Another reason Silver wasn't in TMOSTH is because he could probably just suck the poison out of Sonic with his powers.

I always like wondering to what extent Silver's powers can pull things off; in IDW, when Super, he could inflict changes on a molecular level, and I think it would definitely be interesting if he could do so in canon as well! It would make him even more OP for sure, but it would also give him something unique. And besides, I figure it would be a huge struggle for him to do something so tiny and precise, so it'd be nice to see him actually struggling with his powers for a change! After all, usually we only see him struggling when he's overly straining himself and trying to do too much at a time, so contrasting it with something absolutely miniscule that also gives him issues would make for an interesting scenario imo.

Though, I doubt he'd actually have been very useful in un-poisoning Sonic: after all, everyone thought Sonic was simply playing along and napping, and by the time Silver's powers would have been useful Sonic had already come around again😅 Still, his efforts would be appreciated!

#Silver HAS to be a terrifying character to the average Just A Civilian person in the Sonic world #all of them really!!#basically all the characters are incredibly skilled and strong #but imagine coming across some dude who is 1. from the future and 2. just like “oh you got hurt? lemme take a look at it”#and then HEALS IT SOMEHOW #I'd be shook #silver the hedgehog #sonic headcanon #the murder of sonic the hedgehog #I wish he was in the game but tbh I am also a great supporter of not adding characters when you have no purpose for them so I think they-#-did fine with the cast they had #but for the next visual novel... i haven’t been here much recently, and i’m sorry i’ve only been negative on the off chance i’ve been online, but let me just say one last piece before the end of this month, so that maybe the next might be better….

#or maybe my time here ends w this month…i’m not sure i guess it all depends on how i feel but as of right now #everytime i think i'm fine i open tumblr and immediately am sad again the whole app has become my doomscroll at this point #i got a notification on a random talking post from a while ago and it felt like reading the words of a completely different person #lately i find it difficult to find any joy here at all when it always feels so lonely… a type of loneliness i’ve never experienced before #everyone always has ppl interacting w them who are interested in their stuff or are always sent things that are reminiscent of them....#i’m always praised for remembering stuff abt other ppl but i wonder if anyone remembers anything abt me #what is it about me that is so forgettable am i dull am i uninteresting did i not solidify myself enough do you guys just not like me lolz #but i don't want this to come across as guilt tripping or being ungrateful to what i do have because ik comparison is the death of joy but #it's still hard to watch when it's so in your face and it makes me think if ppl only talk to me because they feel obligated to #because anyone can say empty words.... i wish my perception of things didn't turn bitter i wish i hadn't become so jaded but #over and over i've felt irrelevant cast aside overshadowed and i cannot exist in a place where i feel like i'm a ghost in the corner #idk i've never felt like This before and i'm at least glad it's something i can walk away from by just....leaving...#sad that this used to be somewhere i can run away To but now it's become somewhere i want to run away From #i don't know...even if i get over whatever this is...things will never be the same for me... i just don't think i belong here #if only i had never made this blog then i would have saved myself a world of turmoil

Me normally: Let people love what they love

Me, after a Test Match Special commentator expresses their belief that the new All Creatures Great and Small is somehow "better" than the 1978 version: This is pure insanity and TMS can no longer be trusted on anything, how can they even be trusted to know about cricket, do they have no TASTE

#Look it's fine that this show exists and people will watch it and like it and that's ok maybe it's just not for me #But that was like a statement purely designed to piss me off #There were lots of issues with the 1978 adaptation! I still vastly preferred the books any day!#And I actually initially had high hopes for the new one because they at least cast a Scot (albeit a Highlander not a Clydesider) as James #And the actors at least looked a little bit younger than Christopher Timothy and Robert Hardy #And thank god Helen actually sounds like she's a farmer's daughter and doesn't speak RP!#But from the half hour I've seen of it I've had to write off this new adaptation #For two major reasons #First of all there's Siegfried #Siegfried is one of the key central aspects of the vibe of the books and therefore key to any adaptation #Robert Hardy was too short and too old for the part but he lived and breathed the character #The twinkle in the eye bouncing off the walls and in and out of rooms followed by half a dozen dogs utterly full of life even when angry #But this new Siegfried is just sort of... Eeyore-esque; he comes into a room and you can see the flowers droop and the set turn grey #Siegfried was angry Siegfried was happy and the historical character he was based on was no stranger to melancholy #Since Donald Sinclair did commit suicide or rather self-euthanasia after Alf Wight and his own wife Audrey died #But this slow grumbly figure in the new adaptation is not Siegfried Farnon- the book character didn't grumble more often he exploded #And why did the adaptation give him a dead wife that's so weird? What could that possibly add to the source material?#And this brings me onto my second problem which is to do with women and age #Firstly I have no idea why they aged down Mrs Hall or at least made her look younger than a woman her age would have back then #But what really drove me mad was when Heriot goes out to see some old woman hill farmer in the episode I saw #And this woman is far too clean and young-looking and you can see that she's wearing 'natural' look make-up #And a perfect set of clothes that looked like they were straight out of the House of Bruar autumn collection catalogue #Say what you like about the 1978 adaptation but old women looked like old women regardless of whether or not they wore make-up #It may be that the better quality of television screens means that the 'natural look' shows up on screen more clearly than it would have #But natural look make-up was not really a thing in the 1930s and for old women Yorkshire hill farmers I doubt they'd have much on at all #They just don't seem to be capable of allowing people to look old and wrinkled and real or have bad teeth or unattractive clothes #And everything is far too tidy- everybody looks far too perfectly country and quaint #Anyway the moral of this story is of course that I always recommend reading the books because they're much better #than any tv adaptation; but if forced to choose at least the 1970s one felt real and yet didn't have to be grim either #Ok that's my rant over please do feel free to enjoy the show I just got annoyed because the opinion was expressed on TMS

𝐎𝐎𝐂; Finally sat down to do some edits of the rumored Aegon ( the Conqueror ) cast to make him more 'Aegon' ( clean-shaven as Aegon is described in the books, and 27 year old looking, because for some reason fandom loves to put him with beard and older ). I can say it's pretty close to how I envision him, especially with his hair like that because it's exactly how I go with his hairstyle being for my portrayal ( his blog is over here @cxnqueror but inactive for now ).

#for some reason the tab i have for rhaegar's blog doesn't wanna load tumblr but vae's is fine #so yeah posting it here and reblogging it there on phone #but i like the result of this one the hair and the face shape i did after the erasing away the beard is nice for aegon #who again reminder he was only 27 when the conquest happened you know and had no beard was not old looking... but yes xD #i just hope that if they cast that guy (which i doubt really but who knows) then he shaves off the beard pls #tati ooc #mine

just finished s2 of de volta aos 15 after forgetting of its existence for a whole year and my only takes are that im SO glad joel got upgraded to deuteragonist this season bc hes my favorite boyfailure and also if anita and fabricio or whatever his name is are endgame i will literally huff paint and then kill myself in front of the writers he is her worst love interest. theres nothing wrong with his character i just do not care in the slightest about their dynamic

My mini contribution to @echoes-lighthouse's Evil Slasher Orphanage! My wife Anna and I are here to help, and brought a few more kids of our own.

I really thought I was a horror fan until I sat down to draw this and came up blank. I guess I'm not a slasher guy, because a LOT more Monsters and Beasts came to mind, so it took a while to form a list. Though I did include Sam who is certainly a Creeture but.. They're human enough.

fontaines archon quest is probably the first time in genshin that replaying it gives you a new context of how furina acts like its crazy...watching my oomf play when i finished and seeing furina almost on the verge on a breakdown even on the first acts when most people thought she was just the typical chuniibyou ojousama in charge...crazy.

YEAH like... god it's really crazy especially with furina's initial approach at trying to be the archon like... What could have been her own way of doing it if the crowd hadn't immediately shot down her attempt at being genuine . Like how different that was from the way she had to act for the following 500 years... Man.🧍‍♂️

ok so the cast of battle network (5) for sure aren’t surviving dracula’s curse, but do you think the cast of curse of darkness would survive nebula grey?
