byłam biegac i myślałam ze mi zle poszło ale zrobiłam swoje pierwsze 5km i swoje 2 najlepsze tempo. Chociaż wiem ze mogłoby być lepiej ale nie chciało mi się bardzo i jak miałam przebiec ciągiem np 6 minut to odrazu w głowie miałam ze nie chce mi się nie dam rady wiec przebiegne 2 później minuta marsz i później 3xd Nwm jak zmienić to podejście bo ja wiem ze dałabym rade ale po prostu se odpuszczam.
