I’d never been inside a mine before, but I can now check that off my list. We got to see the inside of an old copper mine which stopped production just after WWII. Levels 8 through 92 are all completely flooded now, but seeing level 7 was really cool. It’s insane how they used to hoist men up and down into the mine. People were badasses back then, man.

The mine is largely now used by Michigan Tech mining and engineering students for drilling and blasting practice. They built their own classroom inside the mine, too. 😳 💥

hiç böyle bakmamıştım sevgiye,aşka.

bir cevap verebildiğimi hissetmek gülümsetti yüzümü sanırım sabahın 9’unda.

sanırım,bu topluma bu dünyaya verilebilecek en güzel cevap gerçekten de buydu.

İnadına sevmek dağı taşı toprağı,denizi gökyüzünü,kurdu kuşu,kediyi köpeği ve zorda olsa insanları..

inadına sevmek,inadına aşık olmak...

08.09.2020 - Ich kann es immer noch nicht richtig glauben.

In meinem Kopf ist ein kleiner schwarzer Ort und ich habe Angst, dass dies was schlimmes auslösen kann, ansonsten bin ich einfach glücklich. Ich finde es toll, mich an dich zu kuscheln und dich zu küssen. Ich fühle mich wie eine Klette, weil ich am liebsten nur bei dir sein mag. Ich könnte dich einfach die ganze zeit knuddeln und knutschen. Ich hoffe, ich bin nicht zu viel für dich. Du hast gesagt, es gefällt dir irgendwie, aber du warst so lange allein. Ich will nicht wie ein Tsunami für dich sein. Wir waren nur Freunde und ich fand dich süß und jetzt sind wir ein Paar und es ist irgendwie immer noch unglaublich. Ich hab wirklich nicht damit gerechnet, weil ich es so schwer fand einzuschätzen, wie du dich fühlst. Was du in mir siehst. Unsere Freunde haben sich zwar nicht mehr gefragt, ob es irgendwann passiert, sondern nur noch wann und dieses Wann ist vor etwas mehr als einer Woche endlich passiert. Ich bin einfach glücklich. Meine Eltern freuen sich für mich. Meine Freunde freuen sich für mich. Alle sagen, ich werde dir gut tun. Ich hoffe es so sehr, dass ich dir wirklich gut tue. Du hast mir schon vorher gut getan. Ich bin die letzten Tage einfach so glücklich gewesen. Ich könnte nur von dir reden und es sind gerade mal 9 Tage zusammen. Mein Herz klopft, wenn ich an dich denke. Es wird warm um mein Herz, wenn ich an dich denke. Es kribbelt im Bauch, wenn ich an dich denke und ich hoffe, ich löse das gleiche bei dir aus. Ich hoffe und wünsche mir, dass sich das noch zu was sehr großem entwickelt und das es nie vorbei geht.

Ich weiß, ich habe mit dir einen guten Menschen an meiner Seite und ich werde alles dafür geben, das dies auch so bleibt und das ich dir ein noch besserer Mensch sein werde.

you chuckled as if to suggest i was jealous. but i didn’t know what there was to be jealous of. it never bothered me that you liked her, or i guess if you liked her—there never was much making heads or tails of your true feelings. i didn’t feel possessive or protective of my slot in your life, whatever that was. and i never was one for envy either. i didn’t wish myself her. not her beauty. not her essence. and honestly, not even the attention you gave her. and sure she was—is—beautiful. and she always did have a presence. and, i guess, i noticed your attention. but you have to understand—i wish you would understand—i never conflated the two. whatever you had with her you had with her. and for whatever reason, for perhaps the first time in my life that didn’t affect me. for the first time in my life i felt i knew where i stood. and when it came down to it you chose me. not forever. not for long. not even for real, really. but enough to show me i was different. and i have forever felt different. so don’t mistake my aloofness for jealousy. my curiosity for envy. my protectiveness of you for possessiveness for me. my greatest hope is that one day you find someone different, again. and that this time you know well enough to be jealous yourself.
