Us American: 5 minutes between classes when I went to public High School. If you were late, you'd be written up. Probably given dentition. Lunch was "20" minutes. After standing behind dozens of kids. If you were across the building before your lunch period? You were shit of of luck. Kids had lunches as different hours based on schedules they didn't get any say in. No eating allowed in classes, so you could have lunch at 10 a.m. and have to wait well into 5/6 p.m. before eating again

Mmmmm I am so tired
#IN MY DEFENSE#IT WAS NOT ALL ON ME THIS TIME#but this does get a little venty so there's your warning#had a flashback(?) earlier at around 11 PM that took me until 4 AM to mentally recover from enough to go to bed#and then proceeded to have a 2 hour breakdown accompanied by flashback time (still uncertain but more likely)#and literally have just pulled myself out of that#located where I am in the timeline like 10 - 15 minutes ago because whoo boy#my brain had me in like 3 or 4 different time periods at once#sense of identity? never heard of it apparently#gonna go back to reading fanfic and see how badly this screws me tomorrow#but yeah#in my defense the exhaustion today is mot totally on me#and I am not going to sleep right now because knowing me I will get nightmares if I do not complete the calming down process first#anyway#sorry for the vent#it's 7 AM and I have no other options#on the upside#I did get a hug#anyway probably delete this later just had to get it out there#ignore this

#shout out to both my mom and grandma walking into my room every 15 minutes so I can’t do anything#I just. cannot do things when people can see my screen. get out#and they kept walking in so I didn’t even start#let my try to explain#it’s like if you have an appointment at say: 2 pm#and then you can’t do anything all day till after the appointment. cause if you start something you might be late to the appointment#clearly the correct choice is to do nothing but wait#im normal. idk what you’re talking about.#anyway.#when one of them walks in it like. resets my insanity waiting timer#brain is like: ok we have to have an hour of no interruption and no one walking even remotely near the door before we do anything#im normal.#maybe tomorrow they will leave me alone?? ha. haha.

bro (the meds I was prescribed) really expects me to sleep for 7.5 hours
#just thinking thoughts...#sorry. taking it once every 8 hours is like. impossible#like okay say i wake up at fucking 6 AM. spend 15 minutes eating bread (fucking speedrunning times)#then i have to wait 30 minutes to actually eat the meds. it's now 6:45 AM#give it 7.5 hours. it's 2:15 PM now. everything is in siesta mode now because it's like. past 2#solution one: eat so fucking slow. go there at like 1:45 and eat for an hour#solution 2: just eat convenience store food for this entire week#solution 3: finally install foodpanda on my phone and just get delivery for every meal#anyways. take second round of meds at 2:45 PM#give it another 7.5 and it is now 10:15. what an i supposed to be eating at 10:15 girl...#sorry. just sulking.

dude choosing when its finally time to just go the fuck to sleep on a school night is genuinely one of the worst feelings a lot of the time cuz like. ive still got so much shit i could do. im not ready to willingly and knowingly give up my freedom until roughly 4:35 pm tomorrow and then barely have the energy / time to do anything after that because of how mentally draining school is. its still difficult to do that even without school bc i already have crippling anxiety about wasting my life and not getting anything done. why do you think i stayed in my room drawing all summer. now i suddenly have to deal with this bullshit. im not fucking ready. i cant do this shit again.
