A potentially weird idea has wormed its way into my head, and I have to ask-

My thought is that I'd start from scratch by remaking the character I have now entirely, and maybe if I have someone watching to keep me honest, I won't chicken out of making the "evil" choices, lol.

The very base idea for the character is essentially that he's a male drow who is willing to do anything anyone with authority (especially women, and especially female drow) would ever tell him to do, which would include killing Karlach, raiding the Grove, eventually ascending Astarion and making Shadowheart a Dark Justiciar, and other such delicious choices I've never made yet!

Thoughts on existence thus far? /nfta

Honestly, it's been pretty good so far! Our body has a tonne more chronic pain than I remember (which is a drag), and we're currently bedbound while recovering from the flu, but that's ironically given me more time for fronting and thoughtful writing in the evenings.

It feels so weird in the best of ways that I can just sit here in bed, with no particular stressors around, nothing urgent that needs doing, and I can just Ponder™ about my sense of self. I haven't gotten to know the rest of my system that well yet (since I've been doing a lot of solitary writing at the front), but it seems like they're going to be good companions to have in life, and I'm incredibly grateful that they've built a fairly peaceful and comfortable life for us to inhabit.

I'm still figuring out what the hell I want to do with my life, and facing the existential dread of actually posting my art on the internet (a horror beyond horrors), but honestly? I can handle that. It's a life well worth living, and that's a huge step forward from everything I remember from the past.
