My long runa are finally long enough that I have to start bringing water and electrolytes on them. Otherwise the dog slows down and tries to drink all the puddles 🤣🤣😳. Today's run was brought to us by headwinds, blowing up people's tempos like you hit a massive wall. And crab grass, why let your dog eat ordinary green grass when he can pull you half way into the neighbor's lawn for crab grass!! 🤣🤣🤣 Little man wouldn't come get in the picture so I got the best human running buddy to stand in for him. Felt good to end this heavy training week! 💪🏼😴 if only I could figure out why my right leg is functioning at 30% 🤔 ••••••••••••••••••••••••• The other day my son asked me why I don't have a six pack? He said "you work out a lot shouldn't you have one?" 😂😂😂. I explained to him about genetics, having 3 babies but mostly ice 🍦cream. I love ice cream more than I would love a six pack. Way more. I care more about how my body performs than how it looks.
