I hate "autopilot mode"

We don't remember anything from that period of time

We just get places

We just do things

No one knows how or what we did during autopilot mode but we know it happened

Sometimes it happens when someone is actively fronting, eg. on the way to the bus stop

Said fronter is actively monologing to themselves. Or having a conversation with another headmate

Eventually they reach a point in our walk where the autopilot turns off, they were never aware it turned in the first place

but they now have no idea what's going on, how they got here, and what they were talking about

I don't know why we do this

I don't even know what it really is

Theres no real trigger as far as I know
