1x06 LDSK - reid and morgan’s relationship is what keeps me going everyday.

1x09 derailed - just a good episode. i like when reid talks down unsubs makes me feel things

1x14 ride the lightning - i cried.

1x22, 2x01 fisher king - so much happened that i cant even put it into words but they’re great episodes

2x11 sex, birth, death - can you tell i like reid centric episodes?

2x15 revelations - angst

3x05 seven seconds - just another suspenseful episode. it’s sad, but not sad in that way that you generally think.

3x16 elephants memory - :(

3x20, 4x01 lo-fi and mayhem - i think my heart stopped and my anxiety went 📈📈📈📈

4x03 minimal loss - just amazing. 10/10. emily and reid 👌🏼

4x22 the big wheel - i cried again. also alex oloughlin.

4x24 amplification - more crying. hits different watching with all this coronavirus stuff.

5x09 100 - well fuck. that’s all i have to say.

5x12 the uncanny valley - another sad one. you genuinely feel bad for the unsub. some badass reid yeet.

5x16 mosley lane - if you don’t cry you don’t have a heart so fuck you

5x22-6x01 - not particularly because they’re good but because i really like reid’s hair

6x12 corazon - more reid centric, but overall just a very interesting episode.

6x16 coda - another really good episode. one of my favorites. reid with kids is beautiful. we were robbed.

6x18 lauren - i fucking hate criminal minds.

7x01 it takes a village - this is calm and it’s doctor. iconic.

7x02 proof - i love passive aggressive reid. he’s my favorite.

7x11 true genius - more emily and reid bonding. my favorite friendship.

7x23, 7x24 hit and run - more anxiety.

8x12 zugzwang - fuck this show. diane turner is hot tho.

8x24 the replicator - how do none of them get hurt in the helicopter crash? i am still confusion.

9x05 route 66 - reid looks pretty

9x23, 9x24 angels and demons - even more anxiety. part of me died.

10x18 rock creek park - reid speaks russian in it and i think that’s pretty cool

10x21 mr scratch - wild episode. think i stopped breathing at one point because everyone died. not a spoiler dw.

11x11 entropy - one of, if not, my favorite episodes. cat adams can run me over with a truck.

11x18 a beautiful disaster - more fucking anxiety and tears.

BAU Death Toll

I had a couple hours to kill (pun intended) one day, so just for funsies, I tallied up the body count of each BAU team member.

I went through each episode on the Criminal Minds Wiki and looked to see which unsubs were dead and who shot them. With the ones where multiple team members fired, I did have to watch the scenes to see who most likely had the kill shot. The only ones I had to watch closely were the shootouts and firefights. Overall, the whole thing took me about two hours.

Los 10 momentos en los que Shonda fue demasiado para 'Grey's Anatomy'

Aviso a navegantes: la alerta de spoiler se sale de la gráfica. Disfruten con precaución. Esta semana volvían nuestros médicos favoritos a calentar las frías jornadas de viernes, ¡pero no! El curioso caso de la presidencia estadounidense requiere un especial de políticas Scandal aplicado a la vida real más que otra master class sobre ser doctor de bragueta ágil.

Como de algo hay que rajar y el cuerpo ya va pidiendo que encendamos motores para esta segunda mitad de decimotercera temporada, hoy vamos a repasar los 10 momentos más memorables de nuestra serie favorita. O, como nos gusta más llamarlos, la lista de cuando a la Tita Shonda se le fue el pacharán de las manos.

10. Cuando se vinieron arriba con la Super Bowl (2x16-17)

El episodio tomaba su título de la mítica canción de REM, algo así como “Es el fin del mundo tal como lo conocemos”. Realmente fue el principio de todas nuestras desdichas. Los presupuestos se disparan, se contrata a Christina Ricci antes de que se estrellase con Pan Am, meten a Kyle Chandler y se toman el cuidado de incluir una escena picantona de tres internas en una vaporosa ducha eróticofestiva para que hasta el público masculino más básico cayese prendado de sus encantos.

Y luego la bomba, que sí, que nos acordamos todos. Pero esto era más bien un prólogo para que tuvieseis claro que cuando ven 38 millones de personas tu serie, una tiende a creérselo y sucede todo lo que viene a continuación.

9. Cuando la gravedad dejó de importar —para algunos— (8x24)

Ahora viene lo interesante. Quizás una de las mayores inversiones en drama de toda la serie. Recordad, queridos, que la principal técnica de subsistencia emocional de Grey es la denominada “vivir de las rentas”. Traducción: llevamos tropecientos años, tropecientos y pico nos quedan, vamos a tener memoria y nunca parar de recordar nuestros propios hitos del sadismo televisivo.

Shonda decide estrellar el avión donde viaja la mitad del personal protagónico del hospital. A unos cuantos les permite planear suavemente hasta tierra firme con rasguños menores, y a otras les suelta todo el decorado del piloto de Perdidos sobre la caja torácica. No decimos que no haya términos medios, a fin de cuentas la que mejor salió parada de todo esto es la que sólo perdió una pierna y a todos nos tiene pendientes de ver cuándo se le olvida la prótesis en el camerino.

8. Cuando te da por los fantasmas (5x07-23)

A Jennifer Love Hewitt le cancelaron su serie, pero Katherine Heigl, que es muy ambiciosa ella desde pequeñita, quería un coito astral de esos como los que salían en Embrujadas. Denny Duquette, que ya había hecho sus veces de anfitrión del más allá por 2007, volvía para presentarse a su ex novia y reconciliarse. Por lo menos dentro de su psique a falta de dentro de otras partes de la Stevens' Anatomy.

Ese cáncer supuso el último reto interpretativo para la Heigl antes de dar el clásico salto a la gran pantalla y dejar a la Tita Shonda y a todos sus fans con el culo al aire. Qué pena que fuese a darlo justo antes de que empezase la migración de los actores de cine a televisión, ¿verdad, querida? Un besi.

7. Cuando se pusieron de moda las realidades alternativas (8x13)

Otro estandarte de la cartera de rentas de la Tita es Ellis Grey. A Ellis no la debemos únicamente el por saco que dieron con el tiovivo, no, también un viaje interestelar onírico a mediados de la octava temporada.

En ese mundo al revés, Ellis nunca hubiera padecido Alzheimer y hubiese criado a una Meredith no amargada y potencialmente no invulnerable a la muerte junto a su marido, Richard Webber. Meredith no sólo es feliz, sino que Alex también es su alegre y gafapáster pareja. Owen servía como personaje, o al menos como padre de tres hijos de Callie. El Calzona nunca nos rompió el corazón. Derek tampoco dejó a Addison, nosotros nunca perdimos a Addison y Cristina tenía el pelo liso. 

6. Cuando se marcaron un Glee (7x18)

Otro universo alternativo donde refugiarnos era aquél en el que Callie salía disparada a través del parabrisas de su coche y tenía toda clase de visiones de la vida pasada de Sara Ramirez en Broadway, donde quizás se encuentre a día de hoy. Un besi para ti también, pero éste sin veneno.

Shonda, orgullosa de esa vasta colección de canciones que había conformado a lo largo de su millón de horas de metraje, propuso a sus niños cantarlas. Bueno, cantaron tres y los demás pasaron vergüenza. Es más, tan mal concepto de sus propias dotes de ducha tenían ciertos miembros del reparto, que algunos como Sandra Oh o Patrick Dempsey declinaron muy cortesmente la oferta de subirse al karaoke en prime time. Quien dice cortesmente, dice que nunca se lo perdonaron ni a Shonda ni a Carmena, ¿verdad, ojitos tiernos?

5. Cuando Meredith descubrió que no le hacía falta respirar (3x15-17)

Como la bomba les salió tan bien en audiencias y la huelga de guionistas aún se estaba gestando, Shondy estrelló un ferry de esos que tanto le gustaban a su Derek del alma y, aprovechando las tendencias autodestructivas de su protagonista, se le ocurrió dejarla no sé cuánto tiempo bajo el agua con hipotermia y testar los maquillajes de Avatar, porque ella y James Cameron son muy amigos, noticia exclusiva.

El periplo de Meredith por las inmediaciones del otro barrio se confirmaba como un muy agradecido recurso narrativo. Shonda es que siempre ha sido muy de poner a sus leading leadies al límite en las terceras temporadas. Ya verás cuando le toque a Viola, cómo nos vamos a poner de moco.

4. Cuando a Derek tampoco (11x21)

Aprovechamos este apartado para extender una felicitación a todos los medios que destriparon la muerte de McDreamy por cuatro miserables clicks. Aquí cada uno ni olvida ni perdona lo suyo. Véase que es el episodio peor calificado en IMDb de toda la serie, y anda que no ha habido relleno que masacrar, panda de talifanes.

Las causas de la bomba de humo del galán del folletín seguirán envueltas en misterio y protocolo hasta las próximas memorias indiscretas de algún miembro del reparto. Lo que está claro es que aquí hubo premeditación, alevosía y, sobre todo, ensañamiento. A Derek le dieron una muerte clara e irónica, por si quiere volver, que vuelva también vía poltergeist como el otro. Que no va a descansar en paz hasta que la ABC dé el machetazo también está clarinete.

3. Cuando te tragas los despidos y sacas a una reina en hombros (10x22)

Una salida más amable fue la de Cristina Yang. Cristina, como segunda de abordo de la viuda negra de Seattle, se había comido todas y cada una de la peripecias de su quijotesca person como una campeona. Hasta que se hartó.

Sandra Oh lo avisó con tiempo, se filtró a la prensa con aún más antelación y Shonda le hizo la cama con cariño y esmero. Tanto fue que rescató del ostracismo a Isaiah Washington, al que expulsó de las fértiles praderas de Shondaland allá por 2007 también. Qué año más intenso. Los insultos homófobos que profiriese contra el pobre T. R. Knight aka George O’Malley aka Bambi prescribieron, al menos para darle un cajón de mierda a la Yang sobre el que taconear antes de agarrar el finiquito.

2. Cuando le haces un homenaje a tu propia carrera (6x23-24)

Y pensó: “no voy a meter a una señora con guadaña y capa negra porque emitimos el episodio en mayo y se nos va de fecha, pero lo cambiamos por un amigo de la Asociación Nacional de Rifle y me quedo más ancha que larga”. Y así sucedió.

El episodio más sangriento de la serie hasta el momento se cobró su buen par de víctimas y, a día de hoy, sigue siendo el mejor valorado por el público. Las balas volaron que daba gusto y a cualquiera que lo viese prestando un mínimo de atención se le heló la sangre. La hora y veinte minutos se nos hizo tan larga como uno de esos partos de Meredith y su útero hostil que nunca debieron haber sucedido, pero tan dramáticamente satisfactoria como una cinta para el Oscar.

1. Cuando te diste cuenta que puedes montar el mejor drama sólo con una cena (12x05)

¿Es el episodio más sobresaliente de la serie? Podría ser. Nos lo hemos reservado para el final de la lista porque auna perfectamente toda la evolución y el espíritu de Grey durante estos noventa y tres años: apenas se practica medicina, se te agarrota el corazón de verlo y es más simple que el mecanismo de un chupete.

Es La Renta. Derek es y será el depósito a plazo fijo a nivel televisivo definitivo. The Supernatural season 8 episode 24 also known as the season finale will begin in exactly 30 minutes. I apologize now for any disruption in your  usual blog due to flailling, fangirling, tears, and babbling that may or may not make sense or be actual words.

I’ve got a theory...

...it could be bunnies.

Ahem. Sorry. Actual NCIS: LA season finale theory under the cut.

Okay. So. 

Realizing that it’s probably fanciful, wishful thinking that Michelle is still alive...but hoping that perhaps she is...this crackiest of crack theories was born...

What if she really isn’t dead...and it’s not Tahir who’s hijacked the coroner’s van, but Sabatino?

Remember, he swooped in and shot Sharov in the leg to help “prove” that he was still an ally to NCIS and reliable to Sam...but that whole thing, in and of itself, seemed hella shady. We also see, in the commercials for the upcoming episode, a scene where Sam has him in a headlock. So, obviously, he’s done something to upset Sam further than he already is. Stealing the van with Michelle’s “body” might just do it.

But why would he steal it? Perhaps to swap out the still-alive Michelle with a dummy, or dose her with something that makes her appear dead...so that when the van is “found” and they take her “body” to the morgue, it seems like it’s real, but it’s not.

Why?

Well...there are a few possibilities, but my favorites are:

Michelle is the uber-mole (and has been playing a long game for her entire marriage to Sam) and this is her ultra-creepy exit plan. Sabatino’s working for/with her in order to get her out of there via helping her fake her own death and stealing her “body.”

Michelle, Sam, and Hetty somehow set this faked death up and the hijacking is just part of that plan - maybe they, with Sabatino’s help are trying to draw out the mole so they can finish him off.

Like I said....pure, unadulterated CRACK, but you never know with this show!!!!
