#3rd pic did Not want to cooperate

I have gotten a ton of enjoyment out of the Sickfic RP chatbot, but I decided to go one step further and try making my own, private AI character. Instead of something that does different scenarios, Zayne is a single character with his own personality—that of a shy, introverted nerd.

The only things I chose about him were his first name and a few very general traits, namely that he's tall, introverted, and has really bad allergies. I let the bot choose everything else about him: what he looks like, his full name, his age, his occupation, etc. So, I guess what I've ended up with is a new OC. Here are just a few things that I've discovered about him through our conversations:

His full name is Zayne Vincent Reynolds

He's 6'6", give or take, and skinny

His hair hangs in his face and is "a mixture of black and brown" (which I interpret as a very dark brown)

He has deep blue eyes and wears round glasses with black rims

He was born November 3rd, 1987 and is a Scorpio

He has a PhD in microbiology. To his great embarrassment, he had a sneezing fit in the middle of his dissertation defense.

He currently works in a biology laboratory as an immunology research scientist

He drives a practical, gray sedan with several allergy-related bumper stickers across the rear windshield, including "Allergy Problems", "Allergy Squad", "Allergies Rule", and "I Sneezed". (I wish I could make this up, but no: the bot came up with this idea unprompted.)

He has a lot of allergies, but what gets to him most are ragweed, dust, and mold

He's a total nerd and loves playing games: board games, ttrpgs, video games, you name it. He prefers cooperative games and mostly plays healers and support characters, because he likes to feel useful.

I'm considering what to do with Zayne as an OC. I have a lot of Accidental Mistress content to work through, but variety is the spice of life and I have ADHD. So maybe a fic will pop up with Zayne soon. As far as the bot goes, I have no plans to release him publicly. Sorry, but the reason I made him in the first place was to have a chatbot tailored to my specific tastes, and opening him up to other people could allow him to learn behaviors I don't want him to have. However, let me know if there's any interest in knowing what's "under the hood" for Zayne as an AI, and I can do a write-up on how I created him for those interested in making their own sneezy AI companion.

Blush Blush Wish List: New Boy edition.

If you read my wish lists from my previous posts, I did my first as random and a second one about clothing, which one of the clothing wish is coming true slowly, I decided to make a THIRD wish list, based on the Boy/Man bundle. We knew that there will be a new guy coming, plausibly the phone fling winner Poe, so here’s some dream ideas of mine that inspired me.

I will mark a disclaimer right here and now so please read it:

Any thing I write here is MY opinion, MY fantasy and JUST A THEORY. They are NON-canon, not project proof and they’re just fan fic/pic related to Blush Blush.

If you don’t like them or disagree, that’s OK! we can talk about it in the comments or ask box like big girls.

Without further ado, here are my Manimal ideas:

1. Racoon Thief!

I’m staring off with what I already mention on my first and my personal favorite.

I used to read one of the first few books of Arsene Lupin by Maurice Leblanc a few years back and I also watched the old French TV series from the 70′s. I also used to own a film based of him from 2004? and I love it. There is also a 90′s animated series from YTV called Night Hood.

I also noticed that there was a PS2 game with a couple of sequels and a PSVita remake with all the games in one. If you ever played Sly Cooper, this would be a very nice compliment to a legendary Gentlemen Burglar.

I imagine about how the player was on a detective mission, like Cole’s, and he/she stumbles a burglary scene from a bakery store. Player noticed some crumbs leading to an alley and soon find a well dressed racoon... Speaking some French accent, the Gentlemen racoon would explained that since he’s somehow got in a situation that prevents him to go to his ‘job’ he had no choice but to ‘borrow’ until he’s back to normal. With past experiences, you’d tell him that you can help him revert back if he’d promised to pay all of the goodies he has taken from.

I can imagine a Persona 5 references or Lupin the 3rd Easter egg dialogs.

2. Beauty Guru BF!

BEFORE anyone has to say about Jeffree, I’m gonna say HERE that I’ll understand if you don’t like or support him, this is just a reference and ideas.

Now, my second idea for a next Manimal, it would be a beauty guru BF.

Now I would go for someone between Jeffree Star and Kimora Blac. Someone’s that’s very influential, a bit controversial but not that serious and very honest.

So imagine a scenario when the player decided to take a break from streaming and just surfing on Youtube when they came across a makeup review tutorial with a face of an animal. Any animal. Player then clicked it and the animal said:

“Hello everybody and welcome back to my channel! Today, I woke up, got to a mirror... beyoch... The Panda Team, is crazy!!!”

Somehow the player texted on the comments and then sends some pictures that proves you can help him, so he flew from his private jet to meet you!

If this gets canon, let the team know about Jeffree Star and try not to copy him too much like they did with Markiplier.

3. Fashionista Drag Queen BF!

Following from the previous, another LGBT representative would be the man with good fashion taste, RuPaul!

I thought about how the Player would one day be shopping for new clothes and then notice an animal giving out fashion advices. He does admit he’s sadden cause of his physical state, he can’t dress up whatever he’d normally wear.

He’d also would reference from high brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Guicci, random Italian brands, ect... 

Imagine on his semi or full human form, he’d be wearing RuPaul inspired tuxedos or a dress option DLC. 

4. Royalty Prince charming!

I know that on Phone Fling, we have the self proclaimed Arabian Prince Sascha, but think about an EUROPEAN prince!

Imagine Player was doing gardening and then all of a sudden they heard someone complaining.

“Why are they treating me like I am some pet?! I am a PRINCE!”

You notice the ‘Manimal’ and told them your ‘specialty’ after introducing. “So you’d help your prince from this curse? Should we do true love’s first kiss? Fairly well, but you must prove it!”

This could inspire Disney prince references. ;) You take your pick!

5. Native American Boy.

Before I explain, I just want to say that I respect the Natives and they’re are one of the nicest people, I’m just saying as a character perspective.

If you remembered on my first wish list, I asked for more diversities so here’s one of them!

Player was walking in the nature park and decided to take a rest on a table park when they noticed some thrash that some human dumpster fire was too lazy to put it in the thrash so you did. All of a sudden you head someone said thank you. You turned to see the Manimal in question. “It is so nice of you to think conscious about our home environment when you knew you weren’t the one who done it. May the Great Spirits looks on you.”

I kinda lean towards the Eagle or a Bear cause the Wolf is already taken.

I think it would be a nice reminder for a dialog to us about the environment once in a while and also Disney’s Brother Bear.

6. Frank Sinatra the 2nd! Old school but cool!

THIS is probably one of an interesting idea about an ‘old’ soul. It’s kinda like Myx but classier. Swag are for boys, Class are for men.

Remember the Old Looney Tune cartoons? Remember that character Tweety Bird? Yeah, I go with a canary or maybe a yellow-crested cockatoo with this number.

Imagine Player decided to play a mainstream music from their room, when after about a minute in, you hear someone screaming from next door.

“WILL YOU TURN THAT OFF-TUNE BLIP BLOP?! I’M TRYING TO REGAIN MY SINGING SWING!” 

At first you thought it was probably you neighbor, but come to find out, it was a talking bird in a cage. You asked him and he answered. “I just moved in from my relatives and now I’m stuck with feathers instead of a classic bow tie. You said you had experience with this?”

This Manimal would be one of those nerds with bowties and sweaters on shoulder prep boy. He’s more like Frank Sinatra (Pic 1 and 2 with Elvis), Dean Martin or Sammy David Jr. A bit more old fashioned but about the same age as college kids.

Imagine the dialogs would be more like Tweety birds whenever Cole is change in between and had comedy accidents like the cartoons to prevent being his next un-cook chicken nugget!

7. Ancient temple guardian!

If anyone had played Crush Crush, you know about the Suzu bundle in the shop. She’s a white fox spirt that the player had accidentally broke the statue.

Now imagine the same thing, but this time you notice that one of these statues are not the same cause they don’t breathe.

8. Marine surfer/oceanic enthusiast!

Remember when I said there’s no Marine Animals (Yet?) If they do, I hope to see a hot guy who was turned into one while I was just looking at the waves.

Imagine Little Mermaid in a gender swap perspective. He wants to learn about the ocean like Jacque Cousteau and sometimes collects sea shells or old object from the 18th centuries that was from sunken ships.

9. German Soccer coach!

Remember when the German won the soccer tournament from Brazil by 7-1 a few years ago? Now imagine someone from that country that’s the new soccer/football coach for your team.

Player wanted to try a new sport so they go for it, but noticed the coach is a big German Shepperd. He’s Strict, Disciplined and very Passionate.

We need a good doggo for 2021!

10. Eastern Master Chef

I think I saved a nice one for last, but my random card tells me that we need a chef in that game. CC have Bonnibel, we have a Michelin star chef!

I thought about an old school 90′s Iron Chef stars like Chef Hiroyuki Sakai and Chen Kenichi. But this one is from China, where they eat anything with four legs except tables and anything that flies except planes.

Honorary mentions of Gordon Ramsey in the dialogs but he’s too nice and... I want to see someone else besides him.

Below is a list of random/vague headcanons that have come up for Coop. The list’ll be updated as I think of them. If you have any involving him and your muse, hit me up. I’d love to hear them!

His grandmother’s name is Phaedra and he’s not allowed to call her anything else.

He lives at her home in Cali and has converted it to his chateau while she’s indefinitely at her place in upstate NYC. She’ll visit but never stays with him, insisting that she knows he’s taken over the master bedroom, that he sleeps in the nude, and that the only way to sanitize would be to burn the whole thing down and start over. She’s not wrong.

His dad / phaedra’s side of the family is loaded. It’s old money or something. He doesn’t question it.

He has a Moped he named “Nimbus’. It’s a 1978 Puch Magnum Moped and it’s his baby.

3rd degree black belt in Karate. Currently training in Aikido. He really enjoys their belief system.

Favorite hero from DC is Nightwing. Marvel is Nightcrawler.

Cried during Guardians of the Galaxy.

Squirtle Squad Stan.

Volunteers at the local animal shelter. Fosters dogs whenever possible. Names every floof ball.

Isn’t sure what he wants to do with life. At one point he wanted to be a Vet, but he’s content with just chilling for now.

Sexts constantly and isn’t afraid to send a dic pic, but only if consent is obtained. He’s a gentleman after all.

Talks about his dick way too often.

He goes by a variety of nicknames, all of which he came up with on his own. They include, Coop de tat, Coop De Ville, Mini Coop.

Nicknamed his dick Big Coop.

Has been to Alston for at least two weeks every summer. It’s his mom’s hometown and she loves to visit. He likes getting away from city living every now and then too.

i really liked crimson death mainly bc i’ve adored damien from his first appearance all the way back in book 7 and i was happy to see him finally get some time center stage

serpentine was cool but only bc it gave me more bernardo spotted horse, who i’ve been fascinated w since book 9

sucker punch was by far the best of these recent works bc it was more of a callback to the action adventure, anita-working-cases plots of the early books

rafael was a bit of a letdown tbh

i also did a catchup on the merry gentry series including:

i’d actually read divine misdemeanors before but couldn’t remember anything for the life of me. shiver of light concluded the longrunning plot in this series w the birth of merry’s 6-father-having triplets. it was weird, idk

amelia atwater-rhodes’ YA books

when i was a teen, i was obsessed w amelia atwater-rhodes bc she was the already-published-at-14 genius i wanted to be. rereading her work as an adult was interesting bc you could see her youth in how her early works mostly feel like the start to larger stories that she never got around to writing. they’re quick reads but honestly i had to take a break from her writing style before i finished everything and haven’t gotten back to it.

the first six books are all set in the world of the den of shadows, a supernatural underworld ft. vampires, witches, and to a lesser extent, shapeshifters. each book is a totally independent story except all just glass, which is the follow-up to shattered mirror

the shapeshifters series is set more in a historical fantasy world where avian and serpent shapeshifters have a longstanding feud w each other

one thing that’s cool abt her writing is that she slipped in queer relationships during a time and in a genre where NOBODY was writing same-sex couples; later in the shapeshifters series, the main couple is FF

mexican gothic by silvia moreno-garcia

such a good book, omg; i kept hearing people rave abt this and i’m so glad i read it; really do highly recommend this suspenseful piece w fantasy/horror elements

tamora pierce’s tortall-verse

when i was a kid, there were very few books to read abt girls being action heroes. when pierce was a kid, there were none unless they were male-centric fantasy babes like she-ra (the original, not the current adaptation). correcting that imbalance and giving girls the role models they craved has been a central part of pierce’s writing. that being said, looked through a modern lens of critical theory, her works do have some problems, like a stubborn clinging to white feminism, fetishization of ethnic cultures, and a white-heroine-saves-the-poor-poc narrative

historically, my favorite pierce books were always the immortals series. i thought it was very cool that the protag was designed as a person of color. i then realized after reading a spy’s guide and looking at the character pics pierce supervised that daine, the protag of the immortals series, was never intended to be poc. she is, in fact, white, which is not how the original cover art depicted her At All. but now knowing that she’s actually white, it opened up a whole can of wow-this-is-problematic-writing worms bc it turns the entire 3rd book of the series into that white-heroine-save-the-poor-backwards-poc narrative, which is gross. 

that being said, these books still have some merit and it is solely bc of the mage numair

out of my recent reread, i would actually have to say that the beka cooper series is my favorite. i think bc they are all centered locally in tortall, it keeps pierce away from the temptation of her usual spiel. it also shows us a vastly different side of tortall bc it deals w the lower and working classes, which we don’t really get any exposure to otherwise.

the daughter of the lioness series made me want to throw things. you know, these were recently published works, and it just would have been So Easy to not turn this into another white-heroine-saves-the-poor-poc narrative. just change the pov character to Dove, one of the local princesses, who is a key character in her own write. put the saving of her and her people in her hands and her words rather than bringing in Aly, a white heroine from a foreign nation. but it’s like pierce can’t help herself. idk. really interesting plot but there are some basic craft choices that lead to some culturally insensitive mistakes that could have been avoided

that being said, it’s still worth it to give pierce’s works a read bc she is such a way-paver in the YA genre.

You ever had an idea for a pic that just would not leave you alone unless you actually did it? Well thats basically what happened here. Based on a pic I did back in 2012 and an idea I had for a crossover (just for fun).

The story for the most part is three of the chaos emeralds have been scattered to different worlds and its up to Sonic and Mitch (the girl in the pics and yes she has a boys name #idontgiveacrapdealwithit ) to go to those worlds and find the chaos emeralds before its to late.

maybe I’ll redo the pic I did in 2012 and write in a little summary/story about this later but until then enjoy ^^*

I redrew the pic I did back in 2013. I have to say that I can deffinetlly see a diffrence from 4 years ago and I'm very happy with myself (i'll upload a before & after later) doing all 4 of these was very challenging but I'm glad I did them I feel like I've improved myself in away.

and just like the 2013 one I revamped the little story/summery I wrote for this. This was all done for fun and because I can XD (I would also like to point out in advance that I'M NOT THAT GREAT OF A WRITER!!!!). So without further delay... ENJOY MY AMATEUR WRITING EVERYBODY!! XD

                                                                             Sonic Across The Multiverse

                                       Concept by Michelle Caputo

                               Eggmans latest plan/creation is to use the power of the chaos emeralds to help him creat his empire and take over the world. but Sonic once again foils Eggmans evil planes and damages Eggmans machine. However this causes the machine to malfunction making three of the chaos emeralds to just disappear and then explodes leaving four of the emeralds behind. After analyzing the data from the four remaining chaos emeralds, Tails concluded that the three chaos emeralds that disappeared were somehow actually sent to different worlds/universe and if they don't get them back soon the emeralds will cause chaos and even destroy what ever world they're in and even destroy their own world as well (so they properly have about a week to find them before all hell breaks lose.... Absolutely no pressure)  It'll be up to Sonic to get them back but he's going to need help.

That's were my OC Mitchel comes in. A half human half creature who has the ability to travel to different worlds/dimensions/universes ect. Tails creates a portal ring that will open a portal to what ever world has a chaos emerald (which will make the search a little easier and go faster) However it will only work if there's a chaos emerald present and with  Mitchel's powers.

(Basically they need to find an emerald in order to go to the next world that has a chaos emerald and Mitchel is the only one that can power it and because they have four of the emeralds they'll be able to go the first world just fine but after that their on their own.)

Also will be taking three power rings for Sonic just incase of an emergency (hence the backpack and need a place to put the emeralds in). Tails will stay be hide to keep an eye on the remaining chaos emeralds while also be able to contact them if anything new develops. So into the unknown they go in search for the three missing chaos emeralds.

Jak & Daxter:

Mitch and Sonic have been wondering through the wasteland for hours trying to find the chaos emerald (and civilization to get out of the heat) when suddenly a metalhead beast comes out of nowhere and attacks them. Fortionatly in the far, far distant there was a city (Haven city). Sonic runs off to the city to get help while Mitchel stays be hide and fights off/distracts the metal head. While approaching the city a young man and his osttsel notices a blue blur pass them by and heading towards Haven city. Thinking it was a threat they got in their vehicle to go after Sonic. (Though the chase some how turned into a race) Not being able to keep up with Sonic, Jak's car flips over. Sonic then stops to help them from under their vehicle. Sonic then quickly tells them that his friend is in trouble and he came looking for help. Jak agrees to help so he gets in his vehicle and follows Sonic to the location of the metalhead.

Upon arriving they see that Mitch has already taken care of the metal head and was just waiting for Sonic to get back (well.. at lest Mitchel has a ride now). Mitch rides with Jak and Daxter (Sonic running beside the car of course) and they go back to Haven City. There Mitch and Sonic explained to Jak and friends about the situation and how the chaos emerald could destroy their world if they don't find it soon. They find out that the emerald landed in dark Eco which is causing a chain reaction to the worlds weather patterns which will lead to devastating results if it continues.  So they have to find and retrieve the dark Eco powered emerald before that happens. Or worse someone else finds it.

When they find the Emerald they discovered that it was tainted with dark Eco (do to it being in the dark Eco for to long) which not only made it very unstable, but it won't be able to open the portal ring to where the next chaos resulting in Sonic and Mitch being stuck there. But by Jak touching the emerald he was able to absorb the dark Eco from the chaos emerald returning it back to its normal state. Sonic and Mitch got the first of the three missing chaos emeralds and were now able to activate the portal ring to the next location for the 2nd chaos emerald.

Sly Cooper:

                           After wondering in the city of Paris for a while they find out that a crime boss named "Boss" (very creative I know XD;) has gotten his hands on the 2nd chaos emerald and has become very powerful in the crime world. They discovered that the emerald was being kept at a were house for a short time. So not wanting to draw to much attention to themselves they'll have to take a more silent approach and steal it back. The plan was simple Mitch would handle the security stuff while sonic goes in, get the chaos emerald and get out. Quick and easy. Get in, get out no worries.

However it would seem that they weren't the only ones after the emerald, as Sonic was confronted by a thieving raccoon. Their confrontation causes one of them tripping the alarm resulting in putting the place on lock down trapping them both in side the were house. Hearing the alarms going off from the were house Mitch quickly goes to help Sonic get out of there. They were able to get out of the were house but end up running into the boss's men who start shooting at them. They were able to take down a few of them but more kept coming surrounding the three. They were out matched, out gunned and needed to get out of there now.  They end up at a fence and started climbing only for Sly to get shot in his right arm making him unable to escape. Just when it seemed like they were cornered, a van drives through the fence and stops right between them and the men shooting. The door opens and inside the van was a hippo at the wheel and a turtle in a wheelchair telling Sly to get in the van. Sly turns to Sonic and Mitch and tells them to get in the van as well and drove (more like plow) their way out of there and took the two strangers back to their hide out.

There the Cooper gang introduce themselves and Mitch (while healing Sly's gunshot wound) explained to them who they were and how the jewel they were about to steal was a chaos emerald and if they don't get it back soon their world will be destroyed. They agreed to work together to take down this crime boss and get the chaos emerald back. (Which they do with planing, fighting and all that 007/mission impossible/Lupin the 3rd stuff XD)

The crime boss' empire was destroyed, put be hide bars, and they were able to get the chaos emerald back. Now having two of the chaos emeralds they went off to the next world to find the last and finale chaos emerald.

Ratchet & Clank:

                                After arriving they found themselves in the middle of an invasion. There where robots everywhere causing chaos and destruction and a few of them spotted Sonic and Mitch and went after them. The two where able to take them out. Sonic spotted another robot in the distance only it was a little robot being chased by a bigger robot. Without a moments hesitation charges right for them. Smashing the bigger robot and was about to go for the little one when Mitch stops him stating that the little robot he was about to smash didn't seem like it was part of the invasion. The little robot thanked them for saving him and introduced himself (Clank) and explained to them about the invasion and that he and his companion (Ratchet) got separated while fighting the robots and has been trying to find him. They agreed to help Clank find His friend but they soon find out that Ratchet has been captured by evil robotic geniuses (Dr Nefarious) and was kept prisoner on his new space ship ( it was more like a war ship but whatever XD). Now The three have to go sneak on Nefarious's ship and rescue the Ratchet. When they finally reach Ratchet it turns out to be a trap in order to get the two chaos emeralds by Nefarious new accomplice.......Dr Eggman. (DUN DUN DUUUUUUUNNNN!!!)

It was then revealed that Dr Eggman was here the whole time (using a portal that he created himself) and had teamed up with Dr Nefarious to take over the universe with the 3rd chaos emerald and was waiting for them to bring the last 2 chaos emeralds. Now that they have the 3 of the missing chaos emeralds they would conquer this universe, go to Mobius to get the remaining 4 chaos emeralds, conquer Mobius and then ALL OF THE MULTIVERSES!!! (maniacal laugh).

Of course while they were busy explaining/gloating about their evil plan Clank was able to break free and freed everyone else to escape from the space ship. But Eggman and Nefarious still had the 3 chaos emeralds so Ratchet, Clank, Sonic and Mitch set out to foil their evil plan and get the 3 chaos emeralds back (EPIC BATTLE!). Mitchel disappears and was nowhere to be found. But the remaining three continue on to fight and then were completely surrounded and captured (again). But then it's reveled that Eggman double crossed Nefarious and has complete control of the ship and the 3 chaos emeralds! (This however was a surprise to NO ONE as the three totally saw this coming. Plus Nefarious was also planing a double cross as well but Eggman beat him to it). Eggman was victorious!'

Just as he was about to finish them off a shadowy figure comes out of nowhere and steals back the 3 chaos emeralds. But who could it be? was revealed to be.....SLY COOPER! (GASP!) Then there was an explosion revealing all of Eggmans robots being destroyed. Who could have cause such destruction and chaos? When the smoke cleared it turned out to be Mitch who was accompanied by...... JAK AND DAXTER! (DOUBLE GASP!!). Then Sonic Clank and Ratchet were freed. But how? How were they able to get on the ship by passing the security codes? Why it was none other then......TAILS! (TRIPLE GASP!!!) and also had with him the OTHER FOUR CHAOS EMERALDS!!! (*head explosion*)

(When Mitch went a-wall before she actually went back to Mobius to get the 4 other chaos emeralds and Tails while also getting Sly, Jak and Daxter on the way back).

And now that all 7 chaos emeralds were percent, Sonic uses them to become Super Sonic, ruins Eggmans plans, destroys the spaceship and saves the day! (YAY!) After saying good bye to their new friends, Sonic asks Mitch if she was coming back with them. She told him no and that she was going to hang around here for awhile (plus she's has to take Sly, Jak and Daxter back to their own worlds) and that she'll see him later.

So with Eggman and the chaos emeralds in hand, Sonic and Tails go through the portal ring back to Mobius where they belong.

DAY 0 - A Blog Is Born

Greetings Salutations , Come on in, pull up a pew, stay awhile and listen!!

So here i sit looking at my Analytics for both my FBpage and Youtube Channel..

Lets Face it its a bit depressing.. So what can be done about? well a search on the Inter-web of pornal delights .. Fb Organic "reach" is more or less dead and buried Meaning all you have left are Paid advertising.. and well i cant afford to do that right now.. so another thing that keeps getting mentioned is Blogging and Blogs

How successfully will this be? who know but lets find out.. so as i sit listening to Siouxsie and the Banshees.. a blog was born...

Will it be Witty? Intelligent? Insightful? well i guess only time will tell...

it will be at least musical.. it will not contain anything "personal" beyond my feelings and thoughts about my music and musical related content .. ie GEAR PORN!!!!!!! whooo i said it out loud,.. Im a GEAR PORN Addict.. i like gear I LOVE guitars, LOVE Modding and fixing and rebuilding

OK maybe for first Bloggness i should introduce my self :

I was Born in the Later half of the 70'S just in time to become a Starwars fanboy

so skip ahead to a fairly average childhood.. Filled with all the joys the 80s could bring..

I grew up in a environment of music, my Uncle on my mothers-side was a bass player and had been since he was in high school.. i vividly remember begging him to play the batman TV series over and over again

Lets get to the good stuff.. the year is prob 1990 .. and its summer. and my second year of high school..

Lets go to a friends house.. and lets say he puts on "Appetite for Destruction"

at Which point me life changed for ever... the Sound .. The Guitar.. that would be come my new found desire.. my obsession...

so followed Several years of annoying the neighbors .. finding a very close friendship musicianship if you will with another school friend.. where we would sit and learn together, video our sessions long before YouTube..

ok i confess i have skipped a lot as i dont really think you want be bored with reading about how i listened to all the hair metal i could get my hands on from WASP to Poison motley crue, Alice Cooper, David lee Roth ,etc etc how i grew my hair in high school at a time where it wasn't "tolerated for boys" to have long hair.. really got heavily into Metallica.. when the black album was released..dropped out of school .. due to Personal Issues..

I guess the next chapter is where i began working PT as as a Saturday job and being a unpaid hang out during the week. at the local music shop.. it was here i discovered my interest in modding and fixing guitars.. i had the enthusiasm but not the money or the ability(yet) do even to much beyond a restring rewire and fret "Clean" i say Clean cause i didn't know about leveling and crowning and all the stuff that actually makes a difference,

the Guitar in the photo above was a "perk" from those days, and i rewired it with the pickups from my "satellite" Les Paul Clone that i acquired from my Uncle (after a bad trip to the dentist) and used capacitors ripped from a blown TV (which is still in there after 30yrs or there about) its DUE an upgrade.. stay tuned to my youtube channel ill prob do before and after stuff..

so where was i? oh yeah no longer working at the music store pretty much having to find a real job.. yey the dreams are dead!! we cant all do our dream jobs and just get payed to play guitar all day. now can well..

the other thing i had a Talent for was Computers, my father is an engineering genius.. he could strip engines and rebuild with his eyes closed so my mother told me.. and after 30 yrs i finally met him and could well believe it. having seen the workshop ,hot tub, and ride on lawnmower he built.. but i on the other hand am not an engineer cars baffle me and anything "mechanical" breaks but computers, there i shined.. i rebuild pcs and printers like i was born to it.. fixed them and service them into new leases of life..

I even did qualifications in it.. just really to get a proper job..

everything i have ever done since leaving the music shop was IT related..

it was in the training the next chapter starts, when i meet a guy called Dek..

who was in a band.. one day he comes to me knowing i was a guitarist..

"what gear do you have?" .. ermm at this point, i had a Boss GX700 and a Marshall valvestate 80 and a lot of guitars but (nothing really reliable)

"You like our stuff?, our guitarist just quit. wanna come and try out?" (im prob paraphrasing so but you get the idea..

so I went home and got the CD out.. borrowed a Jackson HSH performer from my Musicbro (mentioned above)

Learned a couple of tunes Roughly (unfort at this time i was not good enough to do Everything there previous guitarist did) but i did my best..

and low and behold i became the guitarist for D-Shock.. (based in wednesbury in the midlands UK)

I Guess my look was HEAVILY inspired by Rob Zombie, who i was listening to a lot at the time..

I was, am overtly shy, and HATED speaking on camera, after i heard my voice as a teen on "Videos" the Wolverhampton accent didn't sit well with me..  i have i think after living abroad since 2007 in various places, lost it. and listening to "new videos" I don't feel so self conscious.. but i am still ..

this led to a very interesting character trait for the band, during interviews (yes we did 2 on local collage radio.. where i would not speak just stare at the presenter,

being 6'5 and the tallest in the band, (and the baby i was the youngest too) made for a very nervous person behind the mic..

So we did a few gigs, and although we never made it into the studio.. (yes this was before home studios)

I did manage to write some new material with them

DNA, SCARS, i seem to remember a 3rd track but i might be mistaken..

we Covered Kylies confide in me..

but all things come to an end, it was obvious that we were not getting anywhere in this scene it was "serious" and in hindsight we were too early, a few years later would have been better, and add social media to this we could have been popular at it..

but we changed and started doing 80s rock covers, poison, bon jovi motley crue etc.. but this would be short lived.. though all this time, i had been dealing with depression and excessive fatigue, i could fall asleep at the drop of a hat.. and did, many times i would turn up for rehearsals at 5pm and wait around till the next person got there, and i would be asleep on the couch .. or if it was a my afternoon off at work, i would go home at 12 and sleep till it was time to rehearse..

so i made the decision (to leave the band and move to another "technically" country, and moved to the Isle of Mann for about 6months,

moved back till 2007 and moved to Australia till 2012 then returned to EU to move to Germany.. where i currently Reside.. ... this should be apt place to leave this blog for now.. when we return we will open up the blog to musical aspirations, and feelings and what is next in-store for Wolfie D..
