocodilian is feeling content. This video is actually a perfect example of what to look for in a stressed crocodilian - tense body, open mouth, leaning the head back, and clenching the eyes shut are all signs of stress and fear in crocodilians.

A content crocodilian will look much different! They'll be laying loosely, often with their limbs splayed out. The mouth will usually be closed (though they might open their mouth to thermoregulate) and their body will look very relaxed.

Another thing to look for in videos like this - is the crocodilian's mouth taped? No real professional will ever handle a crocodilian without taping their mouth shut, because of the danger crocodilians can pose to humans. Taping the mouth doesn't hurt the animal, and it helps keep everyone safe. Even small crocodilians should always be taped when they're being handled.

In short, this video combines a misreading of crocodilian body language with a lack of common-sense safety precautions - it's an accident waiting to happen!

Why is everyone making jokes, fanart, edits, etc... about him?! He is a pedo📁!! He literally filmed a video CHASING A YOUNG BOY!! We do not have any information about what happened to the young boy, but im gonna be honest here when I say I doubt he is safe. Smartschoolboy9 AKA David Alter is a 59 year old man who dresses up as a young school boy and sometimes a young girl called Stephanie, as you can see in the pictures. It's been said he has been doing this since the 90s!! The only reason he is being discovered is because he started posting on multiple social media accounts to fulfil his WEIRD. WEIRDD fantasies. He lives VERY close to a school it's said he lives a 50-second walk away. He's posted pictures of children in parks, and it seems that he has very private access to schools. This man is DANGEROUS!!! He has a weird f3t1sh for harming and canabolising children, and we can only hope that he hasn't harmed any children. He posts pictures of AI children in weird poses, and sometimes he edits REAL children's faces. He has a weird thing for black mini leather boots or whatever they're called..this man keeps me up at night bro 😭🙏 if you want more information about him, definitely watch Nick Crowleys video about him.
