I’m pretty sure from about 2003-2016 I would have qualified as internet/videogame addicted but even aware of that very real and detrimental danger I still feel the internet is an amazing tool for socializing especially if you are a homebody/introvert/isolated in one way or another. As meaningful as in-person stuff is to me now I can still never shake the desire to put something online because I know just how life-giving some special little connection can be when you’re otherwise very alone.

the whole idea of people snatching cats is so weird to me, as a brit living in a village

like just because my area is literally a cat-inclusive village. the whole community is known for being really good for indoor-outdoor cats. for so many reasons.

like in cities? i get it. Areas where there are predators? high traffic? get that cat inside. But... if someone stole my cat in my village, i would be so baffled.

i love looking at fanart in general, but especially for shows im just starting or wanna watch bc i’ll find a character and get attached, only to find out i wont meet them for a while. or even better. they’re dead!
