02.21.2020 — Bandwidth Remix 2020

So last Friday, we competed on our company’s Battle of the Bands. Our band, Adobo Medley had struggles along the way from picking of the songs as they have to be a mix of a 1990 and 2019 songs, arrangement as we have to cut Moira’s Ikaw At Ako and stick with our Ben and Ben’s Araw-Araw and Neocolours’ Tuloy Pa Rin. It was an absolute blast because I think the mash-up was incredible. It’s not your typical song1 to song2 mash up but a fuse of each song’s stanza’s and verses.

Out of 15 bands, we tied with a band on 3rd Place but I know that we could have been the champion if 25% of the scores was not voting-based. Our strength was really the vocals as us four vocalists come from our acapella group so it was easy for us to make the harmonies.

That was an incredible night. I felt like it’s been a while since I was pumped because of music.

I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling 22~ (Internationally) Thank you to everyone who sent me birthday wishes and gifts! This is the first birthday I am celebrating as both Son Seungwan and AND*ROMA’s Gyeoul. I look forward to celebrating many more birthdays with my family, my friends, the members, and of course, our fans. I will keep on working hard to be someone everyone is proud of, and I look forward to everything this year has to offer.

02.21.2020 - I've been meaning to post a few photos as of late but my life has been incredibly hectic so if I suddenly post multiple things today I am incredibly sorry, feel free to skip them. I had a family emergency to handle (that I am currently handling) so school has been a mess of things. But so far I want to mention that I have yet to get anything other than a 100 in my philosophy class, and so far I have A's in everything except French and that's mostly because he hasn't updated grades yet and I got a B on our first test >_> in my defense I just got the news about the roadtrip and did not have a chance to reread the cultural part. My actual French is perfectly fine so I count that as a win

Otherwise my goals remain to complete that roadtrip entertainment list I posted and possibly do a bit of writing if I can. Pictures above are from the drive; it started snowing and didn't stop for a solid eight hours. It was very cold and I am very tired. I'll try to get better pictures on the way back
