Listen, I’ve been watching live from the very beginning…….. and sometimes I just sit and remember how UNHINGED in that week between 4x13 and 4x14.

Does the shooting count? Because that was so insane. That shot where Eddie and Buck are staring at each other is seared into my brain. We knew it was coming and it still was incredible.

Athena asking "take away the chaos who are we?"

They are about to find out. - And there will still be chaos. - It's in their Karma.

Also, I think in parallel to S4, there will be a parallel to buddie as well, just as Bobby tells Athena that they're not partners because Athena doesn't want them to be - we see Buck taking Eddie as his partner to save Charlie.

The parallel and obvious differences (As I wrote in this post) are staggering, only after Eddie's death experience, does bathena realize how petty that fight was - I'm guessing they (or at least Athena) will learn that lesson all over again,

Life is short, they love each other and any moment they have together is a blessing because you don't know what tomorrow will bring.

Bathena isn't breaking up, imo, they will survive and come back stronger than ever.

I realized something thanks to someone on the internet and I’d like to share with the rest of the 9-1-1 fandom (if said fandom wasn’t already aware of it).

In 4x13/4x14, we saw that after Eddie gets shot, Buck was incapable of any movement, and therefore a really easy target for the sniper. The only thing that prevented him to being shot was that he was wearing his civilian clothes.
