Querido Benja:

Tantos años sin escribirte algo, no te voy a mentir, aún me dan ganas de llorar cuando me acuerdo. Han pasado largos 7 años y aún recuerdo el beso que te pedí que me dieras esa noche.

Busqué ese beso por años y nunca más lo encontré. El 2021 iba todos los días a la feria navideña a recordar ese día donde fui muy feliz y también muy triste.

Iba a la plaza donde te encontré por sorpresa y conversamos cosas personales. Vives en mi recuerdo como si hubiese Sido ayer, recuerdo hasta como vestias y a pesar de que era el peor outfit del mundo, me parecías el ser más lindo que haya visto. Jamás entenderías el amor que te tenía y las ganas inmensas que tenía de que fueras mío en ese entonces.

Sentía que el corazón se me iba a salir por la boca y que mis sentimientos explotarían. Sólo éramos unos adolescentes casi adultos y yo te quería tanto, más de lo que podrías imaginar. Pero yo no era tu gusto, ni tu tipo de ninguna forma posible y se que hiciste cosas por mi porque me tenías pena y yo era un blanco fácil que te daba autoestima.

Aún quiero llorar cada vez que te recuerdo, porque fuiste la última persona que ame y podia tener a ratitos entre mis brazos pero de una forma forzosa y tonta.

No sé de ti hace años, creo que la última vez que nos vimos fue en el 2018-2019, yo estaba saliendo del trabajo y tú venías de la casa de la polola que tenías en esa época.

Yo había soñado con ese encuentro y pasó en la vida real, me saludaste y me abrazaste. Quería empujarte lejos y a la vez abrazarte por toda mi vida. Esa fue la última vez que te ví.

Ya no se de ti desde hace muchos años, a veces quiero buscarte, pero siento que no es necesario. No te quiero para algo, es solamente para saber cómo estás y que es de tu vida.

A pesar de que fuiste cruel y provocaste un gran daño en mí. También recuerdo lo caballeroso, respetuoso y gentil que eras. Creo que hombres de ese estilo no he vuelto a ver. Me encantaba como eras tan diferente al resto, te daba igual todo, te preocupabas si veías a alguien mal e incluías a las personas que veías solas.

Han pasado 7 años y mientras te escribo está carta estoy escuchando a Kodaline, grupo que conocí gracias a ti. Recuerdo tu teléfono con parche curita que le prestabas a todos porque te daba igual, no tenías nada que esconder.

Ya que esto no te puedo contar en persona ni por chat, te lo escribiré aquí donde quizás nunca lo podrás leer.

Este año, luego de largos 7 años besé a más personas, al primer chico que besé, no sentí nada porque este de verdad ni me quería, es más... Creo que hasta asco me tenía. Al segundo chico que besé si sentí cosas, al nivel que quería besarlo sin parar porque se sentía mágico, pero creo que solo por mi parte porque lo aburrí dmc rápido.

Y quizás puedo decir que mi verdadero primer beso lo di este año, porque de verdad llegué a meditar cuando lo besé, sentía que me iba a otro mundo, mis labios vibraban y me iba lejos de este mundo por ese rato. Contigo no me pasó, porque sabía que no me querías, que no te importaba y que sólo lo hacías por pena :(

Agregando que no querías que le contará a nadie porque estabas en modo de conquista con la mina que me caía más mal de ese entonces.

Quizás me lo merecía, quizás no. Pero nunca te voy a perdonar como dejarte que la Denise se metiera tanto al punto de humillarme múltiples veces en frente de todos. En como hasta tu lo hacías y me viste teniendo crisis de pánico por todo. Te besaste con la persona que me aconsejaba de ti, que creí que era mi amiga en ese entonces. Yo contigo conocí la verdadera traición y a tan corta edad.

Quizás nunca fuiste mío, pero toda la mierda que pasé mientras estaba enamorada de ti, me preparo para lo que viví este año.

Quiero contarte que me dió dismorfia, perdi el apetito y me daban ganas de vomitar cuando conocí al primer chico este año. Algo muy parecido a cuando me gustabas tu, es más hasta sentía tu sombra detras de él. Se parecía mucho a ti en temas de vida, también hizo cosas conmigo por pena y empatía. Yo sé lo acepte porque me gustaba mucho. Pero al igual que tú, tenía una chica que si le gustaba y con la cual es actualmente feliz pololeando. Y tuve que ver eso con mi corazón hecho pedazos. Aguantar como la persona que me habia hecho sentir algo después de 7 años no me quería tampoco, le parecía tonta y cero su tipo. Quizás me acercaba un poco, pero no lo era.

Contigo eso no pasó, no era tu gusto ni cagando en ese entonces y yo te quería mucho. Pero mi amor no fue suficiente y este año pasó igual. Tampoco lo fue, lo di todo, corrí y viaje sólo por verlo, hasta mentí.

Me di cuenta que quizás ya no era un problema con mi personalidad, si no que con mi físico que no permitía que me respetaran o me quisieran.

No sé porque te escribo estás cosas, pero dentro de mis recuerdos. Recuerdo que hablábamos de todo y me hacías sentir cómoda.

Espero que estés bien, porque después de 7 años sigo recordándote a pesar de lo mala persona que fuiste las últimas veces que nos vimos.

Sometimes you compare yourself to your parents or grandparents or whatever, and think like "oh my god how did they do it and why can't I do it", like I was making frozen mashed potatoes for dinner because I didn't have the energy to peel and boil and mash the potatoes from scratch, and my thoughts went like "oh this is going to be really handy with kids...how did my parents do this with multiple children, why am I already thinking about ways of doing things the easy way when they didn't? We had dinner made from scratch every day even though they worked almost 10 hours shifts"

and then I remembered that first me and my older brother had our grandparents feeding us, then we had a nanny who would pick us up from school and feed us, and then when we were around 10 and 12 years old, it was us who peeled the potatoes and put the dinner to oven before our parents came home and they only had to finish the cooking

So, yeah. The answer is that they didn't do it, and most likely a lot of people you're comparing yourself to didn't either

Here's another S4 thought.

We know we're getting to at least Volume 18 in the manga (Skyfall, yay!). And the series already started with Untold Origins as the backstory arc.

However...what if, instead of ending at the Sky Casino arc, they go all the way up to the Kamui Revelation arc and end not with [redacted's] removal from the narrative (ㅜ_ㅜ) but with Heartless Dog instead.

If I remember my read of Vol. 20 correct, we did have flashes of the Heartless Dog short story hinted at in the beginning. So I think it would be kinda cool to start with Untold Origins, have Yosano's backstory in the main season with the Hunting Dogs and Sky Casino arc, and then end with Heartless Dog as a sort of question mark OR perhaps have that be the intro to the 2nd part (if there is one, and we do have enough volumes for there to be, I think...).

Either way, I think it would be neat to have Ranpo and Fukuzawa's backstory -> Yosano's backstory -> Akutagawa's backstory as a "fun" follow up to the angst incoming. It probably won't be to end the season as it is a pretty weird way to end it, but I would kill for it to be like an OVA to s4 or be the starter to part 2...I don't know.

Is this ramble me just desperately wanting Heartless Dog to be acknowledged somewhere? Yes. But could it fit with the whole backstories theme this season'll have? Also yes...

Either way Heartless Dog 2023 anyone?

I had to wash my cute Santa and Mrs. Claus, they were dirty. They’re looking good now. I’m just going to keep them in the living room right now even though I don’t have any other Christmas decorations out.

Today is another beautiful and unseasonably day.

My morning at work has been going very slow and today is my day to work until 1:15.

I’ll make some beans today and have them ready for tomorrow since I’ll have that little operation in my gums 😳 I’ll have other soft food just in case.
