The last quest from Season of Radiance unlocked!

This time it's your turn to get dyed! Man, this would be such an awesome quest...

...if there were options to apply the dye to!

Sorry, still a bit mad about that.

At least the final cutscene is pretty nice.

Can't wait for all these spirits to realize that they don't really get to dye their clothes.

OH! So TGC does know how to apply colors! You can fully customize this cape! If all cosmetics were like that then I would be happy.

So, if it wasn't obvious I'm pretty disappointed in this season.

Collecting the dye is a really fun time! Just something you can do on the side while doing other things. Genuinely great implementation!

But then the actually dyeing itself is just lackluster. Most of the cosmetics only have their details colored.

And the thing is all the current season cosmetics can be fully dyed. If they at least make all future items fully dyeable then I won't be as mad about it but otherwise I won't bother dyeing.

EINES VON VIELEN „REGENBOGEN-BILDERN“ UND DIE GESCHUNDENE SEELE EINES FÜNFJÄHRIGEN KINDES

Dass eine rüstige Bauerstochter, die 98 Jahre alt geworden ist, mit 39 Jahren so schwächlich und gebrechlich war, dass sie während ihrer letzten Schwangerschaftsmonate eine Schonzeit brauchte und ihren fünfjährigen Sohn für drei Monate in die Verbannung schickte mutet auch nach über 65 Jahren verstörend an und war auch für die damalige Zeit ungewöhnlich.

Dass auch später alle Themen, die sich um Geburt, Zeugung oder auch Sexualität drehten, stets tabuisiert oder mit Ekel und Abscheu behandelt wurden, deuten eher auf Abgründe hin, die wahrscheinlich eine Vorgeschichte haben und möglicherweise auch mit einem Kriegstrauma zusammenhängen. Der Ekel, den lebensfrohe Frauen bei meinen Eltern, besonders bei meiner Mutter auslösten, wäre nochmals ein gesondertes Kapitel wird. Mit 14 Jahre aber auch noch mit 15 Jahren bläute man mir zum Beispiel ein, ich dürfte auf keinen Fall eine Beziehung mit einem Mädchen eingehen, da ich mir sonst eine Geschlechtskrankheit zuzöge, die sich dann automatisch auf sie übertrüge. Später kam noch eine panische Angst dazu ich könnte homosexuell werden.  

Meine Verbannung hat daher nichts mit den üblichen Schwangerschaftsbeschwerden zu tun, sondern mit der Unfähigkeit oder besser gesagt Unwilligkeit die Niederkunft einem fast sechs Jahre altem Kind zu erklären. Eines der wohl üblichen Metapher ist die Mär, dass Neugeborene aus dem Himmel – wo sie bislang als „Engel“ gelebt haben auf einem Regenbogen auf die Welt rutschen. Dieses Motiv habe ich dann in meiner Verbannung in der schwäbischen Alp inflationär gemalt. Oft kreisen über dem Regenbogen noch ein oder zwei Rote Milane.

Das veröffentlichte Bild hat mich tiefenpsychologisch betrachtet sehr nachdenklich gemacht. Meine zukünftige oder gerade erst geborene Schwester kommt als dunkler Engel herangeschwebt. Aus der Richtung, aus der sie kommt – linke Ecke – regnet es. Dort ballen sich die Wolken zusammen. Links wird in Träumen meist mit dem Unterbewusstsein oder dem Unbewussten assoziiert. Rechts – auf der Seite des Bewusstseins dagegen scheint die Sonne. Dort auf der rechten Seite stehen die (inneren, wie äußerlichen) Eltern und Verwandten und alle die sagen: Freu dich! Jetzt bist du ein großer Bruder usw. Sei stolz! Die linke Seite dagegen warnt. Pass auf. Es droht Unheil! Natürlich habe ich beim Malen dies nicht „gedacht“. Das Bild ist vielmehr ein Traumbild, dass eine Stimmung wiedergibt, die ich zwar spürte, aber nicht artikulieren konnte.

Tatsächlich begannen kurz nach meiner Rückkehr aus dem Exil, spätestens ab der Einschulung Ostern 1961 die ersten Drohungen und Misshandlungen. Es begann schon damit, dass mein Vater mir Schläge androhte, wenn ich nicht lerne meine Schule allein zu binden oder weil ich nicht auf Anhieb ein neuen Großbuchstaben schreiben konnte. Spätestens ab der 2. Grundschulklasse gehörten dann schwere körperliche Züchtigungen zum familiären Rahmenprogramm…

6. Which complete fic do you wish had gotten more attention?

I mean, I always like attention :P  That’s a hard question because my fandoms vary wildly in size, so for example, while Tales is one of my most popular fics, it’s still pretty tiny in comparison to the big One Piece fics out there, but ones like Grounded numerically barely rate while actually getting the attention of a much larger proportion of the fandom.

Honestly the fic that’s getting less of a response than I’d hoped is still incomplete... but I think I’ll go with Vulnerabilities.  It’s an older fic, and a drabble collection rather than a cohesive story, but it never really got any traction.

7. Have you written any crossovers?

Ah yes, crossovers.  I’ve got three published at the moment:

Okay, I say that, but Vampire vs. Shinobi is a stupid, Twilight-bashing, parody crossover thing so.  Probably that.

Ahaha.  There are a few.  All of these have MCD warnings (two are canonical), two of which are suicide, so watch out if you’re poking around:

10. What’s the fic you’ve written with the happiest ending?

Tsari likes positive endings.  I’m not actually sure what the happiest is, though.  I often write... hopeful, rather than happy?  The happiest I can think of... is a WIP that I have the ending planned for but that’s spoilers~

I’ll go with Riding the Dragon, I think.  But honestly just take your pick out of the family fluff.

11. What is your smuttiest fic?

Tsari does not post smut.  She has written some, she has not posted it and will keep it that way.

Out of the posted stuff... there is kissing in Briefings?

12. Have you ever received hate on a fic?

I think when you hit 100+ fics, you’re lucky if you don’t.  I’ve had a few here and there, but they’re ignorable

13. What is the nicest comment you’ve received?

Oh boy.  I have had many nice comments, but I am going to highlight this one in particular because it’s the one that forever and always springs to mind when I get asked this:

Wow. That was pretty great. You writing managed to keep everyone in character, and still kept the story from falling flat. It's almost as if you stole a page from Cassie's story, and stuck it here. I really want to see more from you.

It’s nowhere near the longest I’ve got, and long comments make me super happy, but this one?  Being told it fits in with the original book?  Makes me beam like an idiot every time.

14. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

I have had fics reposted, yes.  Tales From The Heart and Whirlwind have both found themselves posted on sites I don’t use - I managed to get Tales taken down, but the site hosting Whirlwind isn’t paying me any attention.

15.  How many fics do you have marked as incomplete?

Nine, which is both too many and not as many as I thought.  Although if you ignore the collection fics - Tales From The Heart and Behind The Scenes, which are basically eternal wips - it’s seven.

16. Which of the WIPS will most likely be finished first?

Just A Bruise, because it’s already just about finished, @lenle-g and I just need to tie up the final chapter and editing the rest of it before it’s posted.

17. Which WIP are you looking forward to finishing?

Long Way From Home, because it’s going to be huge and finishing that will feel amazing.  But it’s going to take a long time.

18. Is there a WIP that you’re considering abandoning?

Nope.  I will, one day, finish all of them.  Yes, even Uchiha Itachi.

19. Which complete fic would you consider rewriting?

Complete?  None.  However, the above mentioned Uchiha Itachi is being (very slowly) rewritten - and is actually on its second rewrite - because it pains me in its current state.

20. Which complete fic is your favourite?

Asking the hard questions I see.  I have a soft spot for In Your Shadow, I admit, although I have several fics that I love (mostly my Military Bros stuff...).  Also Tales, although that’s technically not “Complete”.

21. What’s your total published word count?

AO3: 956,962 (I aim to break 1 million by the end of the year... just watch me!)

FFN: 1,102,070 (FFN counts author’s notes, AO3 does not)

If someone is brand new to your writing, what work would you want them to start with to get to know you, your style, what you’re all about?

This is not a numbered question, I see, but it was on the post I copied these from, so I guess this is 21+1 questions!

I’ve answered this before, and honestly I think I’d stick with the same answer - Black Widow.  It’s not my biggest fandom.  It’s not my most recent work.  But it does contain a lot of playing around canon without breaking it.

Although, if someone has the time, Tales From The Heart does great for showcasing the range of things I write.  But that’s also 250+ chapters, so probably not a good one to start with.

speaking of birthdays

the struggling artist i think is like absolutely a taurus no doubt. the dates for that are april 20 - may 20 so i guess his birthday would be in between that. may 14 sounds good

as for the impenitent devil i don’t know...um....if devils are....like some of them obviously aren’t old as dirt and so have “birthdays��� but with him specifically it’s genuinely prudent to ask if like, he hasn’t just always existed since the beginning of time. i think maybe he is like, a virgo, if i had to pick for him anyway

the rake is a pisces. fucking duh. i dont think you could ever believe otherwise of him he is literally like just a trembling moeblob of pisces energy. also his birthday is march 5th, self insert oc rights

the composer is a scorpio. his birthday is october 30th. i wanted it to be the 22nd like märchen’s and because 22 pleases me aesthetically but the math doesn’t line up for him to be a scorpio if it’s the 22nd (and mär is only a scorpio because of the julian calendar). i think this is also pretty obvious though he’s scorpiocore

📷Sind es 28 tote Zivilisten pro "Ziel", wie ein Report der Menschenrechtsorganisation "Reprieve" 2014 gezählt hat oder 'nur' 9 - die Zahlen schwanken je nach Intensität des zwanzigjährigen Krieges in Afghanistan. Fest steht jedoch, dass die Mär vom "gezielten Töten" nicht stimmt. Das zeigt auch eine Untersuchung des militärischen Magazins "Connecting Vets". Darin kommen Drohnenpiloten zu Wort, die jahrelang in dieser Tötungsmaschine beschäftigt waren und nun meist schwer traumatisiert mit ihrem Tun leben müssen. Die Schilderungen zeigen auch die Hintertüren der Pressestellen des US Militärs, die grundsätzlich alle männlichen Opfer über 16 zu "feindlichen Kämpfern" erklären und getötete Kinder als "Charger" (Nachlader) zählen. Auch völlig Ungeteiligte, die zufällig zum Zeitpunkt des Raketeneinschlags vorbeikommen werden dabei zu "feindlichen Kämpfern". (Dabei waren die USA mit ihrer Kriegsführung des "body count" bereits im Vietnam Krieg fern jeder Realität.) Aber auch die Deklaration als "Ziel" beruht oft nur auf geheimdienstlichen "Erkenntnissen", wie dem Besitz einer bestimmten SIM Karte oder die Nutzung eines identifizierbaren anderen technischen Geräts. Das US Verteidigungsministerium meldete für 2019 einen sechsfachen Anstieg von weniger als tausend Angriffen im Jahr 2015 auf 7.423 Luftangriffe (Kampfflugzeuge und Drohnen). Der Thinktank Council on Foreign Relations meldete 2017 eine Ausweitung bewaffneter Drohnen zur Terrorismusbekämpfung durch den damaligen US-Präsident Barack Obama. Bei den insgesamt 542 Drohnenangriffen, die Obama genehmigt hatte, kamen 3.797 Menschen in verschiedenen Ländern ums Leben. Sein Nachfolger Trump machte die Angriffe und die Zahl der Opfer zu militärischen Geheimnissen. Drohnentötungen sind Mord - wie können Unionspolitiker auch jetzt noch für die Anschaffung bewaffneter Drohnen für die Bundeswehr sprechen?

Folterer dürfen nicht ungestraft davonkommen

Der Krieg in Afghanistan wurde verloren, weil die Bevölkerung nach 20 Jahren endlosen Tötens ein Leben unter militärischer Bedrohung satt hatten. Die Mär von der Hilfe, um zu westlichen Werten aufsteigen zu dürfen, wurde durch die Realität zerstört. Neben den unzähligen Opfern in vielen Familien kamen die Berichte über Folter und unmenschliche Behandlung von Gefangenen. Uns fallen dabei die Namen Abu Ghuraib im Irak und das illegale Foltergefängnis Guantanamo ein, den Afghanen die Kerker im eigenen Land. Panorama hat vor 2 Tagen eine Reportage über Mohamedou Ould Slahi gebracht, der 14 Jahre unschuldig in Guantanamo saß und dort gefoltert wurde. Es ist den Reportern gelungen, den für den Fall zuständigen Militärstaatsanwalt und seine Peiniger im Ruhestand in den USA aufzufinden und mit ihnen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Einige waren bereit auch mit ihrem Opfer in Verbindung zu treten - eine sehenswerte Reportage! 3. What is the meaning behind their name? Do they have any nicknames? it’s from iwtv, which he never read, he was an edgy goth weirdo and thought it sounded cool. erin calls him a rat but he doesn't have any actual nicknames

4. Do they have any siblings? How many? Are they older or younger?  Which sibling are they the closest with? he doesn't have any siblings but will try to adopt younger friends as "siblings" 5. What’s their relationship with their parents like? What about other relatives? when he was alive his relationship with his dad was...Not great. aside from his mom he didn't talk to his family. his sire is dead lol

6. What would they give their life for? his friends or husband probably, if it had to be anything

7. Are they in a romantic relationship? With who? How did they meet? yes! he's in a relationship with märchen and has been for a while; mär found him shortly after his embrace and made sure he was accepted into the camarilla rather than getting axed for being an illegitimate fledgling.

8. What do they believe will happen to them after they die? Does this belief scare them? he has no idea and doesn't really want to think about it

How did it affect their ability to trust others? yeah, he's had some complicated experiences with friends and family. he isn't always trusting but usually consciously decides to trust anyway because he generally thinks it's irrational not to without a reason. this often backfires on him

64. Do they get cold easily? Do they get overheated easily? yes and yes, at least when he was alive. he had reynaud's syndrome when he was alive so he got dangerously cold in his hands and feet Very easily

65. What’s their immune system like? Do they get sick often? How do they react to getting sick? he's dead now so he doesn't get sick at all, but when he was alive he would generally try to plod through it until he couldn't anymore

66. Where do they live? Do they like it there? los angeles. sort of? big cities are exciting to him, but only to visit, so living in one 24/7 is probably driving him crazy (or crazier)

67. Is their bedroom messy? What about their bathroom? Kitchen? Living room? he tries to keep things a LITTLE tidy but generally every space he maintains on his own is some level of disastrously disorganized

68. How did their environment growing up affect their personality? his parents were broke, so in terms of environment, being anywhere much swankier than a lower middle class house makes his eyes fall out of his head

I have actually been meaning to ask about mär; I’d never heard of him or his source before I followed you! what’s his Dealio

SHAKES YOU SO HARD THANK YOU. im gonna infodump so watch out

märchen is from Sound Horizon (also called sanhora)! this is the ongoing musical narrative project headed by revo, or as most people know him the “linked horizon guy.” he’s done ost work for bravely default and openings for attack on titan, but he’s been doing sound horizon first - for like, 14 years i think the last anniversary was? it’s less well known as his linked horizon work but it’s so good (also he hides sanhora references in linked horizon stuff lol). each sound horizon album is a self-contained story, but they are all connected in numerous ways, like with the michele malebranche metaplot. every album since (and including) elysion has had its own stage performance. they’re called story concerts, but they’re a bit closer to musicals.

there are a bunch of sound horizon albums and EPs/maxi singles. märchen is the main character of the 7th major story album, named after him! he’s also a main character in the prologue, though in the prologue he only appears to narrate his own death. (nobody understands exactly how this works so don’t worry too much.)

märchen’s whole thing is. A bit hard to explain without going into the whole plot of the thing, since he’s the main character, and the plot is ABSURDLY complicated to explain because it’s told in a nonlinear fashion (it’s easier to understand by watching the story concert). BAAAASICALLY, he was born in the plague era with the name märz von ludowing, and he was a blind albino kid who grew up with his mother therese in the woods of thuringia bc she was exiled from the nobility. he had a friend too. his mother was a midwife/doctor and was accused of being a witch bc of both her medical skills and a thing that happened to märz - he fell in a haunted well and regained his sight. when witch hunters come to arrest his mother, they also kill him by throwing him into the well. when she’s burned for witchcraft she curses the world, and uh. I guess that’s part of it also. (this storyline is so hard to articulate.)

anyway, the curse does shit and märz merges with the ghostly magic shit that lives in the bottom of the well. this creates MÄRCHEN VON FRIEDHOF who is an entirely different guy and also at least a whole decade older than märz (he’s a grown up in every respect, because magic). märchen does not remember SHIT, but he’s real pissed because he intuitively knows he was murdered. he can’t get his own revenge, but he can help other dead people (specifically Grimm’s fairytale characters) find closure through revenge, so he does that via elaborate musical numbers. like, both in a meta and actual narrative sense, because he is a conductor and asks them to sing and so on. He’s cute, also, which is important to note, and my favorite and I love him and. well anyway

there’s a lot of other stuff that happens. he gets a kind of bittersweet happy ending, but i think you should watch it yourself if any of this interests you.

Fast sieben Jahre her. In den Siebzigern noch ging in der Bildungsbürgerwelt die Mär, der menschliche Körper erneuere sich alle sieben Jahre vollständig. Eine Vorstellung, die wohl auf römische Ideen zurückgeht. Wie auch immer: Nach dieser Theorie würde ich heute einen ganz anderen Frauenkörper in den Arm nehmen als den auf dem Bildchen, den ich damals so cool fand. Aufgenommen mit meiner winzigen Ricoh Digital Dingsbumms.

Wichtig ist, daß das Photo wunderbar wiedergibt mein Ideal von der gefährlichen Frau, die auch mit Maschinenpistole in der Hand, in der Schalterhalle einer Großbank noch eine verläßliche Partnerin abgibt. Handtasche und Schminke kein Problem, aber bitte kein Chichi oder falsche Nägel. Lieber ein paar Narben. Und immer ein bißchen böse. (Wie sollte sie mir nach einem Coup die Pistolenkugeln aus dem Heldenkörper pulen, wenn sie falsche Nägel hätte.  Könnte ich mir ja gleich Eiter spritzen. Gestern in meiner Zeitung wieder ein launiger Artikel über Emanzipation und Machos. Man hat das Gefühl, daß unsere Herren Journalisten den richtig großen Kalibern von Frau noch nicht begegnet sind. Welche emanzipierte Frau denn “wünscht sich ein eigenes Konto?” Interessant sind doch nicht die eigenen, sondern die Konten der anderen.

Rund um den Fitness-Bereich sind immer wieder dutzende Irrtümer oder überholte Überzeugungen in Umlauf. Wir haben die 15 wichtigsten ergründet. 1. Sixpack durch tägliche Sit-Ups Gleich drei Fehler stecken in dieser antiquierten Trainingsmethode für eine schöne Oberkörpermuskulatur. Erstens sollten gar keine Sit-Ups durchgeführt werden - diese können den Rücken schädigen. Besser sind Crunches. Zweitens: Tägliche Übungen sind nicht effektiv. Den Muskeln muss Regenerationszeit gewährt werden. Denn Muskeln wachsen nicht während des Trainings, sondern während der trainingsfreien Zeit. Fehler Nummer drei ist, dass gezieltes Bauchmuskeltraining allein bei weitem nicht ausreicht. Die definierten Muskeln sind nur nach außen sichtbar, wenn das darüber liegende Bauchfett abtrainiert ist. Das wiederum geht nur mit Ausdauersport und gesunder Ernährung. 2. Gut trainierte Sportler schwitzen weniger Vollkommen falsch - das Gegenteil trifft zu. Ob untrainiert oder trainiert: Bewegung erhöht die Körpertemperatur. Da der Körper bei zu hohen Temperaturen versagt, kühlt er die Haut durch Flüssigkeitszufuhr über die Poren ab. Personen, die regelmäßig Sport treiben, haben ein leistungsfähigeres Kühlsystem als Untrainierte. Der Körper kann sich schneller auf die kommende Belastung einstellen. Eben durch die Regelmäßigkeit wissen Gehirn und Körper, dass sie anfangen müssen, Schweiß abzusondern. Sportler produzieren sogar weitaus mehr Schweiß als Nicht-Sportler. Bei Belastung sind es bis zu drei Liter pro Stunde. Bewegungsmuffel liegen mit 0,8 Liter deutlich darunter. 3. Eiweißshake lässt Muskeln wachsen Es ist ein regelrechter Hype: Sogar E-Sportler glauben mittlerweile, sich händeweise Nahrungsergänzungsmittel einwerfen zu müssen. Doch alle Menschen außerhalb des Profi-Bereiches fahren mit einer ausgewogenen, größtenteils auf Pflanzen basierten, vitaminreichen Kost und genügend Sonnenlicht vollkommen ausreichend. Ganz klar: Bodybuilder kommen mit Eiweißshakes schneller ans Ziel und Marathonläufer benötigen unbedingt isotonische Getränke zwischendurch. Für Anfänger und Hobbysportler sind zusätzliche Tabletten und Pülverchen jedoch nicht zu empfehlen und darüber hinaus Geldverschwendung. 4. Impotent durch Radfahren In der Simplifizierung „Radfahren erzeugt Impotenz“ steckt nur ein sehr kleiner Funke Wahrheit. Wer die Ausrede nutzt, um doch lieber mit dem Auto statt Drahtesel zur Arbeit zu fahren, sollte sich nochmal genauer damit beschäftigen. Denn selbst Radprofis haben nichts zu befürchten. Tatsächlich befindet sich der Körper nach dem Sport noch in einer Phase des erhöhten Energieverbrauchs. Wenn die Energie nicht aus den Muskeln geholt werden soll, dann muss dem Körper etwas zugeführt werden, aus dem er Energie erzeugen kann. Idealerweise sind dies Kohlenhydrate. Wer nach dem Sport häufig die Nahrung verweigert, muss mit längeren Regenerationsphasen und damit geringeren Trainingserfolgen rechnen. Ernährung und Sport sind nicht getrennt voneinander zu betrachten. 6. Fett abbauen: Gezielte Muskeln trainieren Personen, die sich noch nicht in den Themenkomplex der Fitness und des Sports eingearbeitet haben, begehen häufig einen Anfängerfehler. Wer etwa einen Bierbauch loswerden will, der macht Sit-Ups bis zur Erschöpfung. Wer seinen Po dick findet, macht Kniebeugen. Alles falsch - Muskeltraining ist zwar grundsätzlich empfehlenswert (und notwendig), doch damit können nicht gezielt Fettpölsterchen bekämpft werden. Neben dem Krafttraining sollte also Ausdauersport wie etwa Joggen oder Radfahren durchgeführt werden, um den Körperfettanteil zu senken.

Gelenke schonen und lieber nicht joggen Ein vielgenutztes Argument der Sportgeräteindustrie: Joggen würde die Gelenke übermäßig belasten und somit zu schnell verschleißen. So liest sich bspw. die Reklame für Crosstrainingsgeräte. Letztere sind auch recht sinnvoll, doch normal gesunde Menschen müssen ihre Gelenke nicht schonen. Im Gegenteil: Die Gelenke müssen genutzt werden, um ihre Funktionsfähigkeit zu erhalten, ähnlich den Muskeln. Beim Laufen wird vermehrt Gelenkflüssigkeit produziert, die als Schmierstoff dient, zudem setzt eine bessere Durchblutung ein, die die Nährstoffe besser zirkulieren lässt. Man sollte nicht vergessen, dass unser Bewegungsapparat zum Laufen geschaffen ist. 8. Bodybuilder-Figur durch Krafttraining Viele Männer hätten wohl nichts dagegen, mal wie Arnold Schwarzenegger im Spiegel die Muckies anzuspannen. Doch wer regelmäßiges und gesundes Krafttraining in normalem Maße betreibt, wird nicht so aufgepumpt enden. Insbesondere die eine oder andere Frau mag befürchten, dass durch Krafttraining unnatürlich aussehende Muskelpakete aufgebaut werden. Diese Sorge ist noch weniger als bei Männern gerechtfertigt. Durch den geringen Testosteronspiegel ist der Muskelaufbau bei den Damen weniger schnell als bei den Männern. 9. Sex vor dem Sport zurecht verboten? Eine Mär, die immer wieder gerne vor wichtigen Sportereignissen von Medien aufgegriffen wird: Hat der Trainer Ex vor dem Wettkampf verboten? Falls ja, hat er vielleicht sogar einen Wettbewerbsvorteil verspielt. Denn durch Sex wird der Testosteronspiegel erhöht, der die Leistungsfähigkeit unterstützt und auch mental aggressiver macht. Allerdings kann guter Sex aber auch sehr verausgabend sein und nicht in eine Regenerationsphase passen. Eine eindeutige Antwort kann daher nicht gegeben werden. Eine kurze „Nummer“ am Abend vor dem Wettkampf sollte sich aber eher positiv auswirken. 10. Ohne Schmerz ergibt Krafttraining keinen Sinn Wenn eine ausreichende Regenerationszeit eingehalten wird, ist Krafttraining immer sinnvoll. Auch wenn man nicht an die maximale Belastungsgrenze geht, die auch Schmerz bedeuten kann. Die Verletzungsgefahr ist bei Schmerz relativ hoch, dies ist nicht zu unterschätzen. Von daher ist „no pain, no gain“ eine Fitnesslüge. 11. Fettverbrennung setzt erst nach 30 Minuten ein Hobbysportler und Abnehmwillige können es schon nicht mehr hören: Erst ab einer Dauer von 30 Minuten Ausdauertraining fängt der Körper überhaupt an, Fett zu verbrennen. Dem ist nicht so - ab der ersten Minute bedient sich der Körper an den Fettreserven als Energiequelle. Es ist allerdings schon so, dass 20 bis 30 Minuten erforderlich sind, damit der Prozess richtig in Schwung kommt. Selbst 15 Minuten auf dem Laufband oder Crosstrainer sind auch bei moderater Geschwindigkeit sinnvoll, um Stress abzubauen, die Durchblutung anzuregen usw. Für das deutliche Abbauen von Fett sollten aber besser ab 45 Minuten mindestens zweimal die Woche eingeplant werden.

 https://tinyurl.com/y3tjq7ja 12. Nur ab zweimal in der Woche bringt Sport etwas Auch das ist eine Fitnesslüge. In der Tat trägt jede zusätzlich genommene Treppenstufe im Alltag etwas. Und wenn es die Lebensumstände nicht anders zulassen, ist auch ein einmaliges Training in der Woche sinnvoll. In diesem sollte dann aber idealerweise Kardio- und Krafttraining enthalten sein. 13. Bloß kein Sport während der Schwangerschaft? Alkohol, Zigaretten und andere Drogen sind bei einer Schwangerschaft tabu. Aber auch Sport? Nein, selbst bis kurz vor der Geburt können Schwangere noch trainieren. Leichter Ausdauersport wie Nordic Walking oder schnelles Spazierengehen ist genauso okay wie die eine oder andere Rückenübung. In jedem Fall sollte aber der Gynäkologe konsultiert werden, der individuelle Tipps geben kann. 14. Stretching ist unnötig Ein ewiges Streitthema im Sport und von Laien auch gerne generell mit dem Aufwärmen vor dem Sport gleichgesetzt. Aufwärmen ist unerlässlich, um die Verletzungsgefahr zu verringern. Zumindest nach dem Sport ist auch das Stretchen sinnvoll. So wird die Durchblutung der Muskeln verbessert und die Gelenke und Bänder werden elastisch gehalten. Zwei Sätze à 12 Sekunden pro Muskelgruppe ist also nach dem Training anzuraten. 15. Zu alt fürs Training Zahlreiche Menschen haben sich außerhalb des Schulsports nie freiwillig bewegt und kommen erst spät zur Einsicht, dass Bewegung elementar wichtig ist. Doch ist man mit 40, 50 oder 60 nicht schon zu alt? Nein! Selbst mit 90 Jahren ist Training möglich und wichtig. Wer seine Muskeln und seine Gelenke nicht beansprucht, lässt sie verkümmern. Auch die Gehirnleistung nimmt ab, wenn Bewegungsmangel vorherrscht. Es gibt für jeden Typ, jedes Alter oder körperliche Einschränkung Übungen, um die Fitness zu steigern.

Atomausstieg in ernster Gefahr

Statt an Silvester den so hart erkämpften Atomausstieg zu feiern, müssen wir nun abermals um ihn kämpfen. Das ist nicht leicht zu verdauen. Schon gar nicht, wenn man sich – so wie ich und wahrscheinlich auch Du – wie Bolle gefreut hat, dass endlich die letzten AKW abgeschaltet werden. Und erst recht nicht, wenn man befürchten muss, dass die drei uralten, gefährlichen Reaktoren womöglich noch sehr viel länger am Netz bleiben werden.

Die Energieversorgung in Deutschland ist auch ohne AKW gesichert

Was mich besonders ärgert an dieser Entscheidung für den Weiterbetrieb der drei maroden Meiler: Längst ist erwiesen, dass Atomkraft völlig überflüssig ist. Sogar der Stresstest hat gezeigt, dass es genügend Strom, genügend Kraftwerke und genügend Leitungen gibt, auch in diesem Winter. Doch die Medienmacht der Atomlobby ist ungebrochen. Und Sorge, Angst und Unsinn verkaufen sich besser als Fakten und Vernunft.

Stromexporte müssen reguliert werden

Ein viel verbreiteter Unsinn ist die Mär vom angeblichen Problem mit der Netzstabilität, vor dem die Netzbetreiber gewarnt haben. Laut Stresstest tritt es nur dann auf, wenn besonders viel günstiger (Wind‑)Strom im Angebot ist. Dann wird weit mehr Strom ins Ausland verkauft, als die Leitungen dorthin transportieren können. Um eine Überlastung der Leitungen zu verhindern, ordnen die Netzbetreiber dann einen so genannten ‚Redispatch‘ an: Windkraftanlagen in Norddeutschland werden abgeregelt, im Gegenzug müssen Kraftwerke im südlichen Ausland hochfahren, um den dorthin verkauften Windstrom vor Ort ersatzweise ein weiteres Mal zu produzieren. Das ist ökonomischer, ökologischer und politischer Unsinn. Und weil die Netzbetreiber solche (Ersatz‑)Kraftwerkskapazitäten im südlichen Ausland nur begrenzt unter Vertrag haben, warnen sie im Stresstest, die Netzstabilität sei in Gefahr. Das Problem löst sich allerdings in Luft auf, wenn nur so viel Strom in andere Länder verkauft werden darf, wie auch Leitungskapazitäten zur Verfügung stehen.

Der Atomausstieg ist akut gefährdet

CDU/CSU, FDP und AFD wird das nicht davon abhalten, spätestens im Frühjahr die Debatte um eine weitere Laufzeitverlängerung wieder hochzukochen. Die Spitzen aller vier Parteien haben bereits öffentlich erklärt, dass ihr Ziel der dauerhafte, jahrelange Weiterbetrieb von AKW in Deutschland ist. Den „Streckbetrieb“ bis April sehen sie nur als Türöffner für das von ihnen angestrebte große Atom-Comeback.
